Przedmiotem projektu jest popularyzacja wiedzy zawartej w unikatowych archiwaliach dokumentujących od 1861 r. pomiary meteorologiczne z obszaru Małopolski za pośrednictwem platformy online dla wprowadzenia do przestrzeni publicznej nowoczesnych metod kontaktu z dziedzictwem regionu.Zakresem projektu zostały objęte zadania zdefiniowane w odpowiedzi na zdiagnozowane na poziomie działalności Instytutu jak i potencjalnych użytkowników potrzebyproblemy:1. Przygotowanie pomieszczeń do prowadzenia procesu digitalizacji adaptacja pomieszczeń na potrzeby pracowni wraz z zakupem niezbędnego wyposażenia.2. Proces wytwarzania odwzorowań cyfrowych w tym przygotowanie konserwatorskie materiałów do digitalizacji i ich zabezpieczenie, zakup sprzętu do digitalizacji i prowadzenie prac digitalizacji i publikacji.3. Budowa zaplecza informatycznotechnicznego poprzez zakup specjalistycznych stacji graficznych i oprogramowania oraz infrastruktury dla archiwizacji i publikacji.4. Opracowanie metadanych zdigitalizowanych zasobów utworzenie bazy danych zdigitalizowanego zasobu, interpretacja danych i opracowanie warstwy narracyjnej udostępnionego zasobu.5. Udostępnienie online zdigitalizowanego zasobu stworzenie portalu i publikacja na nim materiałów zdigitalizowanych wraz z tłumaczeniem treści dostępnych na portalu.Zadania obejmują również prace przygotowawcze i zarządzanie projektem oraz planowane działania informacyjno promocyjne.Procesem digitalizacji zostanie objęty zasób 47600 arkuszy rękopisów stanowiących cenne gdyż jedyne, systematycznie uzupełniane i weryfikowane historyczne źródło wiedzy o warunkach pogodowych, ale i o sytuacji w regionie poza wynikami pomiarów meteorologicznych znajdują się także luźne zapiski i komentarze odnoszące się m.in. do ówczesnej sytuacji społecznogospodarczej.Projekt charakteryzuje specyfika regionalna biorąc pod uwagę zakres projektu i jego oddziaływanie oraz zasięg działania Wnioskodawcy.Dalszy opis zasobu w pkt Q. The subject of the project is to popularise the knowledge contained in unique archives documenting meteorological measurements in the area of Małopolska since 1861 through an online platform to introduce modern methods of contact with the heritage of the region into the public space.The scope of the project has been defined in response to diagnosed at the level of the Institute’s activities and potential users of the needs of problems:1. Preparation of premises for digitisation process adaptation of premises to the needs of the workshop together with purchase of necessary equipment.2. The process of producing digital representations, including preservation of digitisation materials and their protection, purchase of digitisation equipment and conducting digitisation and publication works.3. Construction of IT and technical facilities through the purchase of specialised graphics stations and software and infrastructure for archiving and publication.4. Development of digitised resources metadata creation of a database of digitised resource, interpretation of data and development of the narrative layer of the available resource.5. Providing online digitised resources to create a portal and publish digitised materials along with translation of the content available on the portal.The tasks also include preparatory work and project management and planned promotional activities.The digitisation process will be covered by a resource of 47600 sheets of manuscripts which are valuable because the only systematically supplemented and verified historical source of knowledge about weather conditions, but also about the situation in the region outside the results of meteorological measurements, are also loose descriptions of the project. Le projet a pour objet de vulgariser les connaissances contenues dans des archives uniques documentant les mesures météorologiques de la région de Małopolska depuis 1861 via une plateforme en ligne permettant d’introduire dans l’espace public des méthodes modernes de contact avec le patrimoine de la région. Préparation des salles pour l’adaptation du processus de numérisation des salles pour les besoins du studio, ainsi que l’achat de l’équipement nécessaire.2. Le processus de production de cartographies numériques, y compris la conservation des matériaux de numérisation et leur conservation, l’achat d’équipements de numérisation et la conduite des travaux de numérisation et de publication.3. Construction d’installations informatiques et techniques par l’achat de stations graphiques et de logiciels spécialisés, ainsi que d’infrastructures d’archivage et d’édition.4. Développement de métadonnées de ressources numérisées créant une base de données de ressources numérisées, interprétation des données et développement d’une couche narrative de la ressource disponible.5. La mise à disposition en ligne d’une ressource numérisée, la création d’un portail et la publication de documents numérisés ainsi que la traduction du contenu disponible sur le portail. Les tâches comprennent également les travaux préparatoires et la gestion de projet ainsi que les activités d’information promotionnelle prévues. Le processus de numérisation sera couvert par une ressource de 47600 manuscrits, qui sont utiles parce que la seule source historique, systématiquement complétée et vérifiée, de connaissances historiques sur les conditions météorologiques, mais aussi sur la situation dans la région, en dehors des résultats des mesures météorologiques, comportera également des enregistrements et des commentaires peu nombreux concernant, entre autres, la situation socio-économique à ce moment-là. Le projet est caractérisé par des spécificités régionales tenant compte de la portée du projet et de son impact et de la portée de l’action de la requérante. (French)

Ziel des Projekts ist es, das Wissen, das in einzigartigen Archiven enthalten ist, die meteorologische Messungen aus dem Gebiet Małopolska seit 1861 dokumentieren, über eine Online-Plattform zur Einführung moderner Methoden des Kontakts mit dem Erbe der Region in den öffentlichen Raum bekannt zu machen. Der Umfang des Projekts wird durch Aufgaben abgedeckt, die auf der Ebene der Aktivitäten des Instituts sowie potenzieller Nutzerprobleme definiert wurden:1. Vorbereitung der Räume für den Digitalisierungsprozess Anpassung der Räume an die Bedürfnisse des Studios, zusammen mit dem Kauf der notwendigen Ausrüstung.2. Der Prozess der Erstellung digitaler Kartierungen, einschließlich der Bewahrung von Digitalisierungsmaterialien und ihrer Bewahrung, des Kaufs von Digitalisierungsgeräten und der Durchführung von Digitalisierungs- und Publikationsarbeiten.3. Bau von IT- und technischen Einrichtungen durch den Kauf von spezialisierten grafischen Stationen und Software sowie Infrastruktur für Archivierung und Veröffentlichung.4. Entwicklung von Metadaten digitalisierter Ressourcen zur Schaffung einer Datenbank digitalisierter Ressource, Interpretation von Daten und Entwicklung der Erzählschicht der verfügbaren Ressource.5. Die Online-Verfügbarkeit einer digitalisierten Ressource, die ein Portal erstellt und digitalisierte Materialien veröffentlicht, sowie Übersetzung der auf dem Portal verfügbaren Inhalte. Aufgaben umfassen auch vorbereitende Arbeiten und Projektmanagement sowie geplante Werbeinformationen. Der Digitalisierungsprozess wird durch eine Ressource von 47600 Manuskripten abgedeckt, die wertvoll sind, weil die einzige, systematisch ergänzte und verifizierte historische Quelle des Wissens über Wetterbedingungen, aber auch über die Situation in der Region, abgesehen von den Ergebnissen meteorologischer Messungen, auch lose Aufzeichnungen und Kommentare zu den damaligen sozioökonomischen Gegebenheiten geben wird.
