Projekt skierowany jest do grupy 149 osób bezrobotnych 78K/71M) zarejest. w Powiatowym Urzędzie Pracy z powiatu człuchowskiego. Celem projektu jest poprawa jakości działań na rzecz aktywizacji osób bezrobotnych zarejestr. w PUP. Projekt przygotuje 149 os. bezrob. (78K/71M) do podjęcia aktywnej roli na rynku pracy, usunie bariery w postaci niedopasowanych kwalifikacji, zmieni nastawienie i zmotywuje bezrob. do przekwalifikowania się zgodnie z oczekiwaniami pracodawców. Podniesienie zdolności do zatrudnienia uczestników projektu przyczyni się do uzyskania najważniejszego efektu, jakim jest podjęcie i utrzymanie zatrudnienia przez co najmniej 3 m-ce. Wskaźnik efektywności zatrudnieniowej określony na poziomie co najmniej 50 % będzie mierzony do trzech miesięcy od zakończenia przez uczestnika udziału w projekcie. Przewidziane w ramach projektu działania: -pogłębiona analiza umiejętności, predyspozycji i problemów zawodowych, m.in. poprzez opracowanie/aktualizację IPD; -utworzenie nowych miejsc pracy dla 63 osób bezrob.(33K/30M) w sektorze MŚP poprzez ref. kosztów wyposażenia lub dopos. stanowiska pracy; -zdobycie doświadczenia zawodowego poprzez zorganizowanie staży dla 53 uczestników projektu (33K/20M); -podjęcie działalności gospodarczej przez 25 osoby bezrobotne (14K/11M); -podwyższenie kwalifikacji i nabycie nowych umiejętności na szkoleniach przez 8 uczestników (0K/8M). -wsparcie doradcy zawodowego w procesie prowadzącym do korzystnych zmian w życiu zawodowym dla osób planujących rozpocząć dział.gosp. Projekt jest zgodny z właściwymi przepisami i wytycznymi prawa unijnego i krajowego z poszanowanie zasady równości szans i niedyskryminacji, w tym dostępności dla osób z niepełnosprawnościami oraz z zasadą równości szans kobiet i mężczyzn. Projekt wypełni również najważniejsze założenia zgodne z zasadami realizacji programów w zakresie polityki spójności finansowanych w perspektywie finansowej 2014-2020, Wytycznymi w zakresie SzOOP RPO WP na lata 2014-2020. The project is addressed to a group of 149 unemployed people 78K/71M) will be registered in the Poviat Labour Office from the district of Człuchów. The aim of the project is to improve the quality of activities aimed at activating unemployed people registered in PUP. The project will prepare 149 people. (78K/71M) to take an active role in the labour market, remove barriers in the form of mismatch qualifications, change attitudes and motivate unemployment to retrain according to employers’ expectations. Increasing the employability of project participants will contribute to achieving the most important effect of taking up and maintaining employment for at least 3 months. The employment efficiency ratio of at least 50 % shall be measured up to three months after the participant has completed its participation in the project. Actions foreseen within the framework of the project: —developed analysis of skills, predispositions and professional problems, including through the development/update of IPD; — the creation of new jobs for 63 unemployed people.(33K/30M) in the SME sector by ref. the cost of equipment or workstations; —acquirement of professional experience by organising internships for 53 participants (33K/20M); — establishment of business by 25 unemployed persons (14K/11M); —increase of qualifications and acquisition of new skills in training by 8 participants (0K/8M). —support of a professional advisor in the process leading to beneficial changes in professional life for those planning to start a department.gosp. The project shall comply with the relevant provisions and guidelines of Union and national law respecting the principle of equal opportunities and non-discrimination, including accessibility for persons with disabilities and the principle of equal opportunities for men and women. The project will also fulfil the most important assumptions in line with the principles of implementation of cohesion policy programmes financed in the financial perspective 2014-2020, with the Guidelines on Shoop RPO of the HR for the years 2014-2020. Le projet s’adresse à un groupe de 149 chômeurs 78K/71M du bureau du travail du district de Człuchowski. L’objectif du projet est