POWIAT WĄGROWIECKI/POWIATOWY URZĄD PRACY W WĄGROWCU

Celem projektu jest zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia osób młodych w wieku 18-29 lat pozostających bez pracy w powiecie wągrowieckim. Projekt jest formą wsparcia dla bezrobotnych kobiet i mężczyzn, którym trudno samodzielnie wejść lub powrócić na rynek pracy, tj. takich, którzy posiadają niewielkie umiejętności i kwalifikacje do wykonywania zawodu, nie posiadają lub posiadają niewielkie doświadczenie zawodowe, nie mają wystarczających środków finansowych na samozatrudnienie. Projekt rozpocznie się od lutego 2015 roku i będzie trwał do czerwca 2016 roku, jednak rekrutacja zakończy się 31.12.2015 roku. Zakłada on objęcie wsparciem 381 bezrobotnych kobiet i mężczyzn w wieku 18-29 lat zakwalifikowanych do I profilu pomocy (tzw. bezrobotni aktywni) lub II profilu pomocy (tzw. wymagający wsparcia). W ramach projektu, przedstawienie konkretnej oferty aktywizacji dla każdego z uczestników, poprzedzone zostanie analizą umiejętności, predyspozycji i problemów zawodowych danego uczestnika/uczestniczki. Na tej podstawie PUP realizować będzie odpowiednio dobrane usługi i instrumenty rynku pracy, o których mowa w ustawie o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy. Głównym rezultatem projektu będzie zdobycie przez osoby bezrobotne kwalifikacji zawodowych i doświadczenia zawodowego, a w efekcie zatrudnienia. Realizacja projektu będzie spełniała standard minimum, zgodnie z Wytycznymi w zakresie realizacji zasady równości szans i niedyskryminacji, w tym dostępności dla osób niepełnosprawnych i zasad równości szans kobiet i mężczyzn w funduszach unijnych na lata 2014-2020. The aim of the project is to increase the employability of young people aged 18-29 who are unemployed in the Wągrowiec district. The project is a form of support for unemployed men and women, who find it difficult to enter or return to the labour market alone, i.e. those who have little skills and qualifications to practise, do not have or have little professional experience, do not have sufficient financial resources for self-employment. The project will start from February 2015 and will run until June 2016, but recruitment will end 31.12.2015. It provides support for 381 unemployed women and men aged 18-29 who are eligible for the first aid profile (so-called active unemployed) or the second aid profile (so-called “requiring support”). As part of the project, the presentation of a specific activation offer for each participant will be preceded by an analysis of the skills, predispositions and professional problems of the participant. On this basis, the PUP will implement appropriately selected labour market services and instruments referred to in the Act on the Promotion of Employment and Labour Market Institutions. The main result of the project will be the acquisition by unemployed persons of professional qualifications and professional experience and as a result of employment. The implementation of the project will meet the minimum standard, in accordance with the Guidelines for the implementation of the principle of equal opportunities and non-discrimination, including accessibility for people with disabilities and the principles of equal opportunities for women and men in EU funds for the period 2014-2020. L’objectif du projet est d’accroître les possibilités d’emploi pour les jeunes âgés de 18 à 29 ans qui sont sans emploi dans le district de Wągrowiecki. Le projet est une forme de soutien pour les femmes et les hommes au chômage qui sont difficiles à entrer ou à réintégrer le marché du travail eux-mêmes, c’est-à-dire ceux qui ont peu de compétences et de qualifications, n’ont pas ou n’ont que peu d’expérience professionnelle, ne disposent pas de ressources financières suffisantes pour exercer une activité indépendante. Le projet débutera en février 2015 et durera jusqu’en juin 2016, mais le recrutement prendra fin le 31.12.2015. Elle suppose que 381 femmes et hommes sans emploi âgés de 18 à 29 ans qui sont éligibles au profil de premiers secours (les «chômeurs actifs») ou au deuxième profil d’aide (appelé «requis d’aide») sont couverts. Dans le cadre du projet, la présentation d’une offre d’activation spécifique pour chaque participant sera précédée d’une analyse des compétences, aptitudes et problèmes professionnels du participant/participant. Sur cette base, l’OLP mettra en œuvre des services et des instruments du marché du travail sélectionnés de manière appropriée, visés dans la loi sur la promotion de l’emploi et des institutions du marché du travail. Le principal résultat du projet sera l’acquisition par des chômeurs de qualifications professionnelles et d’une expérience professionnelle ainsi que par suite d’un emploi. La mise en œuvre du projet répondra à la norme minimale, conformément aux lignes directrices pour la mise en œuvre du principe de l’égalité des chances et de la non-discrimination, y compris l’accessibilité pour les personnes handicapées et les principes de l’égalité des chances pour les femmes et les hommes dans les fonds de l’UE pour la période 2014-2020.
