Zakres projektu obejmuje budowę wiaty na odpady segregowane i rampy najazdowej na terenie Punktu Selektywnej Zbiórki Odpadów Komunalnych wraz z infrastrukturą techniczną na działkach nr ewidencyjny 143/4, 146/1, 149/1 (obręb 0004 Kozienice), położonych w Kozienicach przy ul. Chartowej. Projektowana wiata na odpady segregowane wraz z boksami na szkło i rzeczy do ponownego użycia nawiązuje do istniejącej zabudowy Punktu Selektywnej Zbiórki Odpadów Komunalnych, w skład którego wchodzą budynki użytkowe, wiata, place manewrowe i składowe, utwardzone zjazdy z drogi gminnej, uzbrojenie podziemne, oświetlenie zewnętrzne i ogrodzenie. Realizacja Projektu zwiększy możliwości związane z odzyskiem i unieszkodliwianiem odpadów w sposób zapewniający ochronę życia i zdrowia ludzi oraz ochronę środowiska zgodnie z zasadą zrównoważonego rozwoju. Celami szczegółowymi Projektu są: zwiększenie efektywności działania selektywnej zbiórki odpadów w Kozienicach, poprawa poziomu ochrony środowiska naturalnego poprzez zmniejszenie zanieczyszczeń wód podziemnych i gleb, poprawa warunków i wzrost komfortu życia mieszkańców, promocja gminy jako miejsca oferującego wysoki komfort bytowania i atrakcyjne miejsce wypoczynku oraz aktywnej rekreacji, ograniczenie możliwości składowania odpadów niebezpiecznych występujących w strumieniu odpadów komunalnych oraz utworzenie nowych miejsc pracy. Grupę docelową stanowią: mieszkańcy Gminy Kozienice, władze samorządowe Gminy Kozienice i KGK Sp. z.o.o. Realizacja Projektu ma na celu poprawę efektywności systemu selektywnego zbierania odpadów komunalnych na terenie gminy Kozienice, m.in. w zakresie dostępności niezbędnej infrastruktury dla mieszkańców regionu. Projekt jest wykonalny pod względem organizacyjnym i prawnym - doświadczenie Beneficjenta w prowadzeniu podobnych projektów gwarantuje prawidłową realizację założeń i działań, na których oparty został projekt. The scope of the project includes the construction of a segregated waste shelter and ramp on the territory of the Municipal Waste Collection Selected Point, together with the technical infrastructure on the plots no. 143/4, 146/1, 149/1 (Cozienice District 0004), located in Kozienice on ul. It’s a Khartova. The designed world for segregated waste with glass boxes and reusable items refers to the existing buildings of the Municipal Waste Collection, which includes utility buildings, worlds, manoeuvrings and components, hardened exits from the municipal road, underground armaments, external lighting and fences. Implementation of the Project will enhance the possibilities of recovery and disposal of waste in a way that protects human life and health and protects the environment in accordance with the principle of sustainable development. The specific objectives of the Project shall be: improving the efficiency of selective waste collection in Kozienice, improving the level of environmental protection by reducing pollution of groundwater and soils, improving conditions and increasing the comfort of life of residents, promotion of the municipality as a place offering high comfort and attractive rest and active recreation, reducing the possibility of storing hazardous waste in the municipal waste stream and creating new jobs. The target group shall be: residents of Kozienice commune, local authorities of Kozienice commune and KGK Sp. z.o.o. The project aims to improve the efficiency of the system of selective collection of municipal waste in Kozienice commune, including the availability of the necessary infrastructure for the inhabitants of the region. The project is feasible in organizational and legal terms – the Beneficiary’s experience in conducting similar projects guarantees the correct implementation of the assumptions and activities on which the project was based. Le projet comprend la construction d’un abri pour les déchets isolés et d’une rampe d’accès au point de collecte des déchets