Lanka ja Muovi toimii pääasiassa kotimarkkinoilla, mutta meillä on kokemusta myös viennistä Viroon ja Ruotsiin. Koska merkittävää kasvua ei tällä hetkellä ole näkyvissä, haemme kasvua nyt muilta lähimarkkinoilta.Kehittämishanketta on pohjustettu aiemmalla valmistelurahahankkeella, jonka puitteissa kartoitettiin Ruotsin ja Norjan markkinat sekä potentiaaliset asiakkaat näissä kohdemaissa. Toteutuneet tulokset olivat erittäin lupaavia ja tämä kehityshanke on jatkoa edelliselle. Kehittämishankkeen tavoitteena on vahvistaa kansainvälistä toimintaa uusilla asiakkuuksilla, parantaa tietojärjestelmiä vastaamaan kansainvälistymistä sekä laajentaa kohdemarkkinoiden tuntemusta, jotta pohja uusille markkinoille laajentumiseen on kunnossa ja kansainvälinen toiminta jatkossa mahdollisimman tehokasta. Yarn and Plastic are mainly active in the domestic market, but we also have experience in exporting to Estonia and Sweden. In the absence of significant growth at the moment, we are now looking for growth in other neighbouring markets. The development project has been paved the way for an earlier preparatory grant project to identify the Swedish and Norwegian markets and potential customers in these target countries. The results achieved were very promising and this development project is a continuation of the previous one. The aim of the development project is to strengthen international operations with new customers, to improve information systems in line with internationalisation, and to expand the knowledge of the target markets so that the basis for the expansion of new markets is in place and international operations are as efficient as possible in the future. Le fil et le plastique sont principalement actifs sur le marché intérieur, mais nous avons également de l’expérience dans l’exportation vers l’Estonie et la Suède. En l’absence de croissance significative pour le moment, nous recherchons maintenant une croissance sur d’autres marchés voisins. Le projet de développement a ouvert la voie à un projet de subvention préparatoire antérieur visant à identifier les marchés suédois et norvégien et les clients potentiels dans ces pays cibles. Les résultats obtenus étaient très prometteurs et ce projet de développement se poursuit par rapport au précédent. L’objectif du projet de développement est de renforcer les opérations internationales auprès de nouveaux clients, d’améliorer les systèmes d’information en phase avec l’internationalisation et d’élargir la connaissance des marchés cibles afin que la base de l’expansion de nouveaux marchés soit en place et que les opérations internationales soient aussi efficaces que possible à l’avenir. Garne und Kunststoff sind hauptsächlich auf dem Inlandsmarkt tätig, aber wir haben auch Erfahrung im Export nach Estland und Schweden. In Ermangelung eines signifikanten Wachstums suchen wir jetzt nach Wachstum in anderen benachbarten Märkten. Das Entwicklungsprojekt wurde den Weg für ein früheres vorbereitendes Zuschussprojekt geebnet, um den schwedischen und norwegischen Markt und potenzielle Kunden in diesen Zielländern zu identifizieren. Die erzielten Ergebnisse waren sehr vielversprechend, und dieses Entwicklungsprojekt ist eine Fortsetzung des vorherigen Projekts. Ziel des Entwicklungsprojekts ist es, den internationalen Betrieb mit neuen Kunden zu stärken, die Informationssysteme entsprechend der Internationalisierung zu verbessern und das Wissen über die Zielmärkte zu erweitern, um die Grundlage für den Ausbau neuer Märkte zu schaffen und das internationale Geschäft in Zukunft so effizient wie möglich zu gestalten.
