Celem projektu jest zwiększenie jakości kształcenia ogólnego w Szkole Podstawowej w Kocierzewie Południowym, ukierunkowane na podniesienie u 56 UP kompetencji kluczowych niezbędnych na rynku pracy, rozwijanie indywidualnego podejścia do 23 UP uczniów młodszych i/lub o specjalnych potrzebach edukacyjnych oraz podniesieniu jakości kształcenia w placówce, poprzez wyposażenie szkoły w nowoczesne pomoce edukacyjne i narzędzia TIK, organizację zajęć rozwijających kompetencje kluczowe uczniów i ukierunkowanych na indywidualizację pracy z uczniem ze specjalnymi potrzebami edukacyjnymi oraz podniesienie kwalifikacji i umiejętności 20 nauczycieli, w terminie od 01.10.2016 do 31.07.2018 r. Grupę docelową projektu stanowi Szkoła Podstawowe w Kocierzewie Południowym oraz jej uczniowie i nauczyciele. Ogólna liczba uczniów (kl.I-VI) w SP wynosi: 166(94K) .Liczba UP objętych wsparciem w okresie 22 miesięcy realizacji pr. wynosi, 79 uczniów i 20 nauczycieli (20K). (Polish)

The aim of the project is to increase the quality of general education at the Primary School in South Cocierze, aimed at increasing the key competences needed in the labour market in 56 UP, developing an individual approach to 23 UP of younger pupils and/or with special educational needs and improving the quality of education in the institution, by equipping the school with modern educational aids and ICT tools, organising classes developing key pupils’ competences and aimed at individualisation of work with pupils with special needs in the school. The total number of pupils (K.I-VI) in the SP is: 166(94K).The number of UP supported during the 22 months of implementation is 79 pupils and 20 teachers (20K). (English)

L’objectif du projet est d’améliorer la qualité de l’enseignement général à l’école primaire du sud de Kocierzewo, visant à accroître les compétences clés de 56 UP nécessaires sur le marché du travail, à développer une approche individuelle de 23 PU pour les besoins éducatifs plus jeunes et/ou spéciaux, et à améliorer la qualité de l’enseignement dans l’établissement, en dotant l’école d’aides éducatives modernes et d’outils TIC, en organisant des activités de développement des compétences clés des élèves et visant à individualiser le travail avec un élève ayant des besoins éducatifs spéciaux et à améliorer les qualifications et les compétences de 20 enseignants, entre le 1er octobre 2016 et le 31 juillet 2018. Le groupe cible du projet est l’école primaire de Kocierzew du Sud et de ses enseignants. Ziel des Projektes ist es, die Qualität der allgemeinen Bildung an der Grundschule im Süden Kocierzewo zu verbessern, um die 56 auf dem Arbeitsmarkt erforderlichen Schlüsselkompetenzen zu erhöhen, einen individuellen Ansatz für 23 PUs für jüngere und/oder besondere Bildungsbedürfnisse zu entwickeln und die Qualität der Bildung in der Einrichtung zu verbessern, indem die Schule mit modernen Bildungshilfen und IKT-Instrumenten ausgestattet wird, Aktivitäten organisiert werden, die Schlüsselkompetenzen der Schüler entwickeln und die Arbeit mit einem Schüler mit besonderen Bildungsbedürfnissen individualisieren und die Qualifikationen und Fähigkeiten von 20 Lehrern zwischen dem 1.10.2016 und dem 31.07.2018 verbessern. Die Gesamtzahl der Studierenden (inkl. I-VI) in SP beträgt: 166(94K).Die Zahl der über 22 Monate der Umsetzung unterstützten UP beträgt 79 Schüler und 20 Lehrer (20K). (German)
