Projekt se zaměřuje na zvýšení dostupnosti vybraného druhu ambulantní a terénní služby sociální rehabilitace pro osoby se zdravotním postižením. Rozvojem tohoto druhu služby chceme především reagovat na avizované neuspokojené potřeby osob, které žijí ve svém přirozeném prostředí a kterým by podpora této služby pomohla v jejich procesu osamostatnění a zvýšení soběstačnosti tak, aby zvládli co nejvíce samostatný a běžný život. The project focuses on increasing the availability of a selected type of outpatient and field social rehabilitation services for people with disabilities. By developing this kind of service, we want to respond to the acknowledgment of unsatisfactory needs of people who live in their natural environment and whom support for this service would help in their process of emancipation and increase self-sufficiency in order to manage as much independent and normal life as possible. Le projet vise à accroître la disponibilité d’un type sélectionné de services ambulatoires et de réadaptation sociale sur le terrain pour les personnes handicapées. En développant ce type de service, nous voulons avant tout répondre aux besoins non satisfaits annoncés des personnes qui vivent dans leur environnement naturel et dont le soutien à ce service aiderait dans leur processus d’indépendance et augmenterait l’autosuffisance afin qu’ils puissent gérer la vie aussi indépendante et quotidienne que possible. Das Projekt konzentriert sich auf die Erhöhung der Verfügbarkeit ausgewählter ambulanter und vor Ort sozialer Rehabilitationsdienste für Menschen mit Behinderungen. Durch die Entwicklung dieser Art von Dienstleistungen wollen wir in erster Linie auf die angekündigten unerfüllten Bedürfnisse von Menschen reagieren, die in ihrer natürlichen Umgebung leben und deren Unterstützung für diesen Dienst in ihrem Unabhängigkeitsprozess helfen und die Selbstversorgung erhöhen würde, damit sie so unabhängig und Alltag wie möglich umgehen können.
