Celem głównym planowanej do realizacji inwestycji jest podniesienie jakości świadczonych usług społecznych, dzięki poprawie efektywności energetycznej w budynkach mieszkalnych będących w zasobach mieszkaniowych Spółdzielni Mieszkaniowej im. Jana Zamoyskiego w Zamościu.W ramach projektu zaplanowano następujący zakres prac: modernizacja systemu grzewczego wraz ze zmianami w sprawności dla potrzeb c.w. wraz z dociepleniem stropodachu oraz ścian zewnętrznych w budynkach mieszkalnych przy ul. Jana Zamoyskiego nr 28, 32, 34, 36, 38, 48, 50, 52, 56, 58, 60 w Zamościu. Realizacja projektu przyczyni się do osiągnięcia następujących wskaźników rezultatu: Ilość zaoszczędzonej energii cieplnej (Gj/rok) - 6 564 oraz szacowany roczny spadek emisji gazów cieplarnianych (ton CO2/rok) - 623. The main objective of the planned investment is to improve the quality of social services provided by improving energy efficiency in residential buildings in the housing resources of the Jan Zamoyski Housing Cooperative in Zamość.The project will include the following scope of work: modernisation of the heating system along with changes in efficiency for central heating, including warming of ceilings and exterior walls in residential buildings at ul. Jan Zamoyski no. 28, 32, 34, 36, 38, 48, 50, 52, 56, 58, 60 in Zamość. The implementation of the project will contribute to the achievement of the following result indicators: The amount of heat savings (Gj/year) – 6,564 and the estimated annual reduction in greenhouse gas emissions (tonne CO2/year) – 623. Das Hauptziel der geplanten Investition ist die Verbesserung der Qualität der erbrachten sozialen Dienstleistungen dank der Verbesserung der Energieeffizienz in den Wohngebäuden der Jan Zamoyski Housing Cooperative in Zamość. Modernisierung des Heizsystems mit Änderungen der Effizienz für die Zwecke des Warmwassers, sowie Erwärmung von Böden und Außenwänden in Wohngebäuden bei ul. Jan Zamoyski Nr. 28, 32, 34, 36, 38, 48, 50, 52, 56, 58, 60 in Zamość. Die Durchführung des Projekts wird zur Erreichung folgender Ergebnisindikatoren beitragen: Eingesparte Wärmemenge (Gj/Jahr) – 6 564 und geschätzte jährliche Reduktion der Treibhausgasemissionen (Tonne CO2/Jahr) – 623.
