Rozwój integracji społecznej i zawodowej 50 osób (30K, 20M) zagrożonych ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społecznym zamieszkujących powiaty: m. Suwałki, suwalski, augustowski i sejneński prowadzący do wzrostu aspektu zatrudnieniowego wśród co najmniej 22% z nich i społecznego wśród co najmniej 34% z nich w okresie od 01.01.2018 r. do 31.03.2019 r. Grupę docelową projektu stanowi 50 osób (30K, 20M) zagrożonych ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społecznym, zamieszkujących teren powiatów: m. Suwałki, suwalskiego, augustowskiego i sejneńskiego. Grupą preferowaną są osoby: bezrobotne - III profil pomocy w oparciu o ustawę z dnia 20 kwietnia 2004 r. o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy, korzystające z PO PŻ, doświadczające wielokrotnego wykluczenia społecznego rozumianego jako wykluczenie z powodu więcej niż jednej z przesłanek, o znacznym lub umiarkowanym stopniu niepełnosprawności, z niepełnosprawnością sprzężoną, z zaburzeniami psychicznymi, w tym z niepełnosprawnością intelektualną i z częściowymi zaburzeniami rozwojowymi. Z uczestnikami projektu zostaną podpisane umowy na wzór kontraktu socjalnego, o którym mowa w ustawie z dnia 12 marca 2004r. o pomocy społecznej. Wsparcie oferowane w ramach projektu: - psychologiczne – 100% BO - socjoterapeutyczne – 100% BO - warsztaty rozwoju osobistego – 100% BO - warsztaty aktywnego poszukiwania pracy – 100% BO - doradztwo zawodowe (IPD) – 100% BO - kursy zawodowe (magazynier z obsługą wózka jezdniowego, operator koparko-ładowarki) – 14% BO - szkolenia (ECDL Base) – 36% BO - pośrednictwo pracy – 100% BO - staże zawodowe – 86% BO W wyniku ww. działań zostanie osiągnięty wskaźnik efektywności zatrudnieniowej (22 % w odniesieniu do osób zagrożonych ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społecznym, 12 % w odniesieniu do osób o znacznym stopniu niepełnosprawności, osób z niepełnosprawnością intelektualną oraz osób z niepełnosprawnościami sprzężonymi) i wskaźnik efektywności społecznej (34%). Development of the social and professional integration of 50 people (30K, 20M) at risk of poverty or social exclusion living in powiats: M. Suwałki, Suwalski, Augustów and Sejneński leading to an increase in the employment aspect of at least 22 % of them and the social dimension of at least 34 % of them in the period from 01.01.2018 to 31.03.2019. The target group of the project is 50 people (30K, 20M) at risk of poverty or social exclusion, residing in the districts: M. Suwałki, Suwalski, Augustusowski and Sejneński. The preferred group shall be persons: unemployed – III profile of aid based on the Act of 20 April 2004 on the promotion of employment and labour market institutions, benefiting from POs, experiencing multiple social exclusion understood as exclusion due to more than one of the grounds, with a significant or moderate degree of disability, with coupled disability, mental disorders, including intellectual disabilities and partial developmental disorders. The project participants will sign contracts on the model of the social contract referred to in the Social Welfare Assistance Act of 12 March 2004. Support offered by the project: — psychological – 100 % BO – sociotherapeutic – 100 % BO – personal development workshops – 100 % BO – active job search workshops – 100 % BO – professional counseling (IPD) – 100 % BO – vocational courses (cargo warehouse, backhoe operator) – 14 % BO – training (ECDL Base) – 36 % of the disability – 100 % BO – occupational internships – 86 % of people in terms of social exclusion, the percentage of people employed in employment (ECDL Base) – 36 % of the disability – 100 % BO – professional internships – 86 % of people in terms of social exclusion in employment. Développement de l’intégration sociale et professionnelle 50 personnes (30K, 20M) menacées de pauvreté ou d’exclusion sociale vivant dans les districts: Suwałki, Suwalski, Augustów et Sejneński ont entraîné une augmentation de l’aspect emploi d’au moins 22 % d’entre eux et d’au moins 34 % d’entre eux dans la période comprise entre le 1er janvier 2018 et le 31 mars 2019. Le groupe cible du projet est de 50 personnes (30 000, 20 millions de personnes) menacées de pauvreté ou d’exclusion sociale, vivant dans les districts: Suwałki, Suwalski, Auguste et Sejne. Le groupe privilégié est: chômeurs — Troisième profil d’aide fondé sur la loi du 20 avril 2004 relative à la promotion de l’emploi et des institutions du marché du travail, bénéficiant du PO, en situation d’exclusion sociale multiple, comprise comme une exclusion fondée sur plus d’un des motifs, avec un degré grave ou modéré d’incapacité, avec des handicaps associés, des troubles mentaux, y compris des handicaps intellectuels et des troubles du développement partiels. Les participants au projet seront signés sur le modèle du contrat social mentionné dans la loi du 12 mars 2004 sur l’assistance sociale.
