GRUPA DOCELOWA Wsparcie w projekcie jest kierowane do 60 os.(w tym min.45 kobiet)pozostających bez pracy niezarejestrowanych w Powiatowym Urzędzie Pracy jako bezrobotne,wyłącznie os.bierne zawodowo po 50 r.ż.o niskich kwalifikacjach,znajdujące się w szczególnie trudnej sytuacji na rynku pracy,z obszaru woj.lubuskiego(os.fizycznych zamieszkujących obszar woj.lubuskiego w roz.przepisów Kodeksu Cywilnego). Ponadto: -3 os.z niepełnosprawnościami(min.5%uczestników) CELEM GŁÓWNYM PROJEKTU jest podniesienie potencjału zawodowego oraz promocja aktywności społeczno-zawodowej wśród ww.grupy docelowej,w okresie I-X 2018r.poprzez realizacje kompleksowego i indywidualnego wsparcia dla uczestników. Target group Support in the project is addressed to 60 persons (including min.45 women) who are unemployed at the Poviat Labour Office as unemployed only after 50 with low qualifications, located in a particularly difficult situation on the labour market, from the area of the Lubuskie Voivodeship(physical persons living in the area of the Lubuskie Voivodship in the Provisional Codex). In addition: —3 persons with disabilities(min.5 % of participants) The main objective of the project is to increase the professional potential and promote socio-occupational activity among the above-mentioned target group, in the period I-X 2018 through the implementation of comprehensive and individual support for participants. TASKS IN THE PROJECT: —IDENTIFICATION OF THE NEEDS OF PEOPLE WITHOUT EMPLOYMENT -HIGH QUALITY OF VOCATIONAL TRAINING – COMMLECTED AND INDIVIDUAL JOB INTERMEDIATION -STAGES THE MAIN RESULTS: —the number of persons who were qualified after leaving the programme-min.10persons. —the number of persons working, including self-employed, after leaving the programme-min.25person. L’aide au projet est destinée à 60 personnes (dont au moins 45 femmes) qui sont sans emploi à l’Office du travail de Poviat, seules à celles qui sont employées après 50 ans de faible qualification, qui se trouvent dans une situation particulièrement difficile sur le marché du travail, de la région de la voïvodie de Lubuskie (personnes physiques vivant dans la zone de la voïvodie de Lubuskie dans le champ d’application du Code civil). En outre: —3 personnes handicapées (min. 5 % des participants) Le principal objectif du projet est d’accroître le potentiel professionnel et de promouvoir l’activité socioprofessionnelle au sein du groupe cible susmentionné, au cours de la période I-X 2018 par la mise en œuvre d’un soutien complet et individuel aux participants. TÂCHES DU PROJET: —IDENTIFICATION DES BESOINS DES CHÔMEURS — FORMATION PROFESSIONNELLE DE HAUTE QUALITÉ — COMPLECTIONS ET PLACEMENTS INDIVIDUELS -OFFICIENCIE PRINCIPAUX RÉSULTATS: —nombre de personnes qualifiées après avoir quitté le programme-min.10 personnes. —nombre de personnes occupées, y compris les travailleurs non salariés, après avoir quitté le régime-min.25 personnes.
