MAIN OBJECTIVE: Social, occupational and educational reintegration 30(18K/12M) of people at risk of poverty or social exclusion (compliing the criteria of gr.doc.)os. of those living in the area of the municipality below the threshold of defaworisation, i.e. the Council, achieved through comprehensive support responding to the individual needs of the UP, granted in the period from 11.2017 to 09.2018, which will result in social efficiency in the area of employment.34. TASKS: 1)Diagnosis of individual needs and potentials 2)Special advice (legal-citizenship, sociotherapeutic, mediation) 3)Social skills training 4)Professional counselling 5) Vocational training with external certification 6)Professional internship 7)Work mediation GRUPA DOC: —persons at risk of poverty or hatching, including: a)persons benefiting from the social aid benefits with the Act of 12.03.2004r.o. or eligible for community aid, i.e. fulfilling at least one of the conditions set out in Art. 7(bn 12.03.2004) of community aid; B)person with disabilities; (c)assigned to the III profile of aid,referred to in paragraph 20.04.2004. on the promotion of employment and labour market institutions; d)persons. benefiting from PHP. Support will be covered by 30(18K/12M)os.you will live in the commune below the threshold of the defaworisation specified in the “Mazowieckie barometer of poverty” and the “population barometer” i.e. area m.Radom(Mazowieckie voivodship).There will be only people left without employment (unemployment – IIIprofil or passive o.), experiencing multiple exclusions. Project implemented within the framework of cross-sectoral partnership (pryw. and NGO). For each UP, support under P will be based on a path of reintegration from a social contract or contract-type contract and is a prerequisite for receiving funding, in accordance with Access Criteria 4. OBJECTIF PRINCIPAL: Réinsertion sociale, professionnelle et éducative de 30(18K/12M) personnes exposées au risque de pauvreté ou d’exclusion sociale (conformément aux critères du «Gr.doc.)»O.D. détachés d’un strass vivant dans la municipalité en dessous du seuil de désavantage, c’est-à-dire le Conseil, obtenu grâce à un soutien global répondant aux besoins individuels de l’UP, accordé entre le 11.2017 et le 09.2018, ce qui entraînera une efficacité sociale à un minimum de 34 % de l’OLP, et un taux d’emploi d’au moins 22 % (min.12 % pour OZN). TÂCHES: 1)Diagnostic des besoins et des potentiels individuels 2) Conseils spéciaux (juridique-citoyenneté, sociothérapeutique, médiation) 3)Formation des compétences sociales 4)Orientation professionnelle 5)Formation professionnelle avec certification externe 6)Stages professionnels 7)Médiation en emploi GRUPA DOC: —personne exposée au risque de pauvreté ou de mariage, y compris: a)aux personnes bénéficiant de prestations d’aide au titre de la loi du 12 mars 2004 relative aux aides sociales ou pouvant bénéficier d’une aide sociale, c’est-à-dire remplissant l’une des conditions énoncées à l’article 7, point z), du 12 mars 2004 relatif aux aides sociales; B)personne handicapée; C)Association au troisième profil d’aide, conformément au point 20.04.2004 sur la promotion de l’emploi et des institutions du marché du travail; D)personnes utilisant le POL. 30(18K/12M)s. vivant dans la municipalité en dessous du seuil de désavantage défini dans le "Baromètre Mazowieckie de la pauvreté et de l’enfance, c’est-à-dire la zone de Radom (vo.mazowieckie voïvodie) seront soutenus.Ces personnes ne seront que des chômeurs (chômeur — IIIprofil ou annexe passive), faisant l’objet de multiples exclusions. Parmi l’UP, un minimum de 10 % sera établi par l’ozN. Projet mis en œuvre dans le cadre d’un partenariat intersectoriel (privilège et ONG). Pour chaque AAE, l’aide au titre de P se fera sur la base d’un parcours de réinsertion à partir d’un contrat social ou d’un contrat similaire à un contrat, et constitue une condition nécessaire à l’obtention d’un financement, conformément au code d’accès 4.
