Krótki opis projektu Celem gł. proj.(P) jest zwiększenie dostępności do eduk.przedszk.w R-miu i wzrost jej jakości przez: utworz. 110 nowych miejsc (w tym 6 dla ON) w OWP nr 3, 13 i 19 oraz dostosowanie 5 istniejących miejsc do potrzeb dzieci z niepełnospr. w OWP nr 4 oraz uzupeł. kompetencji 54 nlek (100%K) przez udział w kursach i studiach podypl., a także wyrówn.szans eduk. i rozwojowych dzieci ze specjalnymi potrzebami eduk.i poprzez zajęcia dodat. dla 871 dzieci (398K/473M) w wieku 3-6 lata (w tym 11 ON) do 14.IX.2020r. Gr.doc. P stanowi: 911 dzieci (417K/494M) w wieku 3-6 lat, w tym 11 (3K/8M) dzieci z niepełnospr. uczęszczających do OWP nr 3, 4, 13 i 19 oraz 54 n-lek w/w przedszkoli i ww. OWP. Oświad. Wniosk.: I.Źr.finans.działalności nowo utworz. w ramach P miejsc wych przedszk. są wyłącznie śr.publ. przeznaczone na finans.wych.przedszk.(5KD). II.Dodat.zajęcia w analog.co do treści i odbiorców zakr. nie były finans w OWP od min.12m-cy poprzedzających złożenie WoD. (8KD) III.Okr finan. dział.bieżącej i zajęć dod nie dłuższy niż 12 m-cy (4 i 7KD);IV.Przed przygotow.wn.o dofin.(WoD)przeprowadzono diagnozę (D) na podst.najbardziej aktualnych danych, pozwalającą na ocenę zasadności wsparcia, a D zatwierdził org.prowadz. (3KD); D uwzgl. kluczowe dla plan. wsparcia i okr.w Regulaminie zagadnienia; zakr.wsparcia w P jest zgodny z przepr.D; D przeprowadził org. prow. z udziałem OWP w R-miu objętych wspar.(Publ.Przed.nr: 3 Olsztyńska 12, nr 4 ul. Kilińskiego 23, nr 13 ul. Garbarska 59/67, nr 19 ul.Batalionów Chłopskich 18) i Poradni Psych-Pedagog.nr1(PPP) w I kw. 2018r. Short description of the project The aim of the project (P) is to increase the availability to eduk.preszk.in R-mi and to increase its quality by: make it up. 110 new places (including 6 for ON) in PLO No. 3, 13 and 19 and adaptation of 5 existing places to the needs of children with under-independence in PLO 4 and complete competence of 54 nlek (100 %K) by participation in courses and post-graduate studies, as well as equal opportunities for education and development of children with special educational needs and by means of additional activities for 871 children (398K/473M) in 6 years. Gr.doc. P states: 911 children (417K/494M) aged 3-6, including 11 (3K/8M) children with less than 3, 4, 13 and 19 students and 54 n-medicines of the aforementioned kindergartens and tertiary schools. IT’S A PLO. It’s a witness. Conclusion: I.F.financial.activities newly created within P precipices are exclusively Śr.publ. intended for financial.wy.preszk.(5KD). II.Additions in analog. regarding content and recipients were not financial in the PLO since min.12m-three prior to the submission of WoD. (8KD) III.Okr finan. running department and doda classes no longer than 12 m (4 and 7KD);IV.Before preparation.wn.o dofin.(WoD) a diagnosis (D) was carried out on the most up-to-date data to assess the validity of support, and D approved org.see. (3KD); D and the key issues for the support plan and the scope of the Rules of Procedure; the support block in P is compliant with repr.D; D carried out org. prow. with the participation of the PLO in R-mi supported.(Publ. 3 Olsztyńska 12, nr 4 ul. Kilińskiego 23, No. 13 ul. Tanbarska 59/67, nr 19 ul.Batalionów Chłopskich 18) and Psych-Pedagog.nr1(PPP) in I quarter 2018. The planned activities in P are based on the conclusions of D: 1) Creation of new places, pre-sections and adaptations of existing children with disabilities. 2) Ensuring the current activity of the newly created places 3) Specialisation.deficiency activities resulting from the under-supply. 4) Supplement.equalisation of educational opportunities for children in the area of established deficits and/or prevention of deficits 5) Improvement n (English)

Le Gr.doc. P déclare: 911 enfants (417 K/494M) âgés de 3 à 6 ans, dont 11 enfants de premier cycle qui fréquentent les classes 3, 4, 13 et 19 et 54 n dans les jardins d’enfants susmentionnés. L’OLP. C’est un témoin. Demande: I.Les activités financières nouvellement créées à l’intérieur des lieux prévus sont exclusivement destinées à des fins financières (5KD). II.Les activités supplémentaires dans le domaine analogique.co. au contenu et au public n’étaient pas financières au sein de l’OLP depuis au moins 12 m avant la soumission de la WoD. (8KD) III.Okr finan. département.current et classes n’ont pas dépassé 12 mois (4 et 7KD);IV.Avant la préparation.wn.o.(WoD)diagnostic (D) a été effectué sur la base des données les plus à jour, permettant d’évaluer la validité du soutien, et D approuvé org. (3KD); D l’inclusion de la clé du plan d’appui et du règlement intérieur; le sang de soutien en P est conforme à la disposition D; D a effectué une prow.
