CEL PROJEKTU: pobudzenie transferu technologii i procesu komercjalizacji wyników prac B+R w spółce odpryskowej (spin out) EmotIn Sp.z o.o. dzięki wsparciu doradczemu do 28.02.2018r. 3. DZIAŁANIA: a)usługi doradcze w zakresie innowacji: •Usługi wsparcia innowacji - udostępn. przestrzeni biurowej (12 miesięcy), •Usługi doradcze w zakresie innowacji - Doradztwo w zakresie zawierania umów licencyjnych oraz o przeniesienie autorskich praw majątkowych oraz wsparcie w opracowaniu wzorów ww. dokumentów (12h), •Usługi doradcze w zakr. innow. - Doradztwo w zakresie zawierania umów o współpracę badawczo – rozwojową oraz świadczenie usług badawczych oraz opracowanie wzorów ww dokumentów(18h), •Usługi wsparcia innowacji -Przeprowadz. badań rynku dla nowych produktów (2 badania fokusowe na gr. mi.10 osób z branży ICT, Media, Gry), •Usługi wsparcia innowacji - udostępnienie laboratorium -urządzenia mobilne (26 dni) usługi wsparcia innowacji. b)usługi doradcze w zakresie budowy i utrzymania sieci powiązań między środ. nauk. a otoczeniem gosp.: •Doradztwo w zakresie budowania i utrzymywania sieci powiązań (wskazanie potencjalnych obszarów współpracy i klastrów branżowych, izb gospodarczych i innych organizacji przedsiębiorców (26h), •Doradztwo w zakresie zawierania umów o powiązaniu kooperacyjnym (10h) (umowa konsorcjum, um. klastrowa). c)usługi związane z nawiązywanie kontaktów i organizacja spotkań z przedst. środowiska nauk. i gosp. służących inicjowaniu procesów komercjalizacji wyników badań nauk.: •Kompleksowa organizacja wizyt matchmakingowych z przedst. środowiska nauk.
