Celem projektu jest udostępnienie (do 31.08.2018 roku), wszystkim studentom Akademii Finansów i Biznesu VISTULA (dalej AFiBV) oraz mieszkańcom województwa mazowieckiego, pięciu nowych e-usług AFiBV, co przyczyni się do zwiększenia dostępności, jakości i efektywności kształcenia w regionie. Cele szczegółowe: 1.uruchomienie e-usług: 1) e-Poradnictwo, 2) e-Rekrutacja na praktyki, staże, szkolenia, 3) e-Ankiety, poprzez cyfryzację usług dotychczas realizowanych w AFiBV drogą tradycyjną, tj. diagnozowanie kompetencji; rekrutacja na praktyki, staże, szkolenia; prowadzenia badań ankietowych przez studentów; 2. uruchomienie nowej e-usługi: 4) e-Nauczanie na nowych kierunkach studiów, tj., na wybranych kierunkach studiów I stopnia (licencjackich) oraz studiów II stopnia; 3. uruchomienie nowej innowacyjnej e-usługi: 5) Masowe Kursy Online (MOOC). Projekt zakłada, iż pięć implementowanych e-usług to e-usługi o poziomie dojrzałości co najmniej 4: poziom transakcyjny. Na stworzony w ramach projektu portal ABK-Vistula, który powstanie w projekcie, celem świadczenia e-usług: e-Poradnictwo, e- Rekrutacja na praktyki, staże, szkolenia oraz e-Ankiety, składać się będzie: system informatyczny oraz zawartość portalu, czyli treści niezbędne do uruchomienia e-usług. Natomiast w celu uruchomienia e-usług: e-Nauczanie na nowych kierunkach studiów oraz Masowe Kursy Online, wykorzystane zostaną: istniejąca platforma Akademii Finansów i Biznesu VISTULA do kształcenia na odległość oraz platforma Udacity.com. W przypadku ostatnich dwóch e-usług, zostanie w projekcie wytworzona tylko zawartość portali. Następnie e-usługi zostaną wdrożone (w tym przygotowani zostaną użytkownicy systemu – administratorzy) i uruchomione dla użytkowników. Projekt będący przedmiotem dofinansowania odpowiada na zidentyfikowane potrzeby Akademii Finansów i Biznesu VISTULA i jej studentów oraz mieszkańców województwa mazowieckiego, do których skierowane będą wypracowane w projekcie e-usługi. The aim of the project is to make available (until 31.08.2018), all students of the VISTULA Academy of Finance and Business (hereinafter AFiBV) and residents of Mazowieckie voivodship, five new AFiBV e-services, which will contribute to increasing the availability, quality and efficiency of education in the region. Specific objectives: 1. Launch of e-services: 1) e-Advice, 2) e-Recruitment for apprenticeships, traineeships, trainings, 3) e-Announcements, through the digitisation of services already provided in AFiBV by traditional means, i.e. diagnosis of competences; recruitment for apprenticeships, traineeships, training; conducting surveys by students; 2. launching the new e-service: 4) e-Teaching in new fields of study, i.e. in selected fields of first degree (licence) and second-cycle studies; 3. launching a new innovative e-service: 5) Mass Online Courses (MOOC). The project assumes that five implemented e-services are e-services with a maturity level of at least 4: it’s a transactional level. For the ABK-Vistula portal created within the project, which will be created in the project, to provide e-services: e-Advice, e-Recruitment for apprenticeships, traineeships, trainings and e-Audits will consist of: the IT system and the content of the portal, i.e. the content necessary for the launch of e-services. In order to launch e-services: e-Teaching in new courses and Mass Online Courses will be used: the existing platform of the Academy of Finance and Business VISTULA for distance education and the Udacity.com platform. In the case of the last two e-services, only the content of the portals will be created in the project. Then e-services will be implemented (including system users – administrators) and run for users. The project covered by the co-financing meets the identified needs of the VISTULA Academy of Finance and Business and its students and residents of the Mazovian Voivodeship, to whom the e-service project will be addressed. L’objectif du projet est de mettre à la disposition de tous les étudiants de l’Académie des finances et des affaires VISTULA (ci-après dénommée AFiBV) et des résidents de la voïvodie de Mazowieckie, cinq nouveaux services électroniques