POWIAT KOZIENICKI/POWIATOWY URZĄD PRACY W KOZIENICACH

Celem projektu jest zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia osób młodych poniżej 30 roku życia pozostających bez pracy w powiecie kozienickim.Głównym rezultatem projektu będzie podjęcie zatrudnienia przez co najmniej 17% osób z niepełnosprawnościami, 35% osób długotrwale bezrobotnych, 48% osób o niskich kwalifikacjach oraz 43% osób nie kwalifikujących się do żadnej z wymienionych grup docelowych biorących udział w projekcie (zgodnie z metodologią pomiaru zawartą w Wytycznych w zakresie realizacji przedsięwzięć z udziałem środków EFS w obszarze rynku pracy na lata 2014-2020).W ramach projektu wsparciem objęte zostaną osoby poniżej 30 roku życia zakwalifikowane do profilu pomocy I (tzw. bezrobotni aktywni) lub profilu pomocy II (tzw. wymagający wsparcia). W ramach projektu, dla każdego z uczestników przedstawienie konkretnej oferty aktywizacji zawodowej poprzedzi analiza umiejętności, predyspozycji i problemów zawodowych danego uczestnika. Na tej podstawie PUP realizować będzie odpowiednio dobrane usługi i instrumenty rynku pracy, o których mowa w ustawie o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy. (Polish)

The aim of the project is to increase the employability of young people under the age of 30 who are unemployed in the Kozienice County.The main result of the project will be employment of at least 17 % of people with disabilities, 35 % of the long-term unemployed, 48 % of low-skilled people and 43 % of those who are not eligible for any of the listed target groups participating in the project (according to the measurement profile included in the guidelines for implementing projects with the participation of ESF funds in the labour market area). As part of the project, for each participant, the presentation of a specific offer of professional activation will precede the analysis of the skills, predispositions and professional problems of the participant. On this basis, the PUP will implement appropriately selected labour market services and instruments referred to in the Act on the Promotion of Employment and Labour Market Institutions. (English)

L’objectif du projet est d’accroître les possibilités d’emploi des jeunes de moins de 30 ans qui sont sans emploi dans le district de Kozienicki. Le principal résultat du projet sera d’au moins 17 % des personnes handicapées, 35 % des chômeurs de longue durée, 48 % des personnes peu qualifiées et 43 % des personnes non éligibles à l’un des groupes cibles susmentionnés participant au projet (conformément à la méthodologie de mesure figurant dans les lignes directrices pour la mise en œuvre de projets impliquant des mesures du FSE sur le marché du travail pour la période 2014-2020). Dans le cadre du projet, pour chaque participant, la présentation d’une offre spécifique d’activation professionnelle sera précédée d’une analyse des compétences, aptitudes et problèmes professionnels du participant concerné. Sur cette base, l’OLP mettra en œuvre des services et des instruments du marché du travail sélectionnés de manière appropriée, visés dans la loi sur la promotion de l’emploi et des institutions du marché du travail.
