W ramach Programu przeszkolonych zostanie 14 650 mieszkańców Obszaru Konkursowego 1. Uczestnicy Szkoleń (US) zyskają kompetencje w zakresie pozyskiwania informacji, komunikacji, rozwiązywania problemów, obsługi oprogramowania, korzystania z usług i e-usług publicznych oraz wiedzę na temat cyfrowych rozwiązań w obszarach: Rodzic w internecie, Mój biznes w sieci, Moje finanse i transakcje w sieci, Działanie w sieciach społecznościowych, Tworzę własną stronę internetową, Rolnik w sieci, Kultura w sieci. Działania związane z realizacją Programu obejmą ogłoszenie konkursu, wyłonienie grantobiorców, szkolenie Instruktorów, opracowanie scenariuszy szkoleń i materiałów szkoleniowych, zapewnienie wsparcia Instruktorów przez cały okres trwania Programu, przygotowanie strony internetowej, która zawierać będzie wszystkie materiały w wersji dostępnej dla osób z niepełnosprawnościami oraz funkcjonować po zakończeniu Programu, wspieranie grantobiorców w poprawnym wykonaniu i rozliczeniu grantów. As part of the Programme, 14 650 residents of the Competition Area 1 will be trained. Training participants (US) will gain competence in obtaining information, communication, problem solving, software handling, use of services and public e-services, as well as knowledge of digital solutions in the following areas: Parent on the Internet, My business on the web, My finances and online transactions, Activity in social networks, I create my own website, Farmer on the network, Culture on the web. Activities related to the implementation of the Programme will include the announcement of a competition, selection of grant recipients, training of Instructors, development of training scenarios and training materials, providing support for Instructors throughout the duration of the Programme, preparation of a website, which will contain all materials available to people with disabilities and function after completion of the Programme, supporting grant recipients in the correct execution and settlement of grants. 14 650 habitants de la zone de concurrence 1 seront formés dans le cadre du programme. Les participants à la formation (États-Unis) acquerront des compétences en matière d’acquisition d’informations, de communication, de résolution de problèmes, de traitement des logiciels, d’utilisation des services publics et de services en ligne, et de connaissance des solutions numériques dans les domaines suivants: Parent sur Internet, Mon entreprise en ligne, Mes finances et transactions en ligne, Agir dans les réseaux sociaux, Je crée mon propre site Web, Farmer sur le web, Culture en ligne. Les activités liées à la mise en œuvre du programme comprendront l’annonce d’un concours, la sélection des bénéficiaires de subventions, la formation des instructeurs, l’élaboration de scénarios de formation et de matériel de formation, la fourniture d’un soutien aux instructeurs tout au long de la durée du programme, la préparation d’un site Web qui contiendra tous les documents dans la version accessible aux personnes handicapées et fonctionnera après la fin du programme, et soutiendra les bénéficiaires de subventions dans la bonne exécution et le règlement des subventions.
