Projekt obejmuje przeprowadzenie prac ukierunkowanych na głęboką termomodernizacje obiektu użyteczności publicznej o charakterze edukacyjnym, tj. siedziby Przedszkola w Bukowie Śląskiej. Planowana inwestycja obejmuje modernizację instalacji CO wraz z wymianą kotła na wysokosprawny kocioł wykorzystujący paliwa odnawialne (pellet), modernizację instalacji c.w.u., wraz z instalacją paneli fotowoltaicznych, docieplenie przegród poziomych i pionowych wraz z wymianą stolarki okiennej i drzwiowej, a także planowane jest utworzenie zielonej ściany w budynku przedszkola. Realizacja projektu przyczyni się do znacznego ograniczenia emisji zanieczyszczeń (głównie CO2) oraz istotnego ograniczenia kosztów ponoszonych na ogrzewanie obiektu. Podejście technologiczne zastosowane w projekcie zostało przyjęte na bazie opracowanego audytu energetycznego. Należy podkreślić, że projekt realizuje cały zakres prac wynikający z opracowanego audytu, a jednocześnie nie przewiduje realizacji żadnych innych zadań nie zalecanych przez audyt energetyczny (wyjątkiem są wydatki na działania promocyjne). Projekt jest także zgodny z właściwym terytorialnie Planem Gospodarki Niskoemisyjnej, przyjętym przez Radę Gminy Namysłów w dn. 2016-10-27. Realizacja projektu planowana jest na ok. 9 miesięcy w 2019 r. (realizacja rzeczowa od 2019-04-01 do 2019-11-30, zakończenie finansowe 2019-12-31). Rozpoczęcie rzeczowej realizacji zostanie poprzedzone przeprowadzeniem wyboru wykonawcy prac budowlano-montażowych. Wnioskodawca ubiega się o dofinansowanie w kwocie 499 800,00 zł, co stanowi 85,00% kosztów kwalifikowanych. Produktami projektu będzie zmodernizowany energetycznie 1 budynek, o powierzchnia użytkowej (poddanej termomodernizacji) 594 m2, wybudowane 2 jednostki wytwarzania energii cieplnej z OZE, oraz zmodernizowane zostanie 1 źródeł ciepła. The project involves carrying out works aimed at deep thermomodernisation of the public utility facility of an educational nature, i.e. the seat of the kindergarten in Buków Śląski. The planned investment includes the modernisation of the CO system with the replacement of the boiler with a high-efficiency boiler using renewable fuels (pellet), the modernisation of the central heating system, the installation of photovoltaic panels, warming of horizontal and vertical partitions together with the replacement of window and door joinery, as well as the creation of a green wall in the kindergarten building. The implementation of the project will significantly reduce pollutant emissions (mainly CO2) and significantly reduce the costs of heating the plant. The technological approach used in the project was adopted on the basis of the developed energy audit. It should be emphasised that the project carries out the whole range of work resulting from the audit, while at the same time it does not provide for any other tasks not recommended by the energy audit (except for expenditure on promotional activities). The project is also in line with the territorially competent Low-Emission Economy Plan, adopted by the Municipal Council of Namysłów on the day. IT’S A 2016-10-27. Implementation of the project is planned for approx. 9 months in 2019 (in kind implementation from 2019-04-01 to 2019-11-30, financial termination 2019-12-31). The commencement of the actual implementation will be preceded by the selection of the contractor for construction and assembly works. The applicant applies for funding in the amount of PLN 499 800.00, which is 85.00 % of eligible costs. The project’s products will be modernised energy 1 building, with a usable area of 594 m² (thermomodernised) of 594 m², built 2 units of heat generation from RES, and 1 heat sources will be modernised. Le projet consiste à réaliser des travaux visant à la thermomodernisation profonde d’une installation d’utilité publique à caractère éducatif, c’est-à-dire le siège de la maternelle à Buków Śląskia. L’investissement prévu comprend la modernisation de l’installation de CO ainsi que le remplacement de la chaudière par une chaudière à haut rendement utilisant des combustibles renouvelables (pellet), la modernisation de l’installation d’eau chaude, l’installation de panneaux photovoltaïques, le réchauffement des cloisons horizontales et verticales ainsi que le remplacement de la menuiserie des fenêtres et des portes, ainsi que la création d’un mur vert dans le bâtiment de la pépinière. La mise en œuvre du projet permettra de réduire considérablement les émissions de polluants (principalement le CO2) et les coûts de chauffage de l’installation. L’approche technologique utilisée dans le projet a été adoptée sur la base d’un audit énergétique développé. Il convient de souligner que le projet exécute l’ensemble des travaux résultant de l’audit, mais qu’il ne prévoit en même temps aucune autre tâche non recommandée par l’audit énergétique (à l’exception des dépenses relatives aux activités de promotion). Le projet est également conforme au plan territorial d’économie à faibles émissions adopté par le Conseil de la municipalité de réflexion. 2016-10-27. La mise en œuvre du projet est prévue pour environ. 9 mois en 2019 (mise en œuvre en nature de 2019-04-01 à 2019-11-30, fin 2019-12-31). Le début de la mise en œuvre des matériaux sera précédé de la sélection du contractant pour les travaux de construction et d’assemblage. Le demandeur demande une subvention d’un montant de 499 800,00 PLN, ce qui représente 85,00 % des coûts éligibles. Les produits du projet seront un bâtiment modifié en énergie, avec une surface utilisable (sous réserve de thermomodernisation) de 594 m², 2 unités de production de chaleur à partir de SER construites, et une source de chaleur modernisée.
