Projekt řeší stavební úpravy (rekonstrukci) stávajícího bytového domu na ulici Balcárkova č.p. 684 v Uničove. Budova stojí na parcele č. st.1096 v katastrálním území Uničov. Na stavbě bude provedeno zateplení obvodového zdiva, zateplení stropu ze strany půdy a výměna otvorových výplní lodžií, oken v půdním prostoru a vstupních dveří. Hlavním cílem projektu je zlepšit současný tepelně-technický stav objektu a dosáhnout energetický úspor. (Czech)

The project deals with construction modifications (reconstruction) of the existing apartment building on Balcárkova street No. 684 in Uničov. The building is located on plot no. 1096 in the cadastral territory of Uničov. The construction will include insulation of peripheral masonry, insulation of the ceiling from the soil side and replacement of opening fillings of loggias, windows in the soil space and entrance door. The main objective of the project is to improve the current thermal-technical state of the building and achieve energy savings. (English)

Le projet porte sur les modifications de construction (reconstruction) de l’immeuble d’habitation existant sur la rue Balcárkova no 684 à Uničov. Le bâtiment est situé sur le terrain no st.1096 dans le territoire cadastral d’Uničov. Sur la construction sera réalisée isolation de la maçonnerie périmétrique, isolation du plafond du côté du sol et remplacement des combleurs de trous de loggias, fenêtres dans l’espace grenier et portes d’entrée. L’objectif principal du projet est d’améliorer l’état thermique et technique actuel du bâtiment et de réaliser des économies d’énergie. (French)
