Przedmiotem realizacji niniejszego projektu jest przebudowa i wyposażenie punktu selektywnej zbiórki odpadów komunalnych w Kołaczycach, który zlokalizowany jest przy ul. 17-go stycznia, zgodnie z harmonogramem realizacji inwestycji wraz z kosztami Planu inwestycyjnego stanowiącego załącznik nr 1 do Planu Gospodarki Odpadami dla Województwa Podkarpackiego 2022, będąc przedsięwzięciem literalnie wskazanym do realizacji pod pozycją nr 72.Głównym celem realizacji niniejszego projektu jest zatem poprawa efektywności gospodarki odpadami na terenie gminy Kołaczyce, która przełoży się na ograniczenie negatywnego oddziaływania odpadów komunalnych na środowisko naturalne w regionie, dzięki czemu przedsięwzięcie to wpisuje się w cel Działania 4.2 RPO WP 2014-2020, jakim jest „zwiększony udział odpadów zebranych selektywnie w województwie podkarpackim”. Z kolei celami szczegółowymi projektu będą:1. Zwiększenie selektywnego zbierania odpadów przez mieszkańców.2. Wzrost stopnia recyklingu odpadów komunalnych.3. Wzrost świadomości społeczeństwa na temat właściwego gospodarowania odpadami komunalnymi, w tym odpadami żywności i innymi odpadami ulegającymi biodegradacji.Stopień osiągnięcia efektów realizacji przedmiotowego przedsięwzięcia zostanie zweryfikowany w oparciu o takie wskaźniki, jak:wskaźniki produktu:1. Liczba wspartych Punktów Selektywnego Zbierania Odpadów Komunalnych: 1,00 szt. (rok osiągnięcia 2018r.).wskaźniki rezultatu:1. Dodatkowe możliwości przerobowe w zakresie recyklingu odpadów: 40,20 Mg/ rok (rok osiągnięcia 2019),2. Liczba osób objętych selektywnym zbieraniem odpadów: 7 000,00 os. (rok osiągnięcia 2019). The subject of this project is the reconstruction and equipment of the separate collection point of municipal waste in Kołaczyce, which is located at ul. On January 17th, according to the timetable for the implementation of the investment together with the costs of the Investment Plan annexed to the Waste Management Plan for Podkarpackie Voivodship 2022, being a project literally indicated for implementation under item 72.The main objective of this project is therefore to improve the efficiency of waste management in Kołaczyce commune, which translates into the reduction of the negative impact of municipal waste on the environment in the region, thanks to which the project is included in the aim of the Operational Operation of the Region. The specific objectives of the project will be:1. Increase the selective collection of waste by residents.2. Increase in the recycling of municipal waste.3. Increasing public awareness of the proper management of municipal waste, including food waste and other biodegradable waste.The degree of achievement of the results of the project will be verified on the basis of indicators such as:product indicators:1. Number of Supported Points for the Collecting of Municipal Waste: 1,00 pcs. (year of 2018).result indicators:1. Additional recycling capacity for waste: 40.20 Mg/year (year of reach 2019),2. L’objet de ce projet est la reconstruction et l’équipement du point de collecte séparée des déchets municipaux à Kołaczyce, situé à ul. Le 17 janvier, conformément au calendrier de mise en œuvre de l’investissement et aux coûts du plan d’investissement annexé au plan de gestion des déchets pour Podkarpackie 2022, l’objectif principal de ce projet est donc d’améliorer l’efficacité de la gestion des déchets dans la municipalité de Kołaczyce, ce qui réduira l’impact négatif des déchets municipaux sur l’environnement de la région, de sorte que le projet entre dans l’objectif de la mesure 4.2 du PP ROP 2014-2020, qui est «une part accrue des déchets collectés de manière sélective dans la voïvodie de Podkarpackie». À son tour, les objectifs spécifiques du projet seront:1. Accroître la collecte séparée des déchets par les résidents.2. Une augmentation du taux de recyclage des déchets municipaux.3. Sensibiliser davantage le public à la bonne gestion des déchets municipaux, y compris les déchets alimentaires et autres déchets biodégradables.La réalisation des résultats du projet sera vérifiée sur la base de ces indicateurs, jak:wskaźniki:1. Nombre de points de collecte des déchets municipaux bénéficiant d’un soutien: 1,00 pcs. (année de réalisation 2018).Indicateurs de résultats:1.
