Celem projektu jest zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia osób w wieku 30 lat i powyżej należących do grup defaworyzowanych pozostających bez pracy w powiecie wołomińskim. Projekt jest zgodny z celem szczegółowym RPO WM 2014-2020 "Wzrost zatrudnienia osób, które zostały zidentyfikowane jako zagrożone na rynku pracy". Grupę docelową projektu stanowi ogółem 402 osób (188 kobiet, 214 mężczyzn) w wieku 30 lat i powyżej należące do grup defaworyzowanych pozostające bez pracy w powiecie wołomińskim, dla których został określony I lub II profil pomocy, w tym: 300 osób (151 kobiety, 149 mężczyzn), które otrzymają wsparcie w projekcie w tym: 106 osób (42 kobiet, 64 mężczyzn) w wieku 50 lat i więcej; 12 osób (6 kobiet, 6 mężczyzn) z niepełnosprawnościami; 100 osób (44 kobiet, 56 mężczyzn) długotrwale bezrobotnych. Ponadto 102 osób (37 kobiet, 65 mężczyzn) otrzymają wsparcie w projekcie wyłącznie w postaci jednorazowych środków na podjęcie działalności gospodarczej (po uprzednim zastosowaniu usług rynku pracy). Każdemu uczestnikowi przedstawiona zostanie konkretna oferta aktywizacji zawodowej poprzedzona analizą umiejętności, predyspozycji i problemów zawodowych, które zostaną u niego zidentyfikowane i określone w Indywidualnym Planie Działania. Niniejszy projekt jest zgodny z Kartą Zgłoszenia projektu PUP stanowiącą podstawę ujęcia projektu w Wykazie projektów zidentyfikowanych w ramach trybu pozakonkursowego. The aim of the project is to increase the employability of people aged 30 and over belonging to disadvantaged groups who are unemployed in the Volomin County. The project is in line with the specific objective of WM 2014-2020 ‘Increased employment of people who have been identified as at risk in the labour market’. The target group of the project consists of a total of 402 people (188 women, 214 men) aged 30 years and above belonging to disadvantaged groups who are unemployed in the Volomin County for whom the I or II profile of the aid has been identified, including: 300 people (151 women, 149 men) who will receive support in the project, including: 106 persons (42 women, 64 men) aged 50 years and over; 12 persons (6 women, 6 men) with disabilities; 100 people (44 women, 56 men) long-term unemployed. In addition, 102 people (37 women, 65 men) will receive support in the project only in the form of one-off measures for starting a business (after prior application of labour market services). Each participant will be presented with a specific offer of professional activation preceded by an analysis of skills, predispositions and professional problems, which will be identified and specified in the Individual Action Plan. This project is in line with the PUP Application Charter, which is the basis for the inclusion of the project in the List of projects identified under the non-competitive mode. L’objectif de ce projet est d’accroître les possibilités d’emploi des personnes âgées de 30 ans et plus appartenant à des groupes défavorisés sans emploi dans la voïvodie de Volomin. Le projet est conforme à l’objectif spécifique du ROP MP 2014-2020 intitulé «Accroître l’emploi des personnes identifiées comme étant à risque sur le marché du travail». Le groupe cible du projet est un total de 402 personnes (188 femmes, 214 hommes) âgées de 30 ans et plus appartenant à des groupes défavorisés restant sans emploi dans la voïvodie de Volomin, pour lesquelles le profil d’aide I ou II a été défini, y compris: 300 personnes (151 femmes, 149 hommes) pour bénéficier d’un soutien dans le cadre du projet, y compris: 106 personnes (42 femmes, 64 hommes) âgées de 50 ans et plus; 12 personnes (6 femmes et 6 hommes) handicapées; 100 personnes (44 femmes, 56 hommes) sans emploi de longue durée. En outre, 102 personnes (37 femmes et 65 hommes) ne bénéficieront d’un soutien dans le cadre du projet que sous la forme de mesures ponctuelles de création d’entreprises (après utilisation antérieure des services du marché du travail). Chaque participant recevra une offre spécifique d’activation professionnelle, précédée d’une analyse des compétences, des prédispositions et des problèmes professionnels, qui seront identifiés et précisés dans le plan d’action individuel. Ce projet est conforme à la charte de notification des projets de l’OLP, qui sert de base à l’inclusion du projet dans la liste des projets identifiés dans le cadre de la procédure de non-concurrence. Das Projekt steht im Einklang mit dem spezifischen Ziel des ROP-Programms 2014-2020 „Erhöhung der Beschäftigung von Personen, die auf dem Arbeitsmarkt als gefährdet eingestuft wurden“. Zielgruppe des Projekts sind insgesamt 402 Personen (188 Frauen, 214 Männer) im Alter von 30 Jahren und darüber, die zu benachteiligten Gruppen gehören, die in der Woiwodschaft Volomin noch arbeitslos sind und für die das Beihilfeprofil I oder II festgelegt wurde, einschließlich: 300 Personen (151 Frauen, 149 Männer) erhalten Unterstützung im Rahmen des Projekts, darunter: 106 Personen (42 Frauen, 64 Männer) ab 50 Jahren; 12 Personen (6 Frauen, 6 Männer) mit Behinderungen; 100 Personen (44 Frauen, 56 Männer) Langzeitarbeitslose. Darüber hinaus werden 102 Personen (37 Frauen, 65 Männer) im Rahmen des Projekts nur in Form einmaliger Unternehmensgründungsmaßnahmen (nach vorheriger Inanspruchnahme von Arbeitsmarktdienstleistungen) unterstützt. Jedem Teilnehmer wird ein spezifisches Angebot zur beruflichen Aktivierung vorgelegt, dem eine Analyse der Fähigkeiten, Prädispositionen und beruflichen Probleme vorausgeht, die im individuellen Aktionsplan festgelegt und festgelegt wird. Dieses Projekt steht im Einklang mit der PLO-Projektnotifizierungscharta, die die Grundlage für die Aufnahme des Projekts in die Liste der im Rahmen des Nichtwettbewerbsverfahrens ermittelten Projekte bildet.
