Przedmiotem niniejszego projektu jest termomodernizacja obiektów pełniących znaczącą funkcję społeczną na terenie Gminy KocmyrzówLuborzyca. Projekt obejmuje następujące rodzaje obiektów użyteczności publicznej : Przedszkole Samorządowe w Dojazdowie 2 obiekty , Szkołę podstawową w Goszczy, Szkołę podstawową w Maciejowicach, Remizę OSP w Goszczy, Remizę OSP w Łuczycach, Świetlicę wiejską w Zastowie. Zakres rzeczowy projektu obejmuje 7 budynków użyteczności publicznej przeznaczonych do termomodernizacji, poprzez : ocieplenie płytami styropianowymi ścian gr. 101516 cm i stropówstropodachów gr. 23 cm budynków wraz z pokryciem wyprawą elewacyjną oraz ocieplenie kominów, wymianę stolarki okiennej wraz z parapetami i drzwiowej w części , izolację przeciwwilgociową i docieplenie płytami styropianowymi gr. 1012 cm ścian fundamentowych, wykonanie opaski, demontaż i montaż rynien i rur spustowych, montaż baterii słonecznych OZE 4 kpl.Szczegółowy zakres rzeczowoilościowy robót koniecznych do wykonania w celu zwiększenia efektywności energetycznej obiektów i osiągnięcia jak najlepszych wskaźników określony został w audytach energetycznych dla poszczególnych budynków oraz w zbiorczym audycie energetycznym.. The subject of this project is the thermal modernisation of objects performing a significant social function in the Kocmyrzów Luborzyca commune. The project covers the following types of public utility facilities: Kindergarten Local Government in Dojazdów 2 facilities, Primary School in Goszczy, Primary School in Maciejowice, Firehouse of OSP in Goszczy, Firehouse OSP in Łuczyce, Village Shrine in Zastów. The project’s material scope covers 7 public utility buildings intended for thermal modernisation, through: insulation with styrofoam boards of gr. 101516 cm and ceilingsstropodache gr. 23 cm of buildings with covering of facade expedition and warming of chimneys, replacement of window joinery with windowsills and doors in part, anti-humidity insulation and insulation of the best performance of buildings with Styrofoam tiles. 1012 cm of energy efficiency of foundation walls, execution of blindfolds, removal and assembly of gutters and drain pipes. L’objet de ce projet est la thermomodernisation d’installations ayant une fonction sociale importante dans la municipalité de KocmyrzówLuborzyca. Le projet couvre les types de services publics suivants: École maternelle du gouvernement local à l’arrivée 2 objets, école primaire à Goszczy, école primaire à Maciejowice, TSO Remiza à Goszczy, Remiza OSP à Łuczyce, village Świetlica à Zastów. Le champ d’application matériel du projet comprend 7 bâtiments publics pour la thermomodernisation, à travers: chauffage avec des panneaux de mousse de styromousse de murs 101 516 cm et plafondstropodes de 23 cm de bâtiments avec couverture de façade expédition et chauffage des cheminées, remplacement de la menuiserie de fenêtre ensemble avec des seuils de fenêtre et des portes en partie, isolation et isolation avec des panneaux de mousse de stérofoam de 1 012 cm de murs de fondation, faisant une bande, démontage et assemblage de gouttières et tuyaux de vidange, installation de batteries solaires RES 4 pcs.
