Celem przedmiotowego projektu jest przywrócenie funkcji społeczno-gospodarczych na zdegradowanych obszarach Gościeradowa, a także zwiększenie dostępności do infrastruktury społecznej i kulturalnej, poprzez rewitalizację zdegradowanego terenu. Projekt zakłada adaptację budynku byłego posterunku policji na budynek pełniący funkcję społeczno - kulturalne. Projekt obejmuje modernizację istniejącego budynku oraz dobudowę brakujących pomieszczeń w tym sali widowiskowej, jak również rewitalizację przestrzeni komunikacyjnej wokół budynku (parkingi, chodniki), modernizacja ogrodzenia. W ramach projektu zostaną również wykonane ciągi piesze, wymiana siedzisk, oświetlenie murawy i trybun, wymiana i uzupełnieniu piłkochwytów, wymiana nawierzchni trawiastej płyty boiska, ogrodzenie boiska wymiana bramek do piłki nożnej, wyposażenie terenu w małą architekturę oraz rozbudowę infrastruktury rekreacyjnej i społeczno-kulturalnej w Wólce Gościeradowskiej: plac zabaw, ciągi pieszo-jezdne, stanowiska wędkarskie, nasadzenie drzew, mała architektura. Rezultatem projektu będzie - liczba osób korzystających z obiektów infrastruktury społecznej/kulturalnej/turystycznej będącej przedmiotem projektu - 450 os./rok, wzrost zatrudnienia we wspieranych podmiotach - 0,5 EPC. Grupą docelową są mieszkańcy gminy oraz turyści. W ramach projektu zrealizowane zostaną następujące zadania z LPR: Modernizacja byłego budynku policji w Gościeradowie Folwark na inkubator organizacji pozarządowych, Modernizacja stadionu sportowego (Gościeradów Folwark), Modernizacja przestrzeni wokół stawu w Wólce Gościeradowskiej (Polish)

The aim of this project is to restore socio-economic functions in the degraded areas of the Guest House, as well as to increase accessibility to social and cultural infrastructure, by revitalising the degraded area. The project involves adapting the building of the former police station to a social and cultural building. The project includes the modernisation of the existing building and the addition of the missing rooms including the showroom, as well as revitalisation of the communication space around the building (parkings, sidewalks), modernisation of the fence. The project will also include hiking, seat replacement, turf and stands lighting, replacement and replenishment of football, replacement of grass surface of the pitch, fence of the pitch replacement of football gates, furnishing of the area with a small architecture and expansion of recreational and socio-cultural infrastructure in Wólka Gościeradowska: playground, walking and roadways, fishing stations, tree planting, small architecture. The result of the project will be – the number of people using the social/cultural/tourism infrastructure facilities covered by the project – 450 persons/year, an increase in employment in supported entities – 0.5 FTE. The target group are residents of the municipality and tourists. The project will carry out the following tasks with the LPR: Modernisation of the former police building in Guesteradów Folwark for incubator of non-governmental organisations, Modernisation of the sports stadium (Gościeradów Folwark), Modernisation of space around the pond in Wólka Gościeradowska (English)

L’objectif de ce projet est de restaurer les fonctions socio-économiques dans les zones dégradées et d’améliorer l’accessibilité aux infrastructures sociales et culturelles en revitalisant la zone dégradée. Le projet prévoit l’adaptation de la construction de l’ancien poste de police à un bâtiment ayant une fonction socioculturelle. Le projet comprend la modernisation du bâtiment existant et l’ajout de pièces manquantes dans ce hall, ainsi que la revitalisation de l’espace de communication autour du bâtiment (parkings, trottoirs), la modernisation de la clôture. Le projet comprendra également des pistes de marche, le remplacement des sièges, l’éclairage des prairies et des stands, le remplacement et la reconstitution des ballons, le remplacement de la surface d’herbe du terrain, la clôture du terrain remplaçant les portes de football, l’équipement de la zone avec une petite architecture et le développement d’infrastructures récréatives et socioculturelles à Wólka Gościradowska: aire de jeux, pistes de marche et de conduite, stations de pêche, plantation d’arbres, petite architecture. Le résultat du projet sera — le nombre de personnes utilisant l’infrastructure sociale/culturelle/tourisme faisant l’objet du projet — 450 par an, l’augmentation de l’emploi dans les entités soutenues — 0,5 ETP. Le groupe cible est les résidents de la municipalité et les touristes. Le projet s’acquittera des tâches suivantes du LPR: Modernisation de l’ancien bâtiment de police à Gościradów Folwark pour incubateur d’organisations non gouvernementales, modernisation du stade sportif (Gościeradów Folwark), modernisation de l’espace autour de l’étang de Wólka Gościradowska (French)
