Celem projektu jest podniesienie kwalifikacji oraz zdobycie doświadczenia zawodowego w celu uzyskania zatrudnienia w okresie do 31.12.2016 r. przez minimum 81 osób bezrobotnych spośród 179 objętych projektem w wieku 30 lat i wiecej zarejestrowanych w PUP Krasnystaw znajdujących się w szczególnej sytuacji na rynku pracy. Projekt zakłada osiągnięcie efektywności zatrudnieniowej przez co najmniej 30% osób długotrwale bezrobotnych objętych wsparciem, co najmniej 33% osób z niepełnosprawnościami objętych wsparciem w programie, co najmniej 33% w wieku powyżej 50 r.ż., co najmniej 39% kobiet objętych wsparciem w programie, co najmniej 38% osób o niskich kwalifikacjach, co najmniej 40% w przypadku uczestników nie kwalifikujących się do żadnej z ww. grup. W ramach projektu wsparciem zostanie objętych 179 osób powyżej 30 r. ż. zarejestrowanych w PUP Krasnystaw kwalifikujących sie do I lub II profilu pomocy. Projekt zakłada objęcie wszystkich uczestników IPD oraz pośrednictwem lub poradnictwem zawodowym. Określona analiza umiejętności, predyzpozycji, problemów zawodowych będzie podstawą do realizacji odpowiednio dobranych usług, instrumentów rynku pracy, o których mowa w ustawie o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy. W ramach projektu uczestnicy będą mogli skorzystać ze szkoleń, staży zawodowych oraz zatrudnienia w ramach refundacji kosztów wyposażenia lub doposażenia stanowiska pracy. Projekt przewiduje kompleksowość wsparcia, w przypadkach wynikacjących z IPD. Możliwe będzie łączenie poszczególnych form wsparcia (szkolenie+staż, szkolenie+doposażenie) w sposób zapewniający efektywną aktywizację prowadzącą do trwałego zatrudnienia. (Polish)

The aim of the project is to raise qualifications and gain professional experience in order to gain employment in the period up to 31.12.2016 by at least 81 unemployed people out of the 179 included in the project aged 30 years and more registered with the PUP Krasnystaw who are in a special situation on the labour market. The project aims to achieve employability by at least 30 % of the long-term unemployed supported, at least 33 % of people with disabilities supported in the programme, at least 33 % above 50, at least 39 % of women supported in the programme, at least 38 % of low-skilled persons, at least 40 % for participants not eligible for any of the above groups. The project will support 179 persons above 30 registered in the PUP Krasnystaw qualifying for the I or II aid profile. The project involves covering all IPD participants and through or providing professional guidance. A specific analysis of skills, predispositions and occupational problems will be the basis for the performance of properly selected services, labour market instruments referred to in the Act on the Promotion of Employment and Labour Market Institutions. As part of the project, participants will be able to benefit from training, traineeships and employment as part of the reimbursement of the costs of equipment or retrofitting of the workplace. The project envisages a comprehensiveness of support, in cases resulting from IPD. It will be possible to combine different forms of support (training/training, training + retrofit) in a way that ensures effective activation leading to sustainable employment. (English)

L’objectif du projet est d’améliorer les qualifications et d’acquérir une expérience professionnelle afin d’obtenir un emploi au cours de la période allant jusqu’au 31 décembre 2016 par un minimum de 81 chômeurs sur 179 couverts par le projet, âgés de 30 ans et plus, inscrits au PUP de Krasnystaw qui se trouvent dans une situation particulière sur le marché du travail. Le projet vise à atteindre l’efficacité de l’emploi par au moins 30 % des chômeurs de longue durée bénéficiant d’une aide, au moins 33 % des personnes handicapées soutenues dans le cadre du programme, au moins 33 % des personnes âgées de plus de 50 ans, au moins 39 % des femmes soutenues par le programme, au moins 38 % des personnes peu qualifiées, au moins 40 % pour les participants qui ne sont pas éligibles à l’un des groupes susmentionnés. Le projet soutiendra 179 personnes de plus de 30 personnes inscrites à l’OLP de Krasnystaw admissibles au profil d’aide I ou II. Le projet associe tous les participants à la DPI ainsi que l’orientation ou l’orientation professionnelle. Une analyse spécifique des compétences, des prédispositions et des problèmes professionnels servira de base à la mise en œuvre de services sélectionnés de manière appropriée, d’instruments du marché du travail visés dans la loi sur la promotion de l’emploi et des institutions du marché du travail. Dans le cadre du projet, les participants pourront bénéficier d’une formation, d’un stage et d’un emploi dans le cadre du remboursement des frais d’équipement ou d’aménagement du poste. Le projet prévoit l’exhaustivité de l’aide dans les cas résultant de la DPI. Il sera possible de combiner différentes formes de soutien (formation+formation, formation + mise à niveau) de manière à garantir une activation efficace conduisant à un emploi durable. (French)
