Hlavným cieľom projektu je zvýšenie atraktivity a prepravnej kapacity cyklistickej dopravy, prostredníctvom vybudovania cyklistickej komunikácie v meste Čadca (2.Etapa). Realizácia projektu prispeje k zlepšeniu dostupnosti k občianskej infraštruktúre, k prestupným uzlom ako aj k dostupnosti do vzdialenejšieho priemyselného parku v severnej časti mesta (PZ II.) a priemyselnej zóny nachádzajúcej sa priamo vo východnej časti mesta (PZ I.) cez ktorú táto 2. etapa priamo prechádza.Hlavný cieľ dosiahneme realizáciou jednej hlavnej aktivity: Aktivita 1 Cyklistické komunikácie – budovanie nových cyklistických komunikácií. Podporné aktivity bude mesto financovať z vlastných zdrojov.Cyklistická komunikácia (2. etapa) bude plynule nadväzovať na koniec 1. etapy a bude začínať v križovatke ulíc Nábrežná a Námestie slobody ďalej cez Pribinovu ulicu, Hlinkovu ulicu a ukončená bude v križovatke ulíc Hlinkova a Kysucká cesta. Bude viesť pozdĺž cesty I. triedy I/11 po miestnych komunikáciách centrom Mesta Čadca popod sídlisko Žarec smerom do časti Horelica. Okolo trasy sú situované obchodné centrá, úrady, školy, športový areál, lekárne, služby, zastávky autobusov, vlaková a autobusová stanica, ako aj vzdialenejší priemyselný park a priemyselná zóna.Cieľovou skupinou sú obyvatelia Čadce.Výsledkom realizácie projektu bude 1,5205 km vybudovanej cyklistickej komunikácie. The main objective of the project is to increase the attractiveness and transport capacity of cycling transport, through the construction of cycling communication in Čadca (2.Etapa). The implementation of the project will contribute to improving accessibility to the civic infrastructure, to the interchangeable nodes as well as the accessibility to the more distant industrial park in the northern part of the city (PZ II.) and the industrial zone located directly in the eastern part of the city (PZ I.) through which this 2nd stage directly passes. The main objective will be achieved by implementing one main activity: Activity 1 Cycling communications – building new cycling communications. Support activities will be financed by the city from its own resources.Cyclistic communication (2nd stage) will continue to follow the end of the 1st stage and will start at the intersection of the streets Nábrežná and Námestie Freedom further across Pribinova Street, Hlinkova Street and will be finished at the junction of streets Hlinkova and Kysucká cesta. It will lead along the road I/11 along the local roads through the city centre of Čadca, under the settlement Žarec in the direction of Horelica. Around the route are business centers, offices, schools, sports complex, pharmacies, services, bus stops, train and bus station, as well as a more distant industrial park and industrial zone.The target group are residents of Čadca.The result of the project implementation will be 1,5205 km of built cycling communication. L’objectif principal du projet est d’accroître l’attractivité et la capacité de transport du transport cycliste, grâce à la construction de la communication cycliste à Čadca (2.Etapa). La mise en œuvre du projet contribuera à améliorer l’accessibilité aux infrastructures civiques, aux nœuds interchangeables ainsi qu’à l’accessibilité au parc industriel plus éloigné de la partie nord de la ville (PZ II.) et à la zone industrielle située directement dans la partie orientale de la ville (PZ I.) à travers laquelle cette 2ème étape passe directement. L’objectif principal sera atteint par la mise en œuvre d’une activité principale: Activité 1 Communications à vélo — construire de nouvelles communications cyclistes. Les activités de soutien seront financées par la ville sur ses propres ressources.La communication cyclistique (2e