Głównym celem projektu jest: • Zapewnienie odbioru ścieków z obszarów nieskanalizowanych należących do Aglomeracji Luzino poprzez wyposażenie w sieć kanalizacji sanitarnej miejscowości Luzino, Kębłowo i Robakowo oraz umożliwienie podłączenia się do systemu zbiorowego odprowadzania ścieków 4800 mieszkańcom ww. miejscowości. • zapewnienie mieszkańcom miejscowości Luzino, Kębłowo i Robakowo należących do Aglomeracji Luzino ciągłości dostaw wody o wysokiej jakości – spełniającej wszystkie określone przepisami prawa wymagania biologiczno-chemiczne i sanitarne, określone dla wody przeznaczonej do spożycia przez ludzi, poprzez modernizację sieci wodociągowej (Luzino i Kębłowo), budowę nowych ujęć wody (Luzino, Kębłowo i Sychowo (zasilająca w wodę wieś Robakowo)) oraz budowę nowej stacji uzdatniania wody (Kębłowo). Dzięki realizacji projektu Aglomeracja Luzino osiągnie wymagany dyrektywą 91/271/EWG poziom skanalizowania dla aglomeracji należących do przedziału od 2 do 15 tys. RLM (ponad 80%). Realizacja projektu przyczyni się do osiągnięcia: •wskaźnika rezultatu bezpośredniego: Liczba nowych użytkowników sieci kanalizacyjnej, którzy przyłączyli się do sieci w wyniku realizacji projektu 4800 osób. •wskaźników produktu: Długość wybudowanej kanalizacji sanitarnej : 53,6 km, Długość przebudowanej (zmodernizowanej) sieci wodociągowej: 17,38 km. W związku z modernizacją sieci wodociągowej, polegającej na budowie nowej sieci wodociągowej nie przewiduje się podłączenia nowych użytkowników do sieci wodociągowej. (Polish)

The main objective of the project is to: • Providing the collection of sewage from non-scanised areas belonging to the Luzino Agglomeration by equipping the sanitary sewage network of Luzino, Kębłowo and Robakowo and enabling the connection to the collective sewage system of the 4800 inhabitants of the above-mentioned villages. • provide the residents of Luzino, Kębłowo and Robakowo belonging to the Luzino Agglomeration with the continuity of high-quality water supply – which meets all the legal requirements of biological and chemical and sanitary requirements, defined for water intended for human consumption, through modernisation of the water supply network (Luzino and Kęb³owo), the construction of new water intakes (Luzino, Kębowo and Sychowo water supply). With the implementation of the project, the Luzino Agglomeration will reach the level of scanning required by Directive 91/271/EEC for agglomerations in the range of 2 to 15 thousand. RLM (more than 80 %). The implementation of the project will contribute to the achievement of: •direct result indicator: The number of new users of the sewage network who joined the network as a result of the project 4800 people. • Product Indicators: Length of built sanitary sewage system: 53,6 km, Length of the reconstructed (modernised) water supply network: It’s 17,38 miles. L’objectif principal du projet est de: • Assurer la collecte des eaux usées des zones non analysées appartenant à l’agglomération de Luzino en équipant le réseau d’assainissement de Luzino, Kębłowo et Robakowo avec la possibilité de raccorder au système de collecte des eaux usées à 4 800 habitants du village. • veiller à ce que les habitants de Luzino, Kębłowo et Robakowo, appartenant à l’agglomération de Luzino, continuent de fournir de l’eau de haute qualité, qui répond à toutes les exigences biologiques, chimiques et sanitaires fixées par la loi pour les eaux destinées à la consommation humaine, grâce à la modernisation du réseau d’approvisionnement en eau (Luzino et Kębłowo), à la construction de nouvelles prises d’eau (Luzino, Kębłowo et Sychowo (alimentation du village Robakowo)) et à la construction d’une nouvelle station de traitement de l’eau (Kębłowo). Avec la mise en œuvre du projet, l’agglomération de Luzino atteindra le niveau de drainage requis par la directive 91/271/CEE pour les agglomérations de l’ordre de 2 à 15 000. C.P. (plus de 80 %). Hauptziel des Projekts ist: • Sicherstellung der Sammlung von Abwasser aus den nicht untersuchten Gebieten der Agglomeration Luzino durch die Ausstattung des Kanalisationssystems von Luzino, Kębłowo und Robakowo mit der Möglichkeit, sich an das System der Abwasserentsorgung an 4800 Einwohner des Dorfes anzuschließen. • stellen Sie sicher, dass die Einwohner von Luzino, Kębłowo und Robakowo, die dem Agglomeration Luzino angehören, weiterhin hochwertiges Wasser liefern, das alle biologischen, chemischen und sanitären Anforderungen erfüllt, die gesetzlich für Wasser für den menschlichen Gebrauch festgelegt sind, durch die Modernisierung des Wasserversorgungsnetzes (Luzino und Kębłowo), den Bau neuer Wasseraufnahmen (Luzino, Kębłowo und Sychowo (mit dem Dorf Robakowo) und den Bau einer neuen Wasseraufbereitungsanlage (Kębłowo). Angesichts der Modernisierung des Wasserversorgungsnetzes, die im Bau eines neuen Wasserversorgungsnetzes besteht, ist davon auszugehen, dass keine neuen Nutzer an das Wasserversorgungsnetz angeschlossen werden.
