Účelem realizace projektu je komplexně podpořit implementaci rozsáhlé reformy regulace trhu s hazardními hrami. Toho bude dosaženo prostřednictvím průběžného monitoringu implementace nového zákona, analýzou získaných dat a poznatků a včasnou identifikací případných komplikací a jeho neočekávaných negativních dopadů. Na základě analýz bude navržena optimalizace procesních postupů a nástrojů kontroly a dohledu. Po celou dobu bude také probíhat vzdělávání zaměstnanců resortu MF, ÚSC i veřejnosti. (Czech)

The purpose of the project implementation is to comprehensively support the implementation of an extensive reform of the gambling market regulation. This will be achieved through continuous monitoring of the implementation of the new law, analysing the acquired data and knowledge and early identification of possible complications and its unexpected negative impacts. On the basis of analyses, optimisation of procedural procedures and tools of control and supervision will be proposed. The training of employees of the Ministry of Finance, the ÚSC and the public will also take place throughout the period. (English)

L’objectif du projet est de soutenir de manière globale la mise en œuvre d’une réforme globale de la réglementation du marché des jeux d’argent et de hasard. Pour ce faire, il sera procédé à un suivi continu de l’application de la nouvelle loi, à l’analyse des données et des connaissances acquises et à l’identification précoce des complications possibles et de ses effets négatifs inattendus. Sur la base des analyses, il sera proposé d’optimiser les procédures de processus et les outils de contrôle et de supervision. Le personnel du Ministère des finances, de l’ÚSC et du public sera également éduqué tout au long de la période. (French)
