CELEM GŁÓWNYM projektu KIERUNEK RYNEK PRACY jest zwiększenie poziomu zatrudnienia 30 K i 30 M bezrobotnych lub biernych zawodowo, w wieku 30 lat i więcej, zamieszkujących OSI w województwie małopolskim, w okresie od 1.6.2016 do 30.11.2017, będących osobami znajdującymi się w najtrudniejszej sytuacji na rynku pracy, tj. powyżej 50 roku życia, niepełnosprawnymi, długotrwale bezrobotnymi, niskowykwalifikowanymi i kobietami. Cel ten zostanie osiągnięty w okresie realizacji projektu w wyniku uczestnictwa 60os. bez pracy w dobranych indywidualnie formach pomocy obejmujących: - opracowanie Indywidualnego Planu Działania - dla 60 os. - indywidualne wsparcie specjalistów - dla 60 os. - kompleksowe pośrednictwo pracy - dla 60 os. - kursy i szkolenia zakończone egzaminem i wydaniem dokumentu potwierdzającego nabycie kwalifikacji – dla 60 os. - staże, dostępne dla 25 os. Główne REZULTATY: 1. Liczba osób, które uzyskały kwalifikacje po opuszczeniu programu: - 36 os. bezrobotnych - 13 os. biernych zawodowo 2. Liczba osób pracujących, łącznie z prowadzącymi działalność na własny rachunek, po opuszczeniu programu: - 20 os. bezrobotnych - 7 os. biernych zawodowo. GRUPĄ DOCELOWĄ (GD) jest 30K i 30M, os. fizycznych, pozostających bez pracy, tj. os. bezrobotne, poszukujące pracy i bierne zawodowo, w wieku 30 lat i więcej, w tym: - 22K i 22M bezrobotnych - 8K i 8M biernych zawodowo, w tym dodatkowo należących do grupy: 1. 4K i 2M długotrwale bezrobotnych 2. 14K i 16M o niskich kwalifikacjach 3. 2K i 4M w wieku powyżej 50 lat 4. 7K i 8M niepełnosprawnych 5. 3K z innych gr. niż ww. zamieszkujących wyłącznie (100% GD) na obszarze powiatów, w których wysokość stopy bezrobocia przekracza średnią dla woj. małopolskiego. W projekcie zrealizowane zostaną ZADANIA: 1. INDYWIDUALNY PLAN DZIAŁANIA 2. SPECJALISTYCZNE WSPARCIE DOSTOSOWANE DO INDYWIDUALNYCH CECH UCZESTNIKÓW 3. KOMPLEKSOWE POŚREDNICTWO PRACY 4. The main aim of the project is to increase the employment level of 30 K and 30 M of unemployed or inactive persons, aged 30 and over, living in the Lesser Poland Voivodship, from 1.6.2016 to 30.11.2017, who are the most vulnerable people on the labour market, i.e. over 50 years of age, disabled, long-term unemployed, low-skilled and women. This objective will be achieved during the period of implementation of the project as a result of the participation of 60 people without a job in individually selected forms of aid, including: — elaboration of an Individual Action Plan – for 60 people. — individual support of specialists – for 60 people. — comprehensive job mediation – for 60 people. — courses and trainings completed by examination and issue of a document confirming the acquisition of qualifications – for 60 persons. — internships, available for 25 people. Main RESULTS: 1. Number of persons qualified after leaving the programme: — 36 unemployed persons – 13 inactive persons 2. Number of persons working, including self-employed, after leaving the programme: — 20 unemployed persons – 7 people inactive. The target group (GD) is 30K and 30M, people who are physically unemployed, i.e. unemployed, job-seekers and inactive persons, aged 30 and over, including: — 22K and 22M unemployed – 8K and 8M inactive, including those belonging to the group: 1. 4K and 2M long-term unemployed 2. 14K and 16M low-qualified 3. 2K and 4M aged over 50 years 4. 7K and 8M disabled 5. 3K from other gr. than those living exclusively (100 % of GD) in the area of powiats where the unemployment rate exceeds the average for the Małopolskie voivodship. The project will implement the following Applications: 1. INDIVIDUAL ACTION PLAN 2. SPECIALISED SUPPORT TAILORED TO THE INDIVIDUAL CHARACTERISTICS OF PARTICIPANTS 3. COMPREHENSIVE JOB MEDIATION 4. Principaux RÉSULTATS: 1. Nombre de personnes qualifiées après avoir quitté le programme: — 36 chômeurs — 13 personnes inactives 2. Nombre de personnes occupées, y compris non salariées, après avoir quitté le programme: — 20 chômeurs — 7 personnes inactives. Le groupe DOCELOW (GD) est composé de 30 000 et 30 millions de chômeurs physiques, c’est-à-dire chômeurs, demandeurs d’emploi et inactifs, âgés de 30 ans et plus, y compris: — 22 000 et 22 millions de chômeurs — 8 000 et 8 millions d’inactifs, y compris, en outre, appartenant au groupe: 1. 4K et 2M chômeurs de longue durée 2. 14K et 16M peu qualifiés 3. 2K et 4M de plus de 50 ans. 7K et 8M handicapés 5. 3K provenant d’autres régions que celles qui résident exclusivement (100 % GD) dans les districts où le taux de chômage est supérieur à la moyenne de la province de Małopolska.
