Projekt „CZAS NA STAŻ - kompleksowe wsparcie osób biernych zawodowo do 29 roku życia” jest odpowiedzią na rosnący problem braku aktywności zawodowej osób młodych w wieku 15-29 w regionie, którzy postrzegani są na rynku pracy jako osoby niedoświadczone i nie posiadające dużych kwalifikacji. Celem głównym projektu jest zniwelowanie barier skutecznej integracji z rynkiem pracy 90(54K i 36M) osób biernych zawodowo w wieku 15-29 lat z grupy NEET do XI2016 poprzez realizację kompleksowego, zindywidualizowanego wsparcia prowadzącego do zatrudnienia w postaci wsparcia psychologiczno-doradczego i staży zawodowych Dzięki realizacji projektu zostaną osiągnięte m.in. następujące rezultaty: -90os. nabędzie/podniesie umiejętności poruszania się po rynku pracy -37os. znajdzie zatrudnienie po zakończeniu udziału w projekcie - 90 os. nabędzie doświadczenie zawodowe Grupę docelową projektu stanowi 90os.(36Mi54K)biernych zawodowo zamieszkujących powiat m.Suwałki (max.15%os.), powiat suwalski, augustowski, sejneński, grajewski, monieckie (min.15%os. każdy) w wieku 15-29 lat, należący do grupy NEET wg POWER, których ograniczenia materialne i środowiskowe, a także brak doświadczenia zawodowego i wiedzy na temat skutecznych metod poszukiwania pracy utrudniają samodzielne nabycie umiejętności umożliwiających wejście na rynek pracy. W ramach projektu zrealizowane zostaną następujące zadania:Wsparcie psychologiczno-doradczeIPD(1,5h/osobę)poradnictwo zawodowe (śr.10h/osobę). 2. Staże zawodowe (3m-ce/90os) Dodatkowo ze względu na specyfikę grupy docelowej uczestnicy zostaną objęci opiekę psychologiczną przez cały okres realizacji projektu (śr. 6h/os) Osoby uczestniczące w projekcie otrzymają wsparcie towarzyszące:Stypendium stażowe – 997,40 zł. brutto miesięcznieZwrot kosztów dojazdu na stażeZwrot kosztów opieki nad dzieckiem/osobą zależną (Polish)

The project “CAS FOR STAT – comprehensive support for inactive persons up to the age of 29” is a response to the growing problem of inactivity of young people aged 15-29 in the region who are perceived as inexperienced and not highly qualified on the labour market. The main objective of the project is to overcome barriers to effective integration into the labour market 90(54K and 36M) of inactive persons aged 15-29 from NEET to XI2016 by implementing comprehensive, individualised support leading to employment in the form of psychological and advisory support and professional traineeships The project will deliver the following results: —90persons. will acquire/increase the skills of moving on the labour market -37 people will find employment after completion of participation in the project – 90 people will acquire professional experience The target group of the project is 90 people.(36Mi54K)passing professionally residing in the district of Suwałki (max.15 % of people).The project will carry out the following tasks: Psychological and advisory support IPD(1,5h/person)vocational counselling (mean 10h/person). 2. Le projet «CHAS FOR STAGE — soutien global aux personnes inactives jusqu’à l’âge de 29 ans» est une réponse au problème croissant de l’inactivité des jeunes âgés de 15 à 29 ans dans la région, qui sont perçus sur le marché du travail comme inexpérimentés et peu qualifiés. L’objectif principal du projet est d’éliminer les obstacles à l’intégration effective sur le marché du travail de 90 personnes inactives (54K et 36M) âgées de 15 à 29 ans du groupe NEET jusqu’au XI2016 en mettant en œuvre un soutien complet et individualisé menant à l’emploi sous la forme d’un soutien psychologique et consultatif et de stages professionnels Grâce à la mise en œuvre du projet, les résultats suivants seront obtenus, entre autres: —90 personnes acquièrent/augmentent la capacité de se déplacer sur le marché du travail -37 personnes trouvent un emploi après la fin du projet — 90 personnes acquièrent une expérience professionnelle Le groupe cible du projet est de 90 personnes.(36Mi54K) de résidents professionnels du comté de Suwałki (max. 15 % de personnes), Suwalski, Augustus, Sejneński, comté de Grajewski, Monieckie (min. 15 % chacun) âgés de 15 à 29 ans, appartenant au groupe POWER NEET, dont les contraintes matérielles et environnementales, ainsi que le manque d’expérience professionnelle et de connaissance des méthodes de recherche d’emploi efficaces, rendent difficile l’acquisition de compétences pour entrer sur le marché du travail. Dans le cadre du projet, les actions suivantes seront mises en œuvre: Psychological and Advisory IPD(1.5h/personne) counseling professionnel (10h/personne). 2.
