DZIAŁANIA: Wsparcie realizowane będzie w oparciu o popytowy model świadczenia usług edukacyjnych,w którym Uczestnicy będą decydować o rodzaju,formie i zakresie usług,z jakich skorzystają: -szkolenia językowe w wymiarze 120h na dowolnym poziomie zg.z ESOKJ od A1 do C2 kończące się certyfikatem zewn.potwierdzającym zdobycie określonego poz.biegłości językowej przewidziano dla 336 UP(w tym:z j.ang.dla 252os.,z j.niem dla 60os.,z j.franc.dla 24os.). -szkolenia komputerowe zg.z ramą DCF (obejmujące wszystkie kompetencje ramowe w co najmniej 3 obszarach Informacja,Komunikacja, Tworzenie treści na dowolnym poz.zaawansowania) w wymiarze 60h,kończące się programem formalnej oceny i certyfikacji zewn.kompetencji przewidziano dla 336 UP. OBJECTIVE: Acquisition/increase of ICT and linguistic competences, increasing competitiveness on the labour market by 336(202K/134M)person at the age of professional activity.(18 years and over)Pomeranian Voivodeship, on its own initiative interested in acquiring, supplementing or increasing the skills and competences(hereinafter:UP) through participation in training with foreign language (English/French), completing the C-certificate with a standard of competence and competences. TARGET GROUP: 336(202K/134M)person at the age of professional activity.(18 years and over)Pomeranian Voivodeship, on its own initiative interested in acquiring, supplementing or improving skills and competences including: 100 %=336persons are employees of the SME sector and social economic entities/community enterprises; 80 %=270 people at the age of 25 years and over; 60 %=202persons total low-skilled people(108persons)and people aged 50 years and over(94persons) ACTIONS: The support will be based on a demand model for the provision of educational services, in which the Participants will decide on the type, form and scope of the services they will benefit from: —language training of 120h at any level according to ESOKJ from A1 to C2 ending with an external certificate. Confirming the acquisition of a specific item of language proficiency is provided for 336 UP(including:from j.ang. for 252 people, with 60 people, with j.franc.for 24 people). —competence training according to the DCF framework (covering all framework competences in at least 3 areas Information, Communication, Creating content on any advanced item) in a dimension of 60h, ending the program of formal evaluation and certification external. Competence is provided for 336 UP. RESULTS: As a result of participation in the project, qualifications/competences will be acquired at least 230 people aged 25 years and over,min.80 people aged 50+,min.92 people with low qualifications. OBJECTIF: Acquisition/augmentation des compétences TIC et linguistiques, renforcement de la compétitivité sur le marché du travail pour 336 (202K/134M) personnes à l’âge de la profession active (18 ans et plus) de la voïvodie de Poméranie, de leur propre initiative désireuses d’acquérir, de compléter ou d’améliorer des aptitudes et des compétences (ci-après dénommées «UP») en participant à un cours de formation en langues étrangères, se terminant par un certificat externe confirmant l’obtention d’un certain niveau de compétence linguistique (A1 à C2) et une formation en TIC (par rapport au cadre standard de compétences en matière d’informatique et d’information), se terminant par une évaluation formelle et une certification externe au cours de la période allant du 1er mai 2017 au 30 avril 2018. GROUPE CIBLE: 336(202K/134M)personne à l’âge de la profession active (18 ans et plus) de la voïvodie de Poméranie, de sa propre initiative, intéressée par l’acquisition, le complément ou l’amélioration d’aptitudes et de compétences, y compris: 100 %=336o. sont des salariés du secteur des MPME et de l’économie sociale/des entreprises; 80 %=270o.pour les personnes âgées de 25 ans ou plus; 60 %=202personnes.à un total de personnes peu qualifiées (108 personnes) et de personnes âgées de 50 ans et plus (94 personnes) Le soutien sera mis en œuvre sur la base d’un modèle de demande pour la fourniture de services éducatifs, dans lequel les participants décideront du type, de la forme et de la portée des services dont ils bénéficieront: — formation linguistique de 120 heures à tout niveau ESOKJ de A1 à C2 se terminant par un certificat externe confirmant l’acquisition d’un poste spécifique. —la formation informatique avec cadre DCF (couvrant toutes les compétences-cadres dans au moins 3 domaines de l’information, de la communication, de la création de contenu sur tout élément d’avancement) en 60h, se terminant par un programme d’évaluation formelle et de certification des compétences externes est prévue pour 336 UP. RÉSULTATS: Grâce à la participation au projet qualification/compétence acquerront un minimum de 230 personnes à l’âge de 25 ans et plus,min.80 personnes âgées de 50 ans et plus,min.92 personnes ayant de faibles qualifications. ZIELGRUPPE: 336(202K/134M)Person im Alter von 18 Jahren (ab 18 Jahren) aus der Woiwodschaft Pommern aus eigener Initiative, die sich für den Erwerb, die Ergänzung oder Verbesserung von Fähigkeiten und Kompetenzen interessiert, einschließlich: 100 %=336os. sind Arbeitnehmer des KKMU-Sektors und der Sozialwirtschaft/Unternehmen; 80 %=270os.für Personen ab 25 Jahren; 60 %=202Personen.insgesamt gering qualifizierte (108 Personen) und Personen ab 50 Jahren (94 Personen) Die Unterstützung wird auf der Grundlage eines Nachfragemodells für die Erbringung von Bildungsdienstleistungen durchgeführt, in dem die Teilnehmer über Art, Form und Umfang der Dienstleistungen entscheiden, die ihnen zugute kommen: — eine Sprachausbildung von 120 Stunden auf jeder ESOKJ-Ebene von A1 bis C2, die mit einem externen Zertifikat endet, das den Erwerb einer bestimmten Position bestätigt. —Computerschulungen mit DCF-Rahmen (für alle Rahmenkompetenzen in mindestens 3 Bereichen Information, Kommunikation, Erstellung von Inhalten zu jedem Fortschritt) im Jahr 60h, bis zu einem Programm der formalen Bewertung und Zertifizierung externer Kompetenzen ist für 336 UP vorgesehen. ERGEBNISSE: Durch die Teilnahme an der Projektqualifikation/Kompetenz erwerben mindestens 230 Personen im Alter von 25 Jahren und darüber,min.80 Personen im Alter von 50+,min.92 Personen mit niedriger Qualifikation.
