Celem projektu jest poprawa jakości środowiska naturalnego w gminie Kraśnik poprzez kompleksową termomodernizację budynków użyteczności publicznej. W ramach projektu wykonane zostaną prace polegające na kompleksowej termomodernizacji obiektów użyteczności publicznej: Świetlicy Wiejskiej w m. Stróża , Przedszkola w m. Stróża Kolonia, Świetlicy Wiejskiej w m. Spławy Pierwszei Szkole Podstawowej w m. Kowalin.Zakres prac planowanych do wykonania w ramach projektu obejmuje między innymi: wymiana drzwi, bram zewnętrznych, okien, ocieplenie stropu poddasza, wymianę pokr. dach., ścian zewnętrznych, ścian fundamentowych do wysokości opaski kapilarnej, modernizację instalacji c.o., wymianę pokrycia dachowego i montaż kolektorów słonecznych (kolektory są usytuowane na budynku szkoły w Kowalinie, zestaw składa się z 4 szt. kolektorów pow. 1,82 m2 każdy). W celu monitorowania ilości zaoszczędzonej energii, źródła ciepła i energii elektrycznej oraz odbiorniki energii zostaną opomiarowane. Powstanie system pomiaru, monitoringu i zarządzania wykorzystaniem energii. Przedmiotowy projekt jest spójny zgodny z "Planem gospodarki niskoemisyjnej", którego celem jest poprawa jakości powietrza do poziomów dopuszczalnych i docelowych, mi.in. poprzez ograniczenie emisji z systemów grzewczych, dzięki przeprowadzonej głębokiej termomodernizacji budynków użyteczności publicznej. Spadek emisji CO2 wyniesie 267,64 tCO2/rok. Realizacja projektu spowoduje również znaczne oszczędności energii cieplnej 2 879,49 GJ/rok i elektrycznej 86,27 MWh/rok oraz zmniejszenie zużycia energii w budynkach - 1 138 647,69 kWh/rok. Ze względu na ww. pozytywne efekty, projekt ma korzystny wpływ na realizację celów środowiskowych. Grupą docelową do której skierowany jest projekt są mieszkańcy Gminy Kraśnik, którzy będą korzystać z budynków poddanych termomodernizacji, co w znacznym stopniu podniesie jakość życia społeczeństwa i podniesie komfort korzystania z budynków użyteczności publicznej. The aim of the project is to improve the quality of the environment in the municipality of Kraśnik through comprehensive thermomodernisation of public buildings. As part of the project, works will be carried out on a comprehensive thermomodernisation of public utility facilities: The Town Hall in the Guardian, kindergarten in the Guardian of Cologne, the village sanctuary, the first elementary school in Kwalin.The scope of the work planned to be carried out as part of the project includes, among others: replacement of doors, external doors, windows, warming of the loft ceiling, replacement of roof cover, exterior walls, foundation walls to the height of capillary band, modernisation of central heating system, replacement of roof covering and installation of solar collectors (collectors are located on the school building in Kwałin, the set consists of 4 collectors. 1.82 m² each). In order to monitor the amount of energy saved, heat and electricity sources and energy receivers will be measured. A system for measuring, monitoring and managing energy use will be created. This project is consistent with the “Low-carbon Economy Plan”, which aims to improve air quality to acceptable and target levels, e.g. by reducing emissions from heating systems, thanks to the deep thermal modernisation of public buildings. The decrease in CO2 emissions will be 267.64 tCO2/year. The implementation of the project will also result in significant thermal energy savings of 2 879.49 GJ/year and electricity 86.27 MWh/year and decrease energy consumption in buildings – 1138647.69 kWh/year. Due to the above-mentioned positive effects, the project has a positive impact on the achievement of environmental objectives. The target group for which the project is addressed are residents of the Municipality of Kraśnik, who will use thermally modernised buildings, which will significantly improve the quality of life of the society and increase the comfort of use of public buildings. L’objectif du projet est d’améliorer la qualité de l’environnement naturel dans la municipalité de Kraśnik grâce à une thermomodernisation complète des bâtiments