Health security in the field of medical services provided by hospitals is a major challenge for border areas of the Bieszczady Poviat and the Old Sambor region. This results from the diagnosed common problem which is the poor technical condition of medical equipment, lack of modern medical equipment and ambulances and failure to adapt the types of medical services to the needs of the demographic and legal conditions. The most common cause of death among the inhabitants of the border are cardiovascular disease, cancer and external causes (accidents). In order to eliminate the threats and the barriers in the healthcare access, it is necessary to equip both hospitals with modern diagnostics equipment and to purchase new ambulances. Modernisation of the emergency room and the operating theater in the hospital in Ustrzyki Dolne is aimed at ensuring access to broad diagnostics, provide new quality of the provided services in the so-called one-day mode, and the cost effectiveness of the hospital operation. Equipping the hospital in Old Sambor with modern equipment and retrofitting the missing one is a necessary action to ensure the safety of the residents and the tourists coming to Ukraine. Joint conferences, specialized training, working meetings will contribute to raising the quality of medical services, especially in medical first aid, joint programs and diagnostic procedures performed at the surgery ward. Ensuring the sense of health safety for the residents of the borderland is necessary due to the levelling of differences, stereotypes, and improving good neighbourly relations. Increased cross-border traffic and tourist crossing in Krościenko forces taking joint action in order to create a common procedure in the provision of medical assistance to the Ukrainian-Polish borderland. Increasing the sense of security on both sides of the border will also contribute to the development of tourism and socio-economic development of the borderland. (Polish)

La sécurité sanitaire dans le domaine des services médicaux fournis par les hôpitaux constitue un défi majeur pour les zones frontalières de Bieszczady Poviat et de la région du Vieux Sambor. Cela résulte du problème commun diagnostiqué, à savoir le mauvais état technique de l’équipement médical, le manque d’équipement médical moderne et d’ambulances et l’incapacité d’adapter les types de services médicaux aux besoins des conditions démographiques et juridiques. La cause de décès la plus répandue parmi les habitants de la frontière est la maladie cardiovasculaire, le cancer et les causes externes (accidents). Afin d’éliminer les menaces et les obstacles à l’accès aux soins de santé, il est nécessaire d’équiper les deux hôpitaux d’équipements de diagnostic modernes et d’acheter de nouvelles ambulances. La modernisation de la salle d’urgence et de la salle d’opération de l’hôpital d’Ustrzyki Dolne vise à garantir l’accès à de larges diagnostics, à fournir une nouvelle qualité des services fournis dans le mode dit d’une journée et à assurer la rentabilité de l’opération hospitalière. Équiper l’hôpital du Vieux Sambor d’équipements modernes et rénover celui qui manque est une mesure nécessaire pour assurer la sécurité des résidents et des touristes venant en Ukraine. Des conférences conjointes, une formation spécialisée et des réunions de travail contribueront à améliorer la qualité des services médicaux, en particulier dans les premiers soins médicaux, les programmes conjoints et les procédures diagnostiques effectuées au service de chirurgie. Il est nécessaire d’assurer le sens de la sécurité sanitaire pour les habitants de la zone frontalière afin de niveler les différences, les stéréotypes et d’améliorer les bonnes relations de voisinage. L’augmentation du trafic transfrontalier et du passage des touristes à Krościenko prend des mesures communes afin de créer une procédure commune pour la fourniture d’une assistance médicale à la frontière entre l’Ukraine et la Pologne. Le renforcement du sentiment de sécurité des deux côtés de la frontière contribuera également au développement du tourisme et au développement socio-économique du territoire frontalier. (French)

Die Gesundheitssicherheit im Bereich der medizinischen Dienstleistungen von Krankenhäusern stellt eine große Herausforderung für die Grenzgebiete des Bieszczady Poviat und der Region Old Sambor dar. Dies ergibt sich aus dem diagnostizierten gemeinsamen Problem, dem schlechten technischen Zustand der medizinischen Ausrüstung, dem Mangel an moderner medizinischer Ausrüstung und Krankenwagen und der mangelnden Anpassung der Arten medizinischer Dienstleistungen an die Bedürfnisse der demografischen und rechtlichen Bedingungen. Die häufigste Todesursache bei den Bewohnern der Grenze sind Herz-Kreislauf-Erkrankungen, Krebs und äußere Ursachen (Unfälle). Um die Bedrohungen und Barrieren beim Zugang zur Gesundheitsversorgung zu beseitigen, ist es notwendig, beide Krankenhäuser mit moderner Diagnoseausrüstung auszustatten und neue Krankenwagen zu kaufen. Die Modernisierung des Notfallraums und des Operationssaals im Krankenhaus in Ustrzyki Dolne zielt darauf ab, den Zugang zu einer breiten Diagnostik zu gewährleisten, neue Qualität der erbrachten Dienstleistungen im sogenannten Eintagesmodus und die Kosteneffizienz des Krankenhausbetriebs zu gewährleisten. Die Ausstattung des Krankenhauses in Old Sambor mit moderner Ausrüstung und Nachrüstung der fehlenden ist eine notwendige Maßnahme, um die Sicherheit der Bewohner und der Touristen zu gewährleisten, die in die Ukraine kommen. Gemeinsame Konferenzen, spezialisierte Schulungen, Arbeitstreffen werden dazu beitragen, die Qualität der medizinischen Dienstleistungen zu erhöhen, insbesondere in der medizinischen Erstversorgung, gemeinsamen Programmen und diagnostischen Verfahren, die auf der Operationsstation durchgeführt werden. Die Gewährleistung des Gesundheitsschutzes für die Bewohner des Grenzlandes ist notwendig, um Unterschiede, Stereotypen und gute Nachbarschaftsbeziehungen zu vereinheitlichen. Verstärkte grenzüberschreitende Verkehrs- und Touristenkreuzung in Krościenko-Truppen, die gemeinsame Maßnahmen ergreifen, um ein gemeinsames Verfahren für die medizinische Versorgung der ukrainisch-polnischen Grenze zu schaffen. Die Erhöhung des Sicherheitsgefühls auf beiden Seiten der Grenze wird auch zur Entwicklung des Tourismus und zur sozioökonomischen Entwicklung des Grenzlandes beitragen. (German)
