Celem całościowego zamierzenia inwestycyjnego jest wsparcie efektywności energetycznej i wykorzystywanie odnawialnych źródeł energii w infrastrukturze publicznej szkolnictwa artystycznego w Polsce oraz zmniejszenie zapotrzebowania i zużycia energii (oszczędność energii), a przez to zmniejszenie ogólnych kosztów eksploatacji ujętych w projekcie budynków. Przedmiotem projektu jest termomodernizacja budynków wybranych placówek szkolnictwa artystycznego (139 placówek). Przedmiotowe budynki (187 szt.) są budynkami starymi, generującymi wysokie koszty utrzymania. Przewidziane w ramach projektu działania pozwolą na zmniejszenie zapotrzebowania na energię przedmiotowych budynków, co przełoży się na obniżenie zużycia paliw konwencjonalnych i w konsekwencji spowoduje ograniczenie emisji zanieczyszczeń powietrza. Ponadto realizacji projektu przyczyni się do poprawy stanu technicznego jak i estetyki budynków, co przełoży się na komfort w ich użytkowaniu. W wyniku realizacji projektu przeznaczenie przedmiotowych budynków nie ulegnie zmianie, będą nadal wykorzystywane do prowadzenia podstawowej działalności w sektorze publicznego szkolnictwa artystycznego. projekt przyczynia się znacznie do realizacji wskaźników rezultatu bezpośredniego określonych w Załączniku nr 2 do SzOOP POIiŚ 2014-2020, tj: - Szacowany roczny spadek emisji gazów cieplarnianych (CI) - tony równoważnika CO2 - 22 269,00 - Zmniejszenie zużycia energii końcowej - GJ/rok - 164 773,00 - Ilość zaoszczędzonej energii elektrycznej - MWh/rok - 4 540,00 - Ilość zaoszczędzonej energii cieplnej - GJ/rok - 148 428,00, - Zmniejszenie rocznego zużycia energii pierwotnej w budynkach publicznych (CI) - kWh/rok - 55 809 000) - Procentowe z zmniejszenie zużycia energii końcowej: 60,04% dla całego projektu (spełnia kryterium dla projektów głębokiej termomodernizacji). The aim of the overall investment goal is to support energy efficiency and the use of renewable energy sources in the public art education infrastructure in Poland and to reduce energy demand and consumption (energy saving), thus reducing the overall operating costs of buildings included in the project. The subject of the project is the thermal modernisation of the buildings of selected artistic education institutions (139 institutions). These buildings (187 pieces) are old buildings that generate high maintenance costs. The measures envisaged in the project will reduce the energy demand of the buildings concerned, which will reduce the consumption of conventional fuels and consequently reduce air pollutant emissions. Moreover, the implementation of the project will contribute to the improvement of the technical condition and aesthetics of buildings, which will translate into comfort in their use. As a result of the project, the use of the buildings in question will remain unchanged and will continue to be used to carry out basic activities in the public art education sector.The project contributes significantly to the implementation of the direct result indicators set out in Annex 2 to the Shoop POIiŚ 2014-2020, i.e.: — Estimated annual decrease in greenhouse gas emissions (CI) – tonnes of CO2-22 equivalent 269,00 – Reduction of final energy consumption – GJ/year – 164 773.00 – The amount of electricity saved – MWh/year – 4 540,00 – The amount of heat saved – GJ/year – 148 428.00, – Reduction of annual primary energy consumption in public buildings (CI) – kWh/year – 55 809 000) – Percent of the reduction of final energy consumption: 60.04 % for the whole project (fulfils the criterion for deep thermo-modernisation projects). L’objectif de l’investissement global est de soutenir l’efficacité énergétique et l’utilisation de sources d’énergie renouvelables dans les infrastructures d’enseignement des arts publics en Pologne et de réduire la demande et la consommation d’énergie (économies d’énergie), réduisant ainsi les coûts d’exploitation globaux inclus dans le projet de construction. L’objet du projet est la thermomodernisation des bâtiments d’établissements d’enseignement artistique sélectionnés (139 établissements). Ces bâtiments (187 unités) sont des bâtiments anciens, ce qui entraîne des coûts d’entretien élevés. Les mesures envisagées dans le cadre du projet permettront de réduire la demande énergétique des bâtiments concernés, ce qui réduira la consommation de combustibles conventionnels et, par conséquent, les émissions de polluants atmosphériques. En outre, la mise en œuvre du projet contribuera à l’amélioration de l’état technique et de l’esthétique des bâtiments, ce qui se traduira par un confort d’utilisation. En raison de la mise en œuvre du projet, l’utilisation des bâtiments en question ne changera pas, ils continueront d’être utilisés pour l’activité principale dans le secteur de l’éducation artistique publique. Le projet contribue de manière significative à la réalisation des indicateurs de résultat direct figurant à l’annexe 2 de l’OPP 2014-2020 et de l’EOOP SzOOP, à savoir: — Diminution annuelle estimée des émissions de gaz à effet de serre (IC) — tonnes d’équivalent CO2-22 269,00 — Réduction de la consommation finale d’énergie — GJ/an — 164 773,00 — Quantité d’électricité économisée — MWh/an — 4 540,00 — La quantité de chaleur économisée — GJ/an — 148 428,00, — Réduction de la consommation annuelle d’énergie primaire dans les bâtiments publics (IC) — kWh/an — 55 809 000) — Pourcentages avec une réduction de la consommation finale d’énergie: 60,04 % pour l’ensemble du projet (conforme au critère pour les projets de thermomodernisation profonde).
