POWIAT DĄBROWSKI/ POWIATOWY URZĄD PRACY W DĄBROWIE TARNOWSKIEJ

Celem projektu jest zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia osób młodych poniżej 30 roku życia pozostających bez pracy w powiecie dąbrowskim. Głównym rezultatem projektu będzie podjęcie zatrudnienia przez osoby zarejestrowane w Powiatowym Urzędzie Pracy. W ramach projektu wsparciem objęte zostaną osoby poniżej 30 roku życia zakwalifikowane do I profilu (tzw. bezrobotni aktywni) lub II profilu pomocy (tzw. wymagający wsparcia). W ramach projektu, dla każdego z uczestników przewidziane jest przedstawienie konkretnej oferty aktywizacji zawodowej poprzedzone analizą umiejętności, predyspozycji i problemów zawodowych danego uczestnika, Na tej podstawie PUP realizować będzie odpowiednio dobrane usługi i instrumenty rynku pracy, o których mowa w ustawie o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy.Powiatowy Urząd Pracy w Dąbrowie Tarnowskiej zapewni wsparcie byłym uczestnikom projektów z zakresu wyłączenia społecznego oraz będzie współpracować w tym zakresie z działającymi na obszarze realizacji projektu instytucjami pomocy i integracji społecznej. PUP Dąbrowa Tarnowska poinformuje o realizacji projektu PO WER IV instytucje pomocy społecznej funkcjonujące na terenie powiatu oraz zamieści informację o realizacji projektu na swojej stronie internetowej.Projekt ma pozytywny wpływ na zasadę równości szans i niedyskryminacji poprzez zapewnienie dostępności do oferowanego w projekcie wsparcia dla wszystkich jego uczestników oraz zapewnienie dostępności wszystkich produktów projektu (które nie zostały uznane za neutralne) dla wszystkich ich użytkowników, zgodnie ze standardami dostępności, stanowiącymi załącznik do Wytycznych w zakresie realizacji zasady równości szans i niedyskryminacji, w tym dostępności dla osób z niepełnosprawnościami oraz zasady równości szans kobiet i mężczyzn w ramach funduszy unijnych na lata 2014-2020 (Polish)

The aim of the project is to increase the employability of young people under the age of 30 who are unemployed in the Dąbrowa County. The main result of the project will be the employment of persons registered in the County Labour Office. The project will support people under 30 years of age qualified for I profile (so-called active unemployed) or II aid profile (so-called “requiring support”). As part of the project, for each participant a specific offer of activation will be presented, preceded by an analysis of the skills, predispositions and professional problems of the participant.On this basis, the PUP will implement appropriately selected services and instruments of the labour market referred to in the Act on the Promotion of Employment and Labour Market Institutions.The Regional Labour Office in Dąbrowa Tarnów will provide support to former participants in social exclusion projects and will cooperate in this respect with institutions of assistance and social integration active in the project. PUP Dąbrowa Tarnowska will inform about the implementation of the PO WER IV project social assistance institutions operating in the district and will include information about the implementation of the project on its website.The project has a positive impact on the principle of equal opportunities and non-discrimination by ensuring accessibility to the project’s support offered in the project for all its participants and ensuring the availability of all project products (which are not considered neutral) for all their users, in accordance with the accessibility standards attached to the Guidelines for the implementation of the EU equality of opportunity and non-discrimination principles, including the principle of equal opportunities and non-discrimination for all of them. L’objectif du projet est d’accroître les possibilités d’emploi pour les jeunes de moins de 30 ans qui sont sans emploi dans le comté de Dąbrowski. Le principal résultat du projet sera le début de l’emploi par des personnes inscrites au bureau du travail de district. Le projet soutiendra les personnes de moins de 30 ans qui sont éligibles au premier profil (les «chômeurs actifs») ou au deuxième profil d’aide (appelé «obligatoire de soutien»). Dans le cadre du projet, il est prévu, pour chacun des participants, de présenter une offre spécifique d’activation professionnelle, précédée d’une analyse des compétences, de la prédisposition et des problèmes professionnels d’un participant donné. Sur cette base, l’OLP mettra en œuvre des services et des instruments du marché du travail sélectionnés de manière appropriée, visés dans la loi sur la promotion de l’emploi et des institutions du marché du travail. Le bureau du travail de district de Dąbrowa Tarnowska soutiendra les anciens participants aux projets relevant du champ d’application de l’exclusion sociale et coopérera à cet égard avec les institutions qui participent à la mise en œuvre du projet. PUP Dąbrowa Tarnowska informera sur la mise en œuvre du projet OP WER IV institutions d’assistance sociale opérant dans le district et publiera des informations sur la mise en œuvre du projet sur son site web. Ziel des Projekts ist es, die Beschäftigungsmöglichkeiten für junge Menschen unter 30 Jahren zu erhöhen, die im Kreis Dąbrowski arbeitslos sind. Das Hauptergebnis des Projekts ist der Beginn der Beschäftigung durch Personen, die beim Bezirksarbeitsamt registriert sind. Im Rahmen des Projekts werden Personen unter 30 Jahren unterstützt, die für das erste Profil (sogenannte aktive Arbeitslose) oder das zweite Hilfsprofil (sogenannte „Förderbedarf“) in Frage kommen. Im Rahmen des Projekts soll für jeden Teilnehmer ein spezifisches Angebot zur beruflichen Aktivierung vorgelegt werden, dem eine Analyse der Fähigkeiten, Prädisposition und der beruflichen Probleme eines bestimmten Teilnehmers vorausgeht. Auf dieser Grundlage wird die PLO die im Gesetz über die Förderung der Beschäftigung und der Arbeitsmarkteinrichtungen genannten Dienstleistungen und Arbeitsmarktinstrumente durchführen. Das Bezirksarbeitsamt in Dąbrowa Tarnowska wird ehemalige Teilnehmer von Projekten unterstützen, die unter die soziale Ausgrenzung fallen, und in diesem Zusammenhang mit Einrichtungen zusammenarbeiten, die bei der Durchführung des Projekts tätig sind. Pup Dąbrowa Tarnowska wird über die Durchführung des Projekts OP WER IV Sozialhilfeeinrichtungen, die im Bezirk tätig sind, informieren und Informationen über die Durchführung des Projekts auf seiner Website veröffentlichen.
