Celem głównym projektu jest podnoszenie kompetencji kluczowych dla gospodarki i rozwoju kraju 60 studentów 41K/19M ostatnich dwóch semestrów I stopnia studiów stac na kierunku pielęgniarstwo w okresie 04.2016-31.05.2017. Realizacja projektu przyczyni się do osiągniecia celu szczegółowego PO WER poprzez podniesienie kompetencji zawodowych, komunikacyjnych, w zakresie przedsiębiorczości, informatycznych, analitycznych,za pomocą realizowanych form wsparcia tj. warsztaty psychologiczne, certyfikowane szkolenia, dodatkowe zadania praktyczne dla studentów w formie projektowej, dodatkowe zajęcia organizowane przez RSW z otoczeniem społeczno-gospodarczym oraz wizyty studyjne. Działania ukierunkowane będą na poszerzanie wiedzy z danej dziedziny, doskonalenie nabytych już umiejętności, rozwój osobowości. Oparte są na wiedzy teoretycznej i osobistych ćwiczeniach, informacjach zwrotnych. Poprzez oferowane formy wsparcia studenci będą doskonalić się i rozwijać. Projekt jest dostosowany do potrzeb indywidualnych uczestników m.in., pomoże im pokonać nieśmiałość, bariery komunikacyjne, efekt zorganizować czas pracy, ale również wzbogaci w myślenie analityczne. Studenci zdobędą wiedzę z zakładania własnej działalności gosp - postawią na przedsiębiorczość, kreatywność i innowacyjne pomysły. Wzrosną również ich komp zaw poprzez poszerzenie wiedzy spec za pomocą praktyki. RSW we współpracy z pracodawcami pokaże młodym ludziom jak osiągnąć sukces i stać się ekspertem w swojej dziedzinie. Formy wsparcia udzielone w projekcie wpłyną na konkurencyjność absolwentów RSW jako przyszłej kadry medycznej. Chodzi o to, by kształcić studentów na takich kierunkach, które są dla Polski bardzo ważne ze wzg na rozwój usług w danej branży z uwagi na starzenie się społ. i wzrost zapotrzebowania na usługi pielęgniarskie i konkurencyjność naszych firm w tym zakr na rynkach zagr. The main objective of the project is to raise key competences for the economy and development of the country 60 41K/19M students of the last two semesters of the first degree of study to become nursing in the period 04.2016-31.05.2017. The implementation of the project will contribute to achieving the specific objective of PO WER by improving professional, communication, entrepreneurship, IT, analytical, through the implemented forms of support, i.e. psychological workshops, certified trainings, additional practical tasks for students in the form of a project, additional activities organised by the RSW with the socio-economic environment and study visits. The activities will focus on improving knowledge in a given field, improving acquired skills, developing personality. They are based on theoretical knowledge and personal exercises, feedback. Through the offered forms of support, students will improve and develop. The project is tailored to the needs of individual participants, among others, will help them overcome shyness, communication barriers, the effect of organising working time, but will also enrich analytical thinking. Students will gain knowledge of starting their own business – they will focus on entrepreneurship, creativity and innovative ideas. They will also increase their comp in advance by expanding the expertise through practice. The RSW, in cooperation with employers, will show young people how to succeed and become an expert in their field. The forms of support provided in the project will affect the competitiveness of RSW graduates as future medical staff. The aim is to educate students in such fields, which are very important for Poland due to the development of services in a given industry due to the ageing of the community and the increase in demand for nursing services and the competitiveness of our companies, including the corners on the markets.This investment in students is intended in the future to provide graduates with a job and thus reduce unemployment. L’objectif principal du projet est d’améliorer les compétences clés pour l’économie et le développement du pays 60 étudiants 41K/19M des deux derniers semestres du premier degré d’études à devenir soins infirmiers au cours de la période 04.2016-31.05.2017. La mise en œuvre du projet contribuera à la réalisation de l’objectif spécifique de l’OP KED en améliorant les compétences professionnelles, de communication, d’esprit d’entreprise, d’informatique et d’analyse, grâce à des formes de soutien mises en œuvre, c’est-à-dire des ateliers psychologiques, des formations certifiées, des tâches pratiques supplémentaires pour les étudiants sous la forme d’un projet, des activités supplémentaires organisées par la RSW avec un environnement socio-économique et des visites d’étude. Les activités viseront à améliorer les connaissances sur le terrain, à améliorer les compétences déjà acquises et à développer la personnalité. Ils sont basés sur des connaissances théoriques et des exercices personnels, des commentaires. Grâce aux formes de soutien offertes, les étudiants s’amélioreront et se développeront. Le projet est adapté aux besoins individuels des participants, entre autres, il les aidera à surmonter la timidité, les obstacles à la communication, l’effet de l’organisation du temps de travail, mais aussi enrichi par la pensée analytique. Les étudiants acquerront des connaissances en créant leur propre entreprise GOSP — ils se concentreront sur l’entrepreneuriat, la créativité et les idées innovantes. Ils augmenteront également leur comps en élargissant la connaissance des spécifications par la pratique. RSW, en coopération avec les employeurs, montrera aux jeunes comment réussir et devenir un expert dans leur domaine. Les formes de soutien fournies dans le cadre du projet auront une incidence sur la compétitivité des diplômés de la RSW en tant que futurs membres du personnel médical. L’objectif est d’éduquer les étudiants dans ces domaines, qui sont très importants pour la Pologne en raison du développement des services dans une industrie donnée en raison du vieillissement de la population et de l’augmentation de la demande de services infirmiers et de la compétitivité de nos entreprises sur les marchés de Zagreb. Cet investissement dans les étudiants devrait fournir des emplois aux diplômés à l’avenir et ainsi réduire le chômage. (French)
