Przedmiot działalności spółki Simpla stanowi produkcja błotników, koszyków oraz osłon rowerowych. Realizacja dwóch przedsięwzięć współfinansowanych ze środków UE wpłynęła na znaczący wzrost sprzedaży, w szczególności na rynkach zagranicznych. Spółka zajmuje się działalnością produkcyjną, jest uznaną marką w Europie, ale w sferze organizacji i planowania niezbędne jest przeprowadzenie gruntownej modernizacji. Wprowadzenie do sprzedaży produktów dwukomponentowych pokazało, że dotychczasowa organizacja pracy, komunikacji i sprzedaży w obszarze relacji B2B nie sprawdza się. Rozwój obszarów relacji B2B oraz B2C nie może być natomiast zrealizowany bez nowoczesnego systemu ERP, który umożliwi prawidłowe działanie wszystkich zadań w obszarze B2E. Przedmiot projektu który stanowi zakup i wdrożenie nowoczesnych systemów informatycznych B2B, B2C i B2E, w tym sprzętu IT jest odpowiedzią na potrzeby spółki w zakresie usprawnienia, automatyzacji i modernizacji w następujących obszarach funkcjonalnych przedsiębiorstwa: marketing i sprzedaż, produkcja i gospodarka materiałowa, prawo, księgowość i finanse, zasoby ludzkie. Simpla’s business is the production of mudguards, baskets and bicycle covers. The implementation of two projects co-financed by the EU has contributed to a significant increase in sales, in particular on foreign markets. The company is involved in manufacturing activities, it is a recognised brand in Europe, but in the sphere of organisation and planning it is necessary to carry out a thorough modernisation. The introduction to sales of two-component products showed that the organisation of work, communication and sales in B2B relations is not working. However, the development of B2B and B2C relations cannot be achieved without a modern ERP system that will enable all tasks in the B2E area to function properly. The subject of the project, which is the purchase and implementation of modern IT systems B2B, B2C and B2E, including IT equipment, is a response to the company’s needs in terms of improvement, automation and modernisation in the following functional areas of the company: marketing and sales, production and material management, law, accounting and finance, human resources. L’activité de Simpla est la production de garde-boue, de paniers et de vélos. La mise en œuvre de deux projets cofinancés par l’UE a entraîné une augmentation significative des ventes, en particulier sur les marchés étrangers. L’entreprise est engagée dans des activités de fabrication, est une marque reconnue en Europe, mais dans le domaine de l’organisation et de la planification, il est nécessaire de procéder à une modernisation complète. L’introduction à la vente de produits bi-composants a montré que le travail, la communication et l’organisation de vente dans le domaine des relations B2B à ce jour ne fonctionne pas. Cependant, le développement des zones B2B et B2C ne peut être réalisé sans un système ERP moderne, qui permettra à toutes les tâches dans la zone B2E de fonctionner correctement. L’objet du projet, qui est l’achat et la mise en œuvre de systèmes informatiques B2B, B2C et B2E modernes, y compris des équipements informatiques, répond aux besoins de l’entreprise en termes d’amélioration, d’automatisation et de modernisation dans les domaines fonctionnels suivants de l’entreprise: commercialisation et vente, production et gestion du matériel, droit, comptabilité et finances, ressources humaines. Simplas Geschäft ist die Produktion von Kotflügeln, Körben und Fahrradwächtern. Die Durchführung von zwei von der EU kofinanzierten Projekten hat zu einem deutlichen Umsatzanstieg, insbesondere auf ausländischen Märkten, geführt. Das Unternehmen ist in der Herstellung tätig, ist eine anerkannte Marke in Europa, aber im Bereich der Organisation und Planung ist es notwendig, eine gründliche Modernisierung durchzuführen. Die Einführung in den Verkauf von Zweikomponentenprodukten hat gezeigt, dass die bisherige Arbeits-, Kommunikations- und Vertriebsorganisation im Bereich der B2B-Beziehungen nicht funktioniert. Die Entwicklung von B2B- und B2C-Bereichen kann jedoch ohne ein modernes ERP-System nicht realisiert werden, wodurch alle Aufgaben im B2E-Bereich ordnungsgemäß funktionieren können. Gegenstand des Projekts ist der Erwerb und die Implementierung moderner IT-Systeme B2B, B2C und B2E, einschließlich IT-Ausrüstung, die auf die Bedürfnisse des Unternehmens in den Bereichen Verbesserung, Automatisierung und Modernisierung in den folgenden Funktionsbereichen des Unternehmens eingegangen sind: Marketing und Vertrieb, Produktion und Materialmanagement, Recht, Buchhaltung und Finanzen, Personal.
