Cílem projektu je profesionalizace sociální práce ve správním obvodu Města Ústí nad Orlicí, a to aktualizací standardů výkonu sociálně-právní ochrany dětí, mezirezortní spoluprací, podporou profesního rozvoje CS sociálních pracovníků a propagací sociální práce směrem k široké veřejnosti. Posílením profesních kompetencí osob z CS bude dosaženo zvýšení kvality výkonu přímé práce s klienty ohroženými sociálním vyloučením. (Czech)

The aim of the project is to professionalise social work in the administrative district of Ústí nad Orlicí, by updating the standards of the exercise of social-legal protection of children, interdepartmental cooperation, support for professional development of CS social workers and promotion of social work towards the general public. By strengthening the professional competences of persons from the CS, an increase in the quality of performance of direct work with clients at risk of social exclusion will be achieved. (English)

L’objectif du projet est de professionnaliser le travail social dans la municipalité d’Ústí nad Orlicí, en actualisant les normes relatives à la protection sociale et juridique des enfants, en favorisant la coopération interministérielle, en soutenant le développement professionnel des travailleurs sociaux du CS et en promouvant le travail social auprès du grand public. En renforçant les compétences professionnelles des CS, la qualité du travail direct avec les clients exposés au risque d’exclusion sociale sera améliorée. (French)

Ziel des Projekts ist die Professionalisierung der Sozialarbeit in der Gemeinde Ústí nad Orlicí, durch Aktualisierung der Standards für die Leistung des sozialen und rechtlichen Schutzes von Kindern, interministerielle Zusammenarbeit, Unterstützung der beruflichen Entwicklung von Sozialarbeitern und Förderung der sozialen Arbeit für die breite Öffentlichkeit. Durch die Stärkung der beruflichen Kompetenzen von CS-Personen wird die Qualität der direkten Arbeit mit Kunden, die von sozialer Ausgrenzung bedroht sind, verbessert. (German)
