Celem projektu Kompetencje kluczowe w Gminie Spiczyn jest wzrost poziomu kompetencji kluczowych (ICT, matematyczno-przyrodniczych i językowych), postaw i umiejętności istotnych na rynku pracy u 520 uczniów (255 dziewcząt i 265 chłopców ), w tym u uczniów z niepełnosprawnościami, oraz kompetencji w zakresie korzystania z nowoczesnych metod, narzędzi, sprzętu i technologii wśród 50 nauczycieli poprzez zapewnienie dostępu do wysokiej jakości oferty edukacyjnej obejmującej: zajęcia wyrównawcze i rozwijające, doradztwo edukacyjno-zawodowe, pomoc psychologiczno-pedagogiczną dla uczniów i szkolenia dla nauczycieli oraz poprawa infrastruktury edukacyjnej 6 szkół ogólnokształcących położonych na terenie gminy Spiczyn. Cel osiągnięty zostanie do 30.06.2020. Głównymi rezultatami projektu będzie zwiększenie jakości i atrakcyjności nauczania w placówkach objętych wsparciem w wyniku wyposażenia pracowni szkolnych i wzrostu kompetencji dydaktycznych kadry nauczycielskiej oraz wzrost kompetencji kluczowych uczniów w zakresie nauk matematyczno-przyrodniczych, ICT oraz języków obcych. Grupę docelową projektu stanowić będzie łącznie 570 osób, w tym 520 uczniów i 50 nauczycieli z 6 szkół ogólnokształcących położonych na terenie gminy Spiczyn. W ramach projektu uczniowie skorzystają z zajęć rozwijających kompetencje kluczowe prowadzonych w sposób kształtujący postawy takie jak innowacyjność, kreatywność, praca zespołowa, druga natomiast weźmie udział w szkoleniach podnoszących kompetencje w zakresie korzystania z nowoczesnych metod, technologii i sprzętu. Ponadto w ramach zaplanowanych działań placówki uzyskają dostęp do nowoczesnego wyposażenia pracowni przyrodniczych, matematycznych i informatycznych, co przełoży się na znaczącą poprawę jakości nauczania. The aim of the project Key competences in the Spiczyn Municipality is to increase the level of key competences (ICT, mathematics and language), attitudes and skills relevant to the labour market in 520 pupils (255 girls and 265 boys), including students with disabilities, and competence in the use of modern methods, tools, equipment and technology among 50 teachers by providing access to high-quality educational offer including: compensatory and development activities, educational and vocational counselling, psychological and pedagogical assistance for pupils and training for teachers and improvement of educational infrastructure of 6 general education schools located in the Spiczyn municipality. The target will be reached by 30.06.2020. The main results of the project will be to increase the quality and attractiveness of teaching in supported institutions as a result of the equipment of the school’s workshops and the increase in teaching skills of teaching staff and increasing the competences of key pupils in the fields of mathematics and natural sciences, ICT and foreign languages. The target group of the project will consist of a total of 570 people, including 520 pupils and 50 teachers from 6 general education schools located in the Spiczyn commune. As part of the project, students will benefit from classes developing key competences conducted in a way that shapes attitudes such as innovation, creativity, teamwork, and the other will take part in trainings that increase competence in the use of modern methods, technologies and equipment. In addition, as part of the planned activities, the institutions will have access to modern equipment of natural, mathematical and IT laboratories, which will translate into a significant improvement in the quality of teaching. L’objectif du projet «Compétences clés» dans la municipalité de Spiczyn est d’augmenter le niveau des compétences clés (TIC, mathématiques, naturelles et linguistiques), les attitudes et les compétences pertinentes sur le marché du travail chez 520 élèves (255 filles et 265 garçons), y compris les étudiants handicapés, et la compétence dans l’utilisation de méthodes, d’outils, d’équipements et de technologies modernes parmi 50 enseignants, en donnant accès à une offre éducative de qualité comprenant: des cours compensatoires et de développement, des conseils éducatifs et professionnels, une assistance psychologique et pédagogique pour les élèves et la formation des enseignants, et l’amélioration de l’infrastructure éducative de six écoles générales situées dans la municipalité de Spiczyn. L’objectif sera atteint d’ici le 30 juin 2020. Les principaux résultats du projet seront d’accroître la qualité et l’attractivité de l’enseignement dans les établissements bénéficiant d’un soutien, grâce à l’équipement des salles scolaires et à l’augmentation des compétences pédagogiques du personnel enseignant, ainsi qu’à l’accroissement des compétences clés des étudiants en mathématiques et en sciences naturelles, en TIC et en langues étrangères. Le groupe cible du projet sera de 570 personnes, dont 520 étudiants et 50 enseignants de 6 écoles d’enseignement général situées dans la municipalité de Spiczyn. Dans le cadre du projet, les étudiants bénéficieront de classes développant des compétences clés conduites d’une manière qui façonne des attitudes telles que l’innovation, la créativité, le travail d’équipe, tandis que le second participera à des cours de formation qui améliorent les compétences dans l’utilisation de méthodes, de technologies et d’équipements modernes. En outre, dans le cadre des activités prévues, les institutions auront accès à des équipements modernes de studios naturels, mathématiques et informatiques, ce qui se traduira par une amélioration significative de la qualité de l’enseignement.
