GMINA MIASTO ELBLĄG/POWIATOWY URZĄD PRACY W ELBLĄGU

Celem głównym projektu jest zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia osób młodych do 29 roku życia pozostających bez pracy w mieście Elblągu i powiecie elbląskim. W ramach projektu wsparciem objęte zostaną wyłącznie osoby młode w wieku 18-29 lat bez pracy, w tym osoby z niepełnosprawnościami, zarejestrowane w PUP jako bezrobotne, które nie uczestniczą w kształceniu i szkoleniu - tzw. osoby z kategorii NEET, zgodnie z definicją osoby z kategorii NEET, przyjętą w POWER 2014-2020.Ogółem wsparciem zostanie objętych 445 osób. Skorzystają one z następujących form wsparcia: staże - 254 osoby, szkolenia - 41 osób, dotacje na rozpoczęcie działalności gospodarczej - 34 osób, refundacje kosztów wyposażenia lub doposażenia stanowiska pracy - 35 osób, prace interwencyjne - 31 osób, bon na zasiedlenie - 50 osób. Projekt zakłada osiągnięcie następujących wskaźników efektywności zatrudnieniowej: *minimalny poziom efektywności zatrudnieniowej dla osób w najtrudniejszej sytuacji (osoby z niepełnosprawnościami, osoby długotrwale bezrobotne, osoby z niskimi kwalifikacjami (do poziomu ISCED3), imigranci, reemigranci) na poziomie 42%,*minimalny poziom efektywności zatrudnieniowej dla pozostałych osób nienależących do ww. grup na poziomie co najmniej 57%. The main objective of the project is to increase the employability of young people up to 29 years of age who are unemployed in the city of Elbląg and Elbląg County. The project will support only young people aged 18-29 years without work, including persons with disabilities, registered in the PUP as unemployed, who do not participate in education and training – so-called NEETs, as defined by NEET category, adopted in POWER 2014-2020.The total support will be 445 people. They will benefit from the following forms of support: traineeships – 254 people, training – 41 people, grants for starting a business – 34 people, refunds of the cost of equipment or retrofitting of the workplace – 35 people, intervention work – 31 people, voucher for settlement – 50 people. The project envisages the achievement of the following employment performance indicators: * Minimum employment efficiency for the most disadvantaged (persons with disabilities, long-term unemployed, low-skilled people (up to ISCED3), immigrants, immigrants) of 42 %,*minimum employment efficiency for other non-members of at least 57 %. L’objectif principal du projet est d’accroître les possibilités d’emploi pour les jeunes jusqu’à l’âge de 29 ans qui sont sans emploi dans la ville d’Elbląg et dans le district d’Elbląg. Dans le cadre du projet, seuls les jeunes âgés de 18 à 29 ans sans emploi, y compris les personnes handicapées, inscrits à l’OLP en tant que chômeurs, qui ne participent pas à l’éducation et à la formation (les «NEET»), selon la définition des NEET adoptée dans le POWER 2014-2020, bénéficieront d’une aide globale de 445 personnes. Ils bénéficieront des formes de soutien suivantes: stages — 254 personnes, formation de 41 personnes, bourses pour la création d’une entreprise — 34 personnes, remboursement des frais d’équipement ou d’aménagement du lieu de travail — 35 personnes, travail d’intervention — 31 personnes, bon d’emploi — 50 personnes. Le projet vise à atteindre les indicateurs de performance en matière d’emploi suivants: *efficacité minimale de l’emploi pour les personnes les plus vulnérables (personnes handicapées, chômeurs de longue durée, peu qualifiés (jusqu’à la CITE3), immigrants, réémigrants) à 42 %,*efficacité minimale de l’emploi pour les autres personnes n’appartenant pas à ces groupes d’au moins 57 %. Hauptziel des Projekts ist es, die Beschäftigungsmöglichkeiten für junge Menschen bis zum 29. Lebensjahr zu erhöhen, die in der Stadt Elbląg und im Bezirk Elbląg arbeitslos sind. Im Rahmen des Projekts werden nur junge Menschen im Alter von 18 bis 29 Jahren ohne Arbeit, einschließlich Menschen mit Behinderungen, die in der PLO als Arbeitslose registriert sind, die nicht an der allgemeinen und beruflichen Bildung teilnehmen – so genannte NEETs gemäß der Definition von NEETs, die im POWER 2014-2020 angenommen wurden, unterstützt werden. Sie erhalten folgende Formen der Unterstützung: Praktika – 254 Personen, Ausbildung von 41 Personen, Zuschüsse für Unternehmensgründungen – 34 Personen, Kostenerstattung für Ausrüstung oder Nachrüstung des Arbeitsplatzes – 35 Personen, Interventionsarbeit – 31 Personen, Gutschein für Beruf – 50 Personen. Das Projekt zielt darauf ab, folgende Indikatoren für die Beschäftigungsleistung zu erreichen: *Mindestbeschäftigungseffizienz der am stärksten gefährdeten Personen (Personen mit Behinderungen, Langzeitarbeitslose, Geringqualifizierte (bis ISCED3), Zuwanderer, Wiedereinwanderer) mit 42 %,*Mindestbeschäftigungseffizienz für andere Personen, die nicht zu diesen Gruppen gehören, von mindestens 57 %.