étape) continuera de suivre la fin de la 1ère étape et commencera à l’intersection des rues Nábrežná et Námestie Freedom plus loin à travers la rue Pribinova, rue Hlinkova et se termineront à la jonction des rues Hlinkova et Kysucká cesta. Il mènera le long de la route I/11 le long des routes locales à travers le centre-ville de Čadca, sous le village de Žarec en direction de Horelica. Autour de l’itinéraire se trouvent des centres d’affaires, des bureaux, des écoles, un complexe sportif, des pharmacies, des services, des arrêts de bus, des trains et des gares routières, ainsi qu’un parc industriel et une zone industrielle plus éloignés.Le groupe cible est les résidents de Čadca.Le résultat de la mise en œuvre du projet sera de 1,5205 km de communication cycliste construite. Hauptziel des Projekts ist die Steigerung der Attraktivität und der Transportkapazität des Radverkehrs durch den Bau der Radkommunikation in Čadca (2.Etapa). Die Durchführung des Projekts wird dazu beitragen, den Zugang zur Bürgerinfrastruktur, zu den austauschbaren Knoten sowie zur Erreichbarkeit des weiter entfernten Industrieparks im nördlichen Teil der Stadt (PZ II.) und der Industriezone direkt im östlichen Teil der Stadt (PZ I.) zu verbessern, durch die diese zweite Phase direkt durchläuft. Aktivität 1 Fahrradkommunikation – Aufbau neuer Radkommunikation. Die Unterstützungsaktivitäten werden von der Stadt aus eigenen Mitteln finanziert.Cyclistische Kommunikation (2. Etappe) wird weiterhin dem Ende der 1. Etappe folgen und wird an der Kreuzung der Straßen Nábrežná und Námestie Freedom weiter über Pribinova Straße, Hlinkova Straße beginnen und wird an der Kreuzung der Straßen Hlinkova und Kysucká cesta abgeschlossen werden. Es führt entlang der Straße I/11 entlang der Landstraßen durch das Stadtzentrum von Čadca, unter der Siedlung Žarec in Richtung Horelica. Rund um die Route befinden sich Geschäftszentren, Büros, Schulen, Sportanlagen, Apotheken, Dienstleistungen, Bushaltestellen, Bahn- und Busbahnhof sowie ein weiter entfernter Industriepark und Industriegebiet.Die Zielgruppe sind Bewohner von Čadca.Das Ergebnis der Projektdurchführung wird 1,5205 km gebaute Fahrradkommunikation sein. De belangrijkste doelstelling van het project is de aantrekkelijkheid en de vervoerscapaciteit van het fietsvervoer te vergroten door middel van de bouw van fietscommunicatie in Čadca (2.Etapa). De uitvoering van het project zal bijdragen tot de verbetering van de toegankelijkheid van de civiele infrastructuur, de verwisselbare knooppunten en de toegankelijkheid van het verder gelegen industriepark in het noordelijke deel van de stad (PZ II.) en het industriegebied dat rechtstreeks in het oostelijke deel van de stad (PZ I.) ligt waar deze 2e etappe rechtstreeks doorloopt. Het hoofddoel zal worden bereikt door één hoofdactiviteit uit te voeren: Activiteit 1 Fietscommunicatie — bouwen van nieuwe fietscommunicatie. Ondersteunende activiteiten zullen worden gefinancierd door de stad uit eigen middelen.Cyclistische communicatie (2e etappe) zal het einde van de 1e etappe blijven volgen en zal beginnen op het kruispunt van de straten Nábrežná en Námestie Freedom verder over Pribinova Street, Hlinkova Street en zal worden voltooid op de kruising van straten Hlinkova en Kysucká cesta. Het loopt langs de weg I/11 langs de lokale wegen door het centrum van Čadca, onder de nederzetting Žarec in de richting van Horelica. Rond de route zijn business centers, kantoren, scholen, sportcomplex, apotheken, diensten, bushaltes, trein- en busstation, evenals een meer afgelegen industrieterrein en industriezone.De doelgroep zijn inwoners van Čadca.Het resultaat van de projectuitvoering zal 1,5205 km gebouwde fietscommunicatie zijn.
