Projekt zakłada zakup specjalistycznego sprzętu paralotniowego, niezbędnego do odpłatnego wykonywania usług lotów widokowych tandemowych paralotnią i motoparalotnią tzw. trajką w otoczeniu Zbiornika Dobczyckiego.Loty takie są bardzo atrakcyjne widokowo, jak również stanowią świetną formę rozrywki na świeżym powietrzu i promocji regionu. Warto wspomnieć, iż region Beskidu Wyspowego, na którego pograniczu usytuowane są Dobczyce, jest jednym z najatrakcyjniejszych regionów w Polsce do uprawiania paralotniarstwa i kolebką wielu paralotniowych mistrzów Polski. Widok paralotni i motoparalotni na niebie staje się coraz bardziej rozpoznawalny i charakterystyczny dla tych terenów, a samo paralotniarstwo odbierane i akceptowane jest przez lokalną społeczność bardzo dobrze.Wybór lokalizacji projektu nad Zbiornikiem Dobczyckim wynika zarówno ze zdiagnozowanej niedostatecznej dostępności usług tego typu w otoczeniu Zbiornika, jak również z unikatowości walorów Zbiornika. Zbiornik położony jest w otoczeniu pasm Pogórza Wielickiego i Beskidów, tafla jego wód w połączeniu z nimi tworzy wyróżniający się krajobraz, znacznie bardziej charakterystyczny, niż krajobraz wielu pasm górskich. Atrakcyjność Zbiornika i jego otoczenia wraz z jego krajobrazotwórczą funkcją stanowią jeden z głównych czynników wyróżniających ofertę przedsiębiorstwa i stanowią podstawę jego konkurencyjności wobec podobnych firm. Możliwość startu tuż sprzed Zapory głównego punktu widokowego Zbiornika, oraz lot bezpośrednio nad nim, tworzyć będzie najistotniejszą cechę i podstawową atrakcję tych lotów. Usługi, które zamierza świadczyć przedsiębiorstwo, są w tej formie oparte na walorach Zbiornika, co stanowi ich główny atut. (Polish)

The project involves the purchase of specialised paragliding equipment, necessary for the payment of services of tandem observation flights by paragliding and motoparagliding so-called “trailer” in the vicinity of the Dobczycki Reservoir.Such flights are very attractive in sight, as well as a great form of outdoor entertainment and promotion of the region. It is worth mentioning that the Beskid Wyspowy region, bordered by Dobczyce, is one of the most attractive regions in Poland for paragliding and the cradle of many paragliding champions of Poland. Paragliding and paragliding in the sky is becoming more and more recognizable and characteristic of these areas, and paragliding is received and accepted by the local community very well.The selection of the project location on Dobczycki reservoir results from both the diagnosis of insufficient availability of services of this type in the surroundings of the reservoir, as well as the uniqueness of the values of the tank. The reservoir is situated in the surroundings of the Wielicki Foothills and Beskidy Mountains, and its water panel combined with them creates a distinctive landscape, much more characteristic than the landscape of many mountain ranges. The attractiveness of the tank and its surroundings together with its landscape-creating function are one of the main factors that distinguish the company’s offer and form the basis of its competitiveness vis-à-vis similar companies. The ability to take off right before the main observation point of the Tank, and to fly directly above it, will create the most important feature and the main attraction of these flights. The services it intends to provide are based in this form on the merits of the Tank, which is their main asset. (English)

Le projet comprend l’achat d’équipements de parapente spécialisés, nécessaires à la fourniture de services touristiques de parapentes en tandem et de motoparapentes à proximité du réservoir Dobczycki. Ces vols sont très attrayants pour le tourisme, ainsi qu’une grande forme de divertissement en plein air et la promotion de la région. Il convient de mentionner que la région de Beskid Wyspowy, à la frontière de Dobczyce, est l’une des régions les plus attrayantes de Pologne pour le parapente et le berceau de nombreux maîtres de parapente de Pologne. La vue des parapentes et des motoparapentes dans le ciel devient de plus en plus reconnaissable et caractéristique de ces zones, et le parapente est reçu et accepté par la communauté locale très bien. Le choix de l’emplacement du projet sur le Dobczycki Tank est dû à la fois à la disponibilité insuffisante diagnostiquée des services de ce type à proximité du réservoir, ainsi qu’à l’unicité du réservoir. Le réservoir est entouré par les chaînes des montagnes Wielicki et Beskidy, une table de ses eaux combinées avec elles crée un paysage distinctif, beaucoup plus caractéristique que le paysage de nombreuses chaînes de montagnes. L’attractivité du réservoir et de son environnement, ainsi que sa fonction d’aménagement paysager, sont l’un des principaux facteurs qui distinguent l’offre de l’entreprise et constituent la base de sa compétitivité vis-à-vis d’entreprises similaires. La possibilité de décoller juste avant le pare-feu du point de vue principal du réservoir, et le vol directement au-dessus de celui-ci, créera la caractéristique la plus importante et l’attraction de base de ces vols. Les services que l’entreprise a l’intention de fournir sont, sous cette forme, basés sur les actifs du réservoir, qui est leur principal atout. (French)
