Gr. docelowa: GD:48 os.(30K,18M)zagrożonych ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społecznym o niskich kwalifikacjach w wieku 15 lat i więcej,doświadczających wielokrotnego wykluczenia,zamieszkałych w powiatach makowskim,ostrołęckim,przasnyskim zgodnie z przepisami KC.GD to os.korzystające ze świadczeń z pomocy społecznej zgodnie z ustawą z 12.03.2004 r.o pomocy społecznej lub kwalifikujące się do objęcia wsparciem pomocy społ.tj.spełniające co najmniej jedną z przesłanek określonych w art.7 ustawy z 12.03.2004 r.o pomocy społecznej. Main objective:Increasing socio-occupational competences among 48 people (30K,18M) at risk of poverty or social exclusion with low-skilled ages aged 15 and over, experiencing multiple exclusions, residing in the Makowski districts, ostrołęcki, Przasnyskie, through the implementation of an active inclusion programme of a social and professional character in the period 01.07.2018 to 06.2019. GD:48 persons(30K,18M) at risk of poverty or social exclusion with low-skilled persons aged 15 years or more, experiencing multiple exclusions, residing in the counties of Makowski, ostrołęcki,przasnyski in accordance with the provisions of the CSC.GD are persons benefiting from social assistance in accordance with the Law of 12.03.2004 on Social Assistance or qualifying for social assistance in accordance with the provisions of the Social Assistance Act7. Objectif: les compétences socioprofessionnelles de 48 personnes (30K,18 millions) exposées au risque de pauvreté ou d’exclusion sociale ayant de faibles qualifications âgées de 15 ans et plus, en situation d’exclusion multiple, résidant dans les districts de Makowski, Ostrołęcki et Przasnyskie, grâce à la mise en œuvre d’un programme d’inclusion active de nature sociale et professionnelle au cours de la période 01.07.2018-30.06.2019. GD:48 personnes (30K,18 M) exposées au risque de pauvreté ou d’exclusion sociale à faible qualification, âgées de 15 ans et plus, vivant dans les districts de Makowski, Ostrołęcki et Przasnyski conformément aux dispositions de la KC.GD, sont des personnes bénéficiant de prestations d’assistance sociale conformément à la loi du 12 mars 2004 sur l’assistance sociale ou pouvant bénéficier de l’aide sociale, c’est-à-dire remplissant au moins l’une des conditions énoncées à l’article 7 de la loi du 12 mars 2004 sur l’assistance sociale. Tâches: 1 Conseil spécialisé — psychologique et conseil — coaching 2 Orientation professionnelle 3 Formation professionnelle 4 Intermédiation professionnelle 5 Stage professionnel 6 Formation professionnelle Principaux résultats: Nombre de personnes exposées au risque de pauvreté ou d’exclusion sociale qui ont obtenu des qualifications après avoir quitté le programme-9K,6M Nombre de personnes exposées au risque de pauvreté ou d’exclusion sociale demandeurs d’emploi après avoir quitté le programme-21K,12M Nombre de personnes exposées au risque de pauvreté ou d’exclusion sociale dans l’emploi après avoir quitté le programme (y compris les travailleurs indépendants)-9K,6M (French)
