Projekt ma na celu poprawę dostępu do edukacji na poziomie podst. na terenach wiejskich WrOF, w gminie Wisznia Mała poprzez rozbudowę szkoły podst. w Psarach. W ramach zaplanowanego do realizacji zakresu inwest. znajduje się dobudowanie części sportowej szkoły, zaplecza kuchennego i stołówki oraz części edukacyjnej, obejmującej 4 sale szkolne dla 24 uczniów każda, wraz z niezbędnym zapleczem. W ramach projektu zostanie urządzona i wyposażona pracownia mat. – przyr. oraz informatyczna, zostanie zakupiony sprzęt dydaktyczny dla uczniów o specjalnych potrzebach edukacyjnych, w tym dla uczniów szczególnie uzdolnionych. Zakupione wyposażenie zostanie zainstalowane zarówno w nowopowstałych pracowniach, jak i w już istniejących pomieszczeniach szkolnych. Do kosztów kwalif. projektu zakwalifikowano koszty budowlane związane z rozbudową części edukacyjnej wraz z niezbędnym zapleczem oraz wyposażenie powstałych pracowni i szkoły. Koszty związane z funkcją sportową, kuchenno – stołówkową oraz zagospodarowaniem terenu zostaną pokryte ze środków własnych lub pozyskanych dotacji. Dobudowana część edukacyjna pozwoli na uzyskanie nowych 96 miejsc (4 sale szkolne dla 24 uczniów każda), wnioskodawca przewiduje maksymalne wykorzystanie uzyskanej w wyniku projektu infrastruktury. Beneficjent zdecydował się na obniżenie wnioskowanej dotacji do 22,34 % kosztów kwalifikowalnych. Konieczność realizacji projektu wynika z niedostatecznego poziomu obecnej infrastruktury edukacyjnej. Rozbudowa szkoły jest również podyktowana sytuacją demograficzną (patrz analiza demograficzna). Inwestycja jest zlokalizowana w obrębie Szkoły Podstawowej w Psarach pod adresem ul. Główna 40, 51-188 Psary, na dział. 27 AM-1 obręb Psary, Nr ks. w.: WR1W/00017704/7. Działka jest własnością gminy i wnioskodawca posiada prawo do dysponowania nieruchomością. Wnioskodawcą, inwestorem oraz podmiotem realizującym jest gmina Wisznia Mała, która zapewnia zespół wykwalifikowanych pracowników. (Polish)

The project aims to improve access to education at the substst level in rural areas of the WrOF, in the municipality of Wisznia Mała by extending the subst. school in Psarach. The planned investment scope includes the addition of a sporting school, kitchen facilities and canteen and an educational area, including 4 school halls for 24 pupils, together with the necessary facilities. As part of the project, a mat workshop will be arranged and equipped. — and IT, will be purchased teaching equipment for pupils with special educational needs, including for highly gifted students. The purchased equipment will be installed in both new studios and already existing school premises. The construction costs related to the expansion of the educational part together with the necessary facilities and equipment of the established workshops and schools were included in the project’s eligible costs. Costs related to sports, kitchen and cafeteria functions and land development will be covered by own funds or grants. The added educational part will allow for new 96 seats (4 school halls for 24 pupils each), the applicant envisages maximum use of the infrastructure obtained from the project. The beneficiary decided to reduce the proposed grant to 22,34 % of the eligible costs. The necessity of the project is due to the insufficient level of the current educational infrastructure. The expansion of the school is also dictated by the demographic situation (see demographic analysis). The investment is located within the Elementary School in Psarach at ul. Main 40, 51-188 Psars, per department. 27 AM-1 Psara, No. WR1W/00017704/7. The property is owned by the municipality and the applicant has the right to dispose of the property. The applicant, investor and implementing entity is the municipality of Wisznia Mała, which provides a team of qualified employees. (English)

Le projet vise à améliorer l’accès à l’éducation au niveau du village de WrOF, dans la municipalité de Wisznia Mała par l’extension de l’école du Psary. Dans le cadre de l’investissement prévu, il y a la construction d’une partie sportive de l’école, d’installations de cuisine et de cantines, ainsi que d’une partie éducative comprenant 4 salles scolaires pour 24 élèves chacune, ainsi que les installations nécessaires. Dans le cadre du projet, l’atelier mat sera équipé et équipé. — le programme d’études et l’équipement informatique seront achetés pour les étudiants ayant des besoins éducatifs spéciaux, y compris pour les étudiants spécialement doués. L’équipement acheté sera installé à la fois dans les studios nouvellement créés et dans les salles d’école existantes. Les coûts de construction liés à l’extension de la partie éducative ainsi que les installations et l’équipement nécessaires des ateliers et des écoles ont été classés comme éligibles au projet. Les coûts liés à la fonction sportive, à la cantine et à l’aménagement du territoire seront couverts par des ressources propres ou des subventions reçues. La partie éducative ajoutée permettra l’acquisition de 96 nouveaux places (4 salles d’école pour 24 élèves chacune), le demandeur prévoit une utilisation maximale des infrastructures obtenues dans le cadre du projet. Le bénéficiaire a décidé de ramener la subvention demandée à 22,34 % des coûts éligibles. La nécessité de mettre en œuvre le projet est due au niveau insuffisant de l’infrastructure éducative actuelle. L’expansion de l’école est également dictée par la situation démographique (voir analyse démographique). L’investissement est situé au sein de l’école primaire du Psar à ul. Principal 40, 51-188 Psars, par canon. 27 AM-1 zone du Psary, No. WR1W/00017704/7. La parcelle appartient à la municipalité et le demandeur a le droit de disposer du bien. La requérante, l’investisseur et l’entité de mise en œuvre sont la commune de Wisznia Mała, qui fournit une équipe de travailleurs qualifiés. (French)
