Celem projektu jest zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia osób młodych poniżej 30 roku życia pozostających bez pracy w powiecie.Głównym rezultatemprojektu będzie podjęcie zatrudnienia przez 120 osób zarejestrowanych w PUP.W ramach projektu wsparciem objęte zostaną osoby poniżej 30 roku życiazakwalifikowane do profilu pomocy I(tzw. bezrobotni aktywni) lub profilu pomocy II(tzw. wymagający wsparcia).W ramach projektu, dla każdego zuczestników przedstawienie konkretnej oferty aktywizacji zawodowej poprzedzi analiza umiejętności, predyspozycji i problemów zawodowych danegouczestnika.Na tej podstawie PUP realizować będzie odpowiednio dobrane usługii instrumenty rynku pracy,o których mowa w ustawie o promocji zatrudnieniai instytucjach rynku pracy. L’objectif du projet est d’accroître les possibilités d’emploi des jeunes de moins de 30 ans qui sont sans emploi dans le district. Le principal résultat du projet sera le début de l’emploi par 120 personnes inscrites à l’OLP. Le projet soutiendra les personnes de moins de 30 ans éligibles au profil d’aide I (appelé «chômeur actif») ou au profil d’aide II (appelé «soutien»). Dans le cadre du projet, chaque participant proposera une offre spécifique d’activation professionnelle, sera précédé d’une analyse des compétences, de la prédisposition et des problèmes professionnels du participant concerné.