d’améliorer la qualité des activités d’activation des chômeurs inscrits à l’OLP. Le projet préparera 149 personnes. (78K/71M) de jouer un rôle actif sur le marché du travail, d’éliminer les obstacles sous la forme d’inadéquations, de changer d’attitude et de motiver le chômage à réorienter les compétences en fonction des attentes des employeurs. L’accroissement de l’employabilité des participants au projet contribuera à obtenir l’effet le plus important de l’accès à l’emploi et du maintien de l’emploi pendant au moins trois mois. Un taux de performance en matière d’emploi d’au moins 50 % sera mesuré jusqu’à trois mois après la fin de la participation du participant au projet. Activités prévues dans le projet: —analyse approfondie des compétences, des prédispositions et des problèmes professionnels, y compris par le développement/la mise à jour de la DPI; —création de nouveaux emplois pour 63 chômeurs (33K/30M) dans le secteur des PME par réf. coûts d’équipement ou de soutien à l’emploi; — acquérir une expérience professionnelle en organisant des stages pour 53 participants au projet (33K/20M); — 25 chômeurs exerçant une activité économique (14K/11M); perfectionnement et acquisition de nouvelles compétences en formation par 8 participants (0K/8M). —conseiller professionnel soutien dans le processus conduisant à des changements bénéfiques dans la vie professionnelle pour ceux qui envisagent de démarrer.gosp. Le projet est conforme aux dispositions et lignes directrices pertinentes du droit de l’Union et du droit national en ce qui concerne le principe de l’égalité des chances et de la non-discrimination, y compris l’accessibilité pour les personnes handicapées et le principe de l’égalité des chances entre les femmes et les hommes. Le projet répondra également aux hypothèses les plus importantes, conformément aux principes de mise en œuvre des programmes de la politique de cohésion financés dans le cadre des perspectives financières 2014-2020, à savoir les lignes directrices pour le PP ROP 2014-2020 du SzOOP. Das Projekt richtet sich an eine Gruppe von 149 Arbeitslosen 78K/71M) im Bezirksarbeitsamt des Landkreises Człuchowski. Ziel des Projekts ist es, die Qualität der Tätigkeiten zur Aktivierung von im PLO registrierten Arbeitslosen zu verbessern. Das Projekt wird 149 Personen vorbereiten. (78K/71M) eine aktive Rolle auf dem Arbeitsmarkt zu übernehmen, Hindernisse in Form von Missverhältnissen zu beseitigen, Einstellungen zu ändern und die Arbeitslosigkeit entsprechend den Erwartungen der Arbeitgeber umzuqualifizieren. Die Verbesserung der Beschäftigungsfähigkeit der Projektteilnehmer wird dazu beitragen, die wichtigste Wirkung der Aufnahme und Aufrechterhaltung der Beschäftigung für mindestens drei Monate zu erzielen. Eine Beschäftigungsleistungsquote von mindestens 50 % wird bis zu drei Monate nach Ende der Projektteilnahme gemessen. Im Rahmen des Projekts vorgesehene Maßnahmen: gründliche Analyse der Fähigkeiten, Prädispositionen und beruflichen Probleme, auch durch die Entwicklung/Aktualisierung des IPD; Schaffung neuer Arbeitsplätze für 63 Arbeitslose (33K/30M) im KMU-Sektor durch Kosten für Ausrüstung oder Unterstützung von Arbeitsplätzen; — Erwerb von Berufserfahrung durch die Organisation von Praktika für 53 Projektteilnehmer (33K/20M); — 25 Arbeitslose, die eine Erwerbstätigkeit aufnehmen (14K/11M); — Weiterqualifizierung und Erwerb neuer Kompetenzen in der Ausbildung durch 8 Teilnehmer (0K/8M). —Professional Counsellor Unterstützung im Prozess, die zu vorteilhaften Veränderungen im Berufsleben für diejenigen, die planen, start.gosp. Das Projekt muss mit den einschlägigen Bestimmungen und Leitlinien des Unionsrechts und des nationalen Rechts in Bezug auf den Grundsatz der Chancengleichheit und Nichtdiskriminierung, einschließlich der Zugänglichkeit für Menschen mit Behinderungen und dem Grundsatz der Chancengleichheit für Frauen und Männer, im Einklang stehen. Das Projekt wird auch die wichtigsten Annahmen im Einklang mit den Grundsätzen der Umsetzung der kohäsionspolitischen Programme erfüllen, die im Rahmen der Finanziellen Vorausschau 2014-2020, den Leitlinien für das SzOOP ROP PP 2014-2020, finanziert werden.
