Celem projektu jest realizacja prac badawczych ukierunkowanych na opracowanie innowacyjnych rozwiązań, pozwalających na wygenerowanie istotnych przewag konkurencyjnych tj:-na poziomie innowacji produktowej–opracowanie autorskich innowacyjnych, ekologicznych mieszanek kompozytowych opartych na naturalnych składnikach (odpadach poprodukcyjnych pochodzenia rolniczego), przeznaczonych do zastosowania w przemyśle budowlanym-na poziomie innowacji procesowej–opracowanie nowej technologii wytwarzania profili użytkowych z autorskich mieszanek kompozytowychZakres projektu obejmuje realizację badań przemysłowych i prac rozwojowych, zmierzających do opracowania w/w rozwiązań oraz ich komercjalizacji – w okresie trwałości - do własnej działalności gospodarczej poprzez uruchomienie produkcji udoskonalonych mieszanek kompozytowych.Dodatkowo Wnioskodawca przewiduje możliwość udostępnienia dla zainteresowanych odbiorców (producentów) licencji na opracowaną technologię wytwarzania profili z zastosowaniem opracowanych mieszanek.Proces badawczy przebierać będzie następująco:• badania przemysłoweZadanie 1. Badania laboratoryjne nad recepturą mieszanki kompozytowej na bazie ARF (TRL II)Zadanie 2. Badania nad recepturą autorskich mieszanek kompozytowych z zastosowaniem surowców naturalnych (odpadów poprodukcyjnych) (TRL II)Zadanie 3. Badania laboratoryjne szczegółowych charakterystyk materiału wytłoczonego z najlepszych mieszanek uzyskanych i wytypowanych na podstawie wyników badań w zadaniu 1 i zadaniu 2. (TRL IV)• prace rozwojoweZadanie 4. Próby technologiczne i parametryzacja procesu wytłaczania oraz weryfikacja parametrów wyrobów końcowych otrzymanych z opracowanych mieszanek kompozytowych. Walidacja opracowanych rozwiązań (TRL VII)Wartością dodaną operacji będzie zwiększenie aktywności Wnioskodawcy na rynkach międzynarodowych, osiągnięte poprzez opracowanie oraz wdrożenie innowacyjnych wyrobów, wykazujących szereg przewag konkurencyjnych, w odniesieniu do aktualnej oferty rynkowej. The aim of the project is to carry out research works aimed at developing innovative solutions, which allow to generate significant competitive advantages, i.e.:-at the level of product innovation-producing the author of innovative, ecological composite mixtures based on natural components (post-production waste of agricultural origin), intended for use in the construction industry-at the level of industrial innovations- at the level of process innovation-development of new technology for the production of functional profiles from proprietary compositesThe scope of the project covers the implementation of industrial research and development activities. Laboratory tests on the formula of composite mixture based on ARF (TRL II)Task 2. Research on the formulation of proprietary composite mixtures using natural raw materials (post-production waste) (TRL II)Task 3. Laboratory tests detailed characteristics of material embossed from the best mixtures obtained and selected on the basis of test results in Task 1 and Task 2. (TRL IV)• development work Task 4. Technological tests and parameterisation of extrusion process and verification of final product parameters obtained from composite mixtures. Validation of developed solutions (TRL VII)The added value of the operation will be the increase in the activity of the Applicant on international markets, achieved through the development and implementation of innovative products showing a number of competitive advantages in relation to the current market offer. L’objectif du projet est de mener des recherches visant à développer des solutions innovantes qui permettent de générer des avantages concurrentiels significatifs, c’est-à-dire — au niveau de l’innovation de produits — développement de mélanges composites innovants et respectueux de l’environnement à partir de composants naturels (déchets d’origine agricole) destinés à être utilisés dans l’industrie de la construction — au niveau de l’innovation des procédés — développement de nouvelles technologies pour la production de profils utilisateurs à partir de mélanges composites originaux. Essais en laboratoire sur la formulation de composés composites à base d’ARF (TRL II)Tâche 2. Recherche sur la recette des mélanges composites originaux utilisant des matières premières naturelles (déchets de postproduction) (TRL II)Tâche 3. Essais en laboratoire portant sur les caractéristiques détaillées du matériau gaufré à partir des meilleurs mélanges obtenus et sélectionnés à partir des résultats des essais de la tâche 1 et de la tâche 2. (TRL IV)• travail de développement 4. Essais technologiques et paramétrage du procédé d’extrusion et vérification des paramètres du produit final obtenus à partir de mélanges composites. Validation des solutions développées (TRL VII) La valeur ajoutée de l’opération sera d’accroître l’activité de la requérante sur les marchés internationaux, grâce au développement et à la mise en œuvre de produits innovants présentant un certain nombre d’avantages concurrentiels par rapport à l’offre de marché actuelle.