municipaux, ainsi que l’infrastructure technique sur des parcelles de terrain no 143/4, 146/1, 149/1 (couvrant 0004 Kozienice), situées à Kozienice à ul. De Khartoova. L’abri conçu pour les déchets isolés, ainsi que les boîtes de verre et les objets à réutiliser, se réfère au bâtiment existant du point de collecte sélective des déchets municipaux, qui comprend les bâtiments utilitaires, les abris, les zones de manœuvre et les éléments, les sorties pavées de la route municipale, les armements souterrains, l’éclairage extérieur et la clôture. La mise en œuvre du projet augmentera les possibilités de valorisation et d’élimination des déchets d’une manière qui protège la vie et la santé humaines et protège l’environnement conformément au principe du développement durable. Les objectifs spécifiques du projet sont les suivants: accroître l’efficacité de la collecte séparée des déchets à Kozienice, améliorer le niveau de protection de l’environnement en réduisant la pollution des eaux souterraines et des sols, améliorer les conditions de vie et accroître le confort de vie des résidents, promouvoir la municipalité en tant qu’endroit offrant un grand confort de vie et un lieu attrayant de repos et de loisirs actifs, réduire la possibilité de stocker des déchets dangereux dans le flux de déchets municipaux et créer de nouveaux emplois. Le groupe cible est: résidents de la municipalité de Kozienice, autorités locales de la municipalité de Kozienice et KGK Sp. z.o.o. Le projet vise à améliorer l’efficacité du système de collecte séparée des déchets municipaux dans la commune de Kozienice, y compris en termes de disponibilité des infrastructures nécessaires pour les habitants de la région. Le projet est réalisable sur le plan organisationnel et juridique — l’expérience du bénéficiaire dans la réalisation de projets similaires garantit la bonne mise en œuvre des objectifs et des activités sur lesquels le projet était fondé. Das Projekt umfasst den Bau eines Unterhauses für getrennte Abfälle und eine Rampe an der kommunalen Abfallsammelstelle sowie die technische Infrastruktur auf Grundstücken Nr. 143/4, 146/1, 149/1 (bedeckend 0004 Kozienice), die sich in Kozienice bei ul befindet. Von Khartoova. Der entworfene Schutzraum für getrennte Abfälle, zusammen mit Schachteln für Glas und Wiederverwendung, bezieht sich auf das bestehende Gebäude der kommunalen Abfallauswahlstelle, zu dem Versorgungsgebäude, Unterstände, Manövrierungsbereiche und Komponenten, gepflasterte Ausgänge von der Stadtstraße, unterirdische Bewaffnungen, Außenbeleuchtung und Zaun gehören. Die Durchführung des Projekts wird die Möglichkeiten der Abfallverwertung und -beseitigung in einer Weise erhöhen, die das Leben und die Gesundheit des Menschen schützt und die Umwelt im Einklang mit dem Grundsatz der nachhaltigen Entwicklung schützt. Die spezifischen Ziele des Projekts sind: Erhöhung der Wirksamkeit der getrennten Abfallsammlung in Kozienice, Verbesserung des Umweltschutzniveaus durch Verringerung der Verschmutzung von Grundwasser und Böden, Verbesserung der Bedingungen und Verbesserung des Wohnkomforts der Bewohner, Förderung der Gemeinde als Ort, der einen hohen Wohnkomfort und einen attraktiven Ort der Erholung und aktiven Erholung bietet, die Möglichkeit der Lagerung gefährlicher Abfälle im kommunalen Abfallstrom und die Schaffung neuer Arbeitsplätze. Die Zielgruppe ist: Einwohner der Gemeinde Kozienice, Gemeinden der Gemeinde Kozienice und KGK Sp. z.o.o. Das Projekt zielt darauf ab, die Effizienz des getrennten Sammelsystems für Siedlungsabfälle in der Gemeinde Kozienice zu verbessern, auch im Hinblick auf die Verfügbarkeit der notwendigen Infrastruktur für die Bewohner der Region. Das Projekt ist organisatorisch und rechtlich machbar – die Erfahrung des Empfängers bei der Durchführung ähnlicher Projekte garantiert die korrekte Umsetzung der Ziele und Aktivitäten, auf die sich das Projekt stützte.
