Projektom je predviđena rekonstrukcija ovojnice zgrade koja obuhvaća tri građevinske mjere za poboljšanje toplinske zaštitne ovojnice (toplinsku izolaciju vanjskih zidova, toplinsku izolaciju stropa prema negrijanog tavana i zamjenu vanjske stolarije), dvije strojarske mjere (rekonstrukciju plinske instalacije zemnog plina i rekonstrukciju postojeće instalacije centralnog toplovodnog radijatorskog grijanja - zamjena plinskog bojlera kondenzacijskim uređajem i ugradnja termo ventila s regulatorom protoka) a sve u cilju smanjenja utroška energije i štetnih emisija CO2. The project provides for the renovation of the building envelope comprising three construction measures to improve the thermal protective envelope (thermal insulation of the external walls, thermal insulation of the ceiling to an unheated attic and the replacement of external joinery), the two engine engineering measures (reconstruction of the natural gas gas circuit and the reconstruction of the existing central heating hot-water boilers — replacement of gas boiler by condensing unit and the installation of a thermos-governor) with a view to reducing energy input and harmful CO2 emissions. Le projet prévoit la reconstruction de l’enveloppe du bâtiment, qui comprend trois mesures de construction visant à améliorer l’enveloppe de protection thermique (isolation thermique des murs extérieurs, isolation thermique du plafond vers le grenier non chauffé et remplacement de la menuiserie extérieure), deux mesures mécaniques (reconstruction de l’installation de gaz de gaz naturel et reconstruction de l’installation existante de chauffage central par radiateur d’eau de chaleur — remplacement de la chaudière à gaz par un dispositif de condensation et installation d’une vanne thermique par un régulateur de débit) toutes afin de réduire la consommation d’énergie et les émissions nocives de CO2. Das Projekt sieht die Rekonstruktion der Gebäudehülle vor, die drei Baumaßnahmen zur Verbesserung der thermischen Schutzhülle (thermische Isolierung von Außenwänden, Wärmedämmung der Decke in Richtung des unbeheizten Dachbodens und Ersatz der Außentischlerei) umfasst, zwei mechanische Maßnahmen (Rekonstruktion der Gasinstallation von Erdgas und Rekonstruktion der bestehenden Installation von Zentralheizungsheizkörpern – Ersetzung des Gaskessels durch Kondensationsvorrichtung und Installation eines Wärmeventils mit einem Durchflussregler), um den Energieverbrauch und die schädlichen CO2-Emissionen zu verringern.