publics. Dans le cadre du projet, des travaux seront réalisés en vue d’une thermomodernisation complète des services publics: Le centre communautaire du village de la ville de Stróża, maternelle dans la ville de Stróża Cologne, Świetlica Wiejska dans la ville de la première école primaire de Kowalin. Les travaux prévus dans le cadre du projet comprennent notamment: remplacement des portes, portes extérieures, fenêtres, isolation du plafond grenier, remplacement des couvertures de toit, murs extérieurs, murs de fondation à la hauteur de la bande capillaire, modernisation du système de chauffage central, remplacement du matériau de toiture et installation de capteurs solaires (les collecteurs sont situés sur le bâtiment de l’école à Kovalin, l’ensemble se compose de 4 pcs. collecteurs de la zone. 1,82 m² chacun). Afin de surveiller la quantité d’énergie économisée, les sources de chaleur et d’électricité ainsi que les récepteurs d’énergie seront mesurés. Un système de mesure, de surveillance et de gestion de l’utilisation de l’énergie sera mis en place. Ce projet est conforme au plan d’économie à faible intensité de carbone, qui vise à améliorer la qualité de l’air pour limiter et cibler les niveaux, y compris en réduisant les émissions des systèmes de chauffage grâce à la thermomodernisation profonde des bâtiments publics. La diminution des émissions de CO2 sera de 267,64 tCO2/an. La mise en œuvre du projet entraînera également d’importantes économies thermiques de 2 879,49 GJ/an et d’électricité de 86,27 MWh/an et une réduction de la consommation d’énergie dans les bâtiments — 1 138 647,69 kWh/an. En raison des effets positifs susmentionnés, le projet a une incidence positive sur la réalisation des objectifs environnementaux. Le groupe cible du projet est les habitants de la municipalité de Kraśnik, qui utiliseront les bâtiments en cours de rénovation thermique, ce qui améliorera considérablement la qualité de vie de la société et améliorera le confort d’utilisation des bâtiments publics. Ziel des Projekts ist es, die Qualität der natürlichen Umwelt in der Gemeinde Kraśnik durch eine umfassende Thermomodernisierung öffentlicher Gebäude zu verbessern. Im Rahmen des Projekts werden Arbeiten durchgeführt, die eine umfassende Thermomodernisierung der öffentlichen Versorgungsbetriebe umfassen: Das Dorfgemeindezentrum in der Stadt Stróża, Kindergarten in der Stadt Stróża Köln, Świetlica Wiejska in der Stadt der ersten Grundschule in Kowalin. Der Umfang der im Rahmen des Projekts geplanten Arbeiten umfasst unter anderem: Ersatz von Türen, Außentoren, Fenstern, Isolierung der Dachdecke, Austausch von Dachdecken, Außenwänden, Fundamentwänden bis zur Höhe des Kapillarbandes, Modernisierung der Zentralheizung, Austausch von Dachmaterial und Installation von Sonnenkollektoren (die Kollektoren befinden sich auf dem Schulgebäude in Kovalin, das Set besteht aus 4 Stück Kollektoren des Bereichs. Je 1,82 m²). Um die eingesparte Energiemenge zu überwachen, werden Wärme- und Stromquellen sowie Energieempfänger gemessen. Es wird ein System zur Messung, Überwachung und Steuerung der Energienutzung eingerichtet. Dieses Projekt steht im Einklang mit dem Plan für eine CO2-arme Wirtschaft, mit dem die Luftqualität verbessert werden soll, um die Grenzwerte zu begrenzen und zu erreichen, unter anderem durch die Verringerung der Emissionen aus Heizsystemen durch eine tiefgreifende Thermomodernisierung öffentlicher Gebäude. Die CO2-Emissionen werden um 267,64 tCO2/Jahr gesenkt. Die Umsetzung des Projekts wird auch zu erheblichen Wärmeeinsparungen von 2 879,49 GJ/Jahr und Strom von 86,27 MWh/Jahr und einer Verringerung des Energieverbrauchs in Gebäuden – 1 138 647,69 kWh/Jahr – führen. Aufgrund der oben genannten positiven Auswirkungen wirkt sich das Projekt positiv auf die Erreichung der Umweltziele aus. Zielgruppe des Projekts sind die Bewohner der Gemeinde Kraśnik, die die Gebäude nutzen, die der thermischen Renovierung unterzogen werden, was die Lebensqualität der Gesellschaft erheblich verbessern und den Komfort der Nutzung öffentlicher Gebäude verbessern wird.
