Projektom "Snažno zaželi i ostvari" će se obuhvatiti nezaposlene pripadnice ciljne skupine ( prioritet imaju osobe starije od 50 godina, žene s inaliditetom, osobe s najviše završenim srednoškolskim obrazovanjem, mlade žene izašle iz odgojnih ustanova, itd) kojim će kroz ovaj projekt zaposliti 7 pripadnica ciljne skupine, te će se iste osposobiti za određena zanimanja, koja su potrebna na lokalnom tržištu rada. Pripadnice ciljane skupine nakon završenog programa osposobljavanja, će dobiti javnu ispravu o osposobljavanju te tako biti konkurentne na tržištu rada. (Croatian)

The project “A strong push for and realise” will cover target group unemployed (a priority for people aged over 50, women with inmate, those with highest level of secondary education, young women leaving out of educational institutions, etc.) who will recruit 7 members of the target group through this project, and will be trained in certain occupations as needed in the local labour market. At the end of the training programme, the members of the target group will receive a public document on training and thus be competitive on the labour market. (English)

Le projet «Strongly Wanted and Realized» inclura des femmes sans emploi appartenant au groupe cible (priorité des personnes âgées de plus de 50 ans, des femmes inalitentes, des personnes ayant le plus d’études secondaires, des jeunes femmes qui quittent les établissements d’enseignement, etc.) grâce à ce projet, qui emploiera 7 membres du groupe cible et les formera à certaines professions nécessaires sur le marché du travail local. Après l’achèvement du programme de formation, le groupe cible recevra un document de formation public et sera donc compétitif sur le marché du travail. (French)
