Celem głównym projektu "Skazani na sukces - program stażowy dla studentów WSEI w Lublinie" jest podniesienie kompetencji 65 (19K/46M) studentów z kierunków: Informatyka, Logistyka i Psychologia zbliżających się do wejścia na rynek pracy, odpowiadających potrzebom gospodarki, rynku pracy i społeczeństwa poprzez realizację w okresie 04.2018-11.2019 programów stażowych we współpracy z otoczeniem biznesu.W ramach projektu, 65 studentów weźmie udział w stażach, przez co staną się oni dobrze przygotowani do wkroczenia na rynek pracy i sprostają wysokim oczekiwaniom przyszłych pracodawców. Udział w stażach przyczyni się do wzrostu praktycznych umiejętności studentów, a wśród przedsiębiorców nastąpi wzrost świadomości o konieczności włączania się do procesu kształcenia przyszłych pracowników. Działania projektowe obejmować będą studentów ostatnich dwóch semestrów studiów stacjonarnych w roku akademickim 2017/2018 i 2018/2019 Wydziału Administracji i Ekonomii; kierunek o profilu praktycznym: Logistyka, Wydziału Transportu i Informatyki kierunek o profilu praktycznym: Informatyka oraz Wydziału Pedagogiki i Psychologii kierunek o profuilu ogólnoakademickim Psychologia. The main objective of the project “Convicted for Success – internship programme for WSEI students in Lublin” is to increase the competence of 65 (19K/46M) students from: IT, Logistics and Psychology approaching the labour market, responding to the needs of the economy, the labour market and society through the implementation of internships in the period 04.2018-11.2019 in cooperation with the business environment.As part of the project, 65 students will take part in traineeships, which will make them well prepared to enter the labour market and meet the high expectations of future employers. Participation in traineeships will increase the practical skills of students and there will be an increase in awareness of the need to participate in the training of future employees. Project activities will include students of the last two semesters of full-time studies in the academic years 2017/2018 and 2018/2019 of the Faculty of Administration and Economics; direction with a practical profile: Logistics, Department of Transport and Computer Science direction with practical profile: Computer science and the Faculty of Pedagogy and Psychology in the field of general academic psychology. L’objectif principal du projet «Supposed to Success — Stage Programme for Students of WSEI in Lublin» est d’augmenter les compétences de 65 étudiants (19K/46M) dans les domaines suivants: IT, Logistique et Psychologie abordant l’entrée sur le marché du travail, répondant aux besoins de l’économie, du marché du travail et de la société par la mise en œuvre de programmes de stages en coopération avec l’environnement des entreprises au cours de la période 04.2018-11.2019. Dans le cadre du projet, 65 étudiants prendront part à des stages, ce qui les rendra bien préparés à entrer sur le marché du travail et à répondre aux attentes élevées des futurs employeurs. La participation aux stages permettra d’accroître les compétences pratiques des étudiants et de sensibiliser davantage les entrepreneurs à la nécessité de s’intégrer dans le processus d’éducation des futurs travailleurs. Les activités du projet comprendront des étudiants des deux derniers semestres d’études à temps plein au cours des années académiques 2017/2018 et 2018/2019 de la Faculté d’administration et d’économie; direction avec profil pratique: Logistique, Département des Transports et de l’Informatique, direction avec profil pratique: L’informatique et la faculté de pédagogie et de psychologie, une direction sur Profuil Psychologie générale.