AFiBV, qui contribueront à accroître la disponibilité, la qualité et l’efficacité de l’éducation dans la région. Objectifs spécifiques: 1.starting e-services: 1) e-Advice, 2) e-Recrutement pour des stages, des stages, des formations, 3) des enquêtes en ligne, grâce à la numérisation des services précédemment fournis en AFiBV par des moyens traditionnels, c’est-à-dire le diagnostic des compétences; recrutement pour des stages, des stages, des formations; la réalisation d’enquêtes par les étudiants; 2. lancement d’un nouveau service en ligne: 4) L’enseignement en ligne dans de nouveaux domaines d’études, c’est-à-dire dans des domaines sélectionnés de premier degré (bachelier) et d’études de deuxième degré; 3. lancement d’un nouveau service en ligne innovant: 5) Cours de masse en ligne (MOOC). Le projet suppose que cinq services en ligne mis en œuvre sont des services en ligne ayant un niveau de maturité d’au moins 4: niveau de transaction. Vers le portail ABK-Vistula créé dans le cadre du projet, qui sera créé dans le projet, afin de fournir des services électroniques: e-Advice, e-Recrutement pour des stages, des stages, des formations et des enquêtes en ligne consisteront en: le système informatique et le contenu du portail, c’est-à-dire le contenu nécessaire au lancement des services électroniques. Afin de lancer des services en ligne: e-Teaching dans de nouveaux domaines d’études et cours en ligne de masse, sera utilisé: la plateforme existante de l’Académie des finances et des affaires VISTULA pour l’apprentissage à distance et la plateforme Udacity.com. Pour les deux derniers services électroniques, seul le contenu des portails sera créé dans le projet. Les services en ligne seront ensuite mis en œuvre (y compris les utilisateurs du système — administrateurs) et lancés pour les utilisateurs. Le projet cofinancé répond aux besoins identifiés de VISTULA Academy of Finance and Business et de ses étudiants et résidents de la voïvodie de Mazowieckie, auxquels s’adressera le projet de services électroniques. Ziel des Projekts ist es, (bis 31.08.2018), allen Studierenden der Academy of Finance and Business VISTULA (nachfolgend AFiBV) und den Bewohnern der Woiwodschaft Mazowieckie fünf neue AFiBV-e-Services zur Verfügung zu stellen, die dazu beitragen werden, die Verfügbarkeit, Qualität und Effizienz der Bildung in der Region zu verbessern. Spezifische Ziele: 1. Start von E-Diensten: 1) e-Advice, 2) e-Recruitment für Praktika, Praktika, Schulungen, 3) elektronische Erhebungen durch Digitalisierung der zuvor in AFiBV erbrachten Dienstleistungen auf traditionelle Weise, d. h. Kompetenzdiagnose; Einstellung für Praktika, Praktika, Schulungen; die Durchführung von Umfragen durch Studierende; 2. Einführung eines neuen elektronischen Dienstes: 4) e-Teaching in neuen Studiengebieten, d. h. in ausgewählten Bereichen des ersten Abschlusses (Bachelor) und des zweiten Studiengangs; 3. Einführung eines neuen innovativen elektronischen Dienstes: 5) Massen-Online-Kurse (MOOC). Das Projekt geht davon aus, dass es sich bei fünf implementierten elektronischen Diensten um elektronische Dienste mit einer Laufzeit von mindestens 4: Transaktionsebene. Zum im Rahmen des Projekts erstellten ABK-Vistula-Portal, das im Projekt erstellt wird, um E-Services anzubieten: E-Advice, e-Recruitment für Praktika, Praktika, Schulungen und elektronische Erhebungen umfassen: das IT-System und der Inhalt des Portals, d. h. die Inhalte, die für die Einführung elektronischer Dienste erforderlich sind. Zur Einführung elektronischer Dienste: E-Teaching in neuen Studien- und Massen-Online-Kursen, wird verwendet: die bestehende Plattform der Academy of Finance und Business VISTULA für Fernunterricht und die Udacity.com Plattform. Für die letzten beiden E-Dienste werden im Projekt nur die Inhalte der Portale erstellt. Die E-Dienste werden dann implementiert (einschließlich Systemnutzern – Administratoren) und für Nutzer gestartet. Das kofinanzierte Projekt entspricht den ermittelten Bedürfnissen der VISTULA Academy of Finance and Business und ihrer Studierenden und Einwohner der Woiwodschaft Mazowieckie, an die das E-Service-Projekt angegangen wird.
