Posouzení nevyhovující technologie náročnost na manuální práci, nedostatečná přesnost výroby a velká zmetkovitost, znemožňující další rozvoj. Návrh koncepce nové technologie s důrazem na zvýšení stupně automatizace, odstranění co nejvíce lidské práce, pokud možno vyrobit výrobek bez dotyku lidské ruky a nahradit manuální výrobu, tím dosažení vyšší produktivity a přidané hodnoty, snížení zmetkovitosti a získání úspory materiálu a v neposlední míře dosažení značného zvýšení bezpečnosti práce. The design of a new technology concept with an emphasis on increasing the degree of automation, removing as much human labour as possible, making a product without touching the human hand and replacing manual production, thereby achieving higher productivity and added value, reducing waste and gaining material savings and, last but not least, achieving a significant increase in safety at work. Évaluation de la technologie insatisfaisante de l’intensité du travail manuel, la précision de production insuffisante et le taux élevé de ferraille, empêchant le développement ultérieur. Conception du concept d’une nouvelle technologie en mettant l’accent sur l’augmentation du degré d’automatisation, l’élimination du travail humain autant que possible, la production d’un produit sans toucher la main-d’œuvre et le remplacement de la production manuelle, permettant ainsi d’accroître la productivité et la valeur ajoutée, de réduire la gratabilité et d’obtenir des économies matérielles et, enfin, d’accroître sensiblement la sécurité au travail. Bewertung der unbefriedigenden Technologie der manuellen Arbeitsintensität, unzureichender Produktionsgenauigkeit und hoher Schrottrate, die weitere Entwicklung verhindert. Konzeption des Konzepts einer neuen Technologie mit Schwerpunkt auf der Erhöhung des Automatisierungsgrades, der Beseitigung möglichst viel menschlicher Arbeit, der Herstellung eines Produkts, ohne die menschliche Hand zu berühren und die manuelle Produktion zu ersetzen, wodurch höhere Produktivität und Mehrwert erzielt werden, die Schrottbarkeit reduziert und Materialeinsparungen erzielt und nicht zuletzt eine deutliche Erhöhung der Arbeitssicherheit erreicht wird.
