Projekt skierowany do grupy 196 osób bezrobotnych (126K,70M) zarejestrowanych w Powiatowym Urzędzie Pracy w Lęborku. Celem projektu jest zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia osób pozostających bez pracy - należących do Grupy docelowej projektu. Wsparcie realizowane będzie wyłącznie poprzez usługi i instrumenty rynku pracy określone w ustawie o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy, z wyłączeniem robót publicznych, w oparciu o pogłębioną analizę umiejętności, predyspozycji i problemów zawodowych danego uczestnika projektu w postaci Indywidualnego Planu Działania. Planowane formy wsparcia: - pogłębiona analiza umiejętności, predyspozycji i problemów zawodowych danego uczestnika projektu w postaci tworzenia/modyfikacji IPD; - refundacje kosztów wyposażenia lub doposażenia stanowiska pracy dla skierowanych osób bezrobotnych - 20 osób /10K,10M/; - jednorazowe środki na podjęcie działalności gospodarczych (dotacje)-50 osób /20K,30M/; - staże - 92 osoby /77K,15M/; - szkolenia - 34 osób /19K,15M/. Projekt jest zgodny z właściwymi politykami i zasadami wspólnotowymi (w tym polityką równych szans i niedyskryminacji w tym dostępności dla osób z niepełnosprawnościami i koncepcją zrównoważonego rozwoju) oraz prawodawstwem wspólnotowym i krajowym, m.in. ustawą o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy, ustawą PZP, RPO WP 2014-2020 oraz SzOOP RPO WP 2014-2020 i innymi właściwymi prawodawstwami krajowymi, pozostałymi politykami i zasadami wspólnotowymi. Project addressed to a group of 196 unemployed (126K,70M) registered in the District Labour Office in Lębork. The aim of the project is to increase the employability of people who are unemployed – belonging to the target group of the project. The support will be implemented exclusively through labour market services and instruments as defined in the Act on Employment Promotion and Labour Market Institutions, excluding public works, based on an in-depth analysis of skills, predispositions and professional problems of a given project participant in the form of an Individual Action Plan. Planned forms of support: — in-depth analysis of skills, predispositions and professional problems of a given project participant in the form of the creation/modification of IPD; — refunds of the costs of equipment or retrofitting of the job for the targeted unemployed – 20 persons/10K,10M/; — one-off measures for taking up economic activities (grants)-50 persons/20K,30M/; — traineeships – 92 persons/77K, 15M/; — training – 34 people/19K, 15M/. The project complies with relevant Community policies and principles (including policies of equal opportunities and non-discrimination, including accessibility for people with disabilities and the concept of sustainable development) and Community and national legislation, inter alia the Law on the Promotion of Employment and Labour Market Institutions, the PHP Act, ROP WP 2014-2020 and the SCOOP ROP of the HR 2014-2020 and other relevant national legislation, other policies and Community rules. Projet adressé à un groupe de 196 chômeurs (126K,70 millions) inscrits au bureau du travail de district de Lębork. L’objectif du projet est d’accroître les possibilités d’emploi des chômeurs — appartenant au groupe cible du projet. L’aide sera fournie uniquement au moyen de services et d’instruments du marché du travail tels que définis dans la loi sur la promotion de l’emploi et des institutions du marché du travail, à l’exclusion des travaux publics, sur la base d’une analyse approfondie des compétences, des prédispositions et des problèmes professionnels d’un participant au projet donné sous la forme d’un plan d’action individuel. Formes de soutien prévues: — analyse approfondie des compétences, de la prédisposition et des problèmes professionnels d’un participant au projet donné sous forme de création/modification de DPI; — remboursement des frais d’équipement ou de réaménagement du lieu de travail pour les chômeurs — 20 personnes/10K,10M/; — mesures ponctuelles de création d’entreprises (subventions) à 50 personnes/20K,30M/; — stages — 92 personnes/77K,15M/; — formation — 34 personnes/19K,15M/. Le projet est conforme aux politiques et principes communautaires pertinents (y compris l’égalité des chances et la non-discrimination, y compris l’accessibilité pour les personnes handicapées et le concept de développement durable), ainsi qu’à la législation communautaire et nationale, y compris la loi sur la promotion de l’emploi et les institutions du marché du travail, la loi PHP, le PO ROP 2014-2020 et le PP ROP 2014-2020 du SzOOP, ainsi que d’autres législations nationales pertinentes, d’autres politiques et principes communautaires.
