Spoločnosť MAT-obaly, s.r.o. vznikla v roku 2000 vyprofilovaním sa zo spoločnosti Dušan Matejka - MAT, pôsobiacej na trhu od roku 1992. Od začiatku sa venujeme výrobe a veľkoobchodnej činnosti s obalovými materiálmi, pričom sa špecializujeme na výrobu obalov z LDPE a HDPE. Od roku 2005 prevádzkujeme závod na recykláciu a výrobu plastov v Handlovej. Naším hlavným produktom sú fólie z recyklovaného, ale i primárneho materiálu a výroba vriec do odpadových košov. Okrem toho prevádzkujeme aj maloobchod, ktorého súčasťou je predaj a výroba produktov štandardných rozmerov, ako aj produktov podľa špecifických požiadaviek zákazníkov a to aj v malosériovej produkcii. Predmetom predkladaného projektu je rozvoj sektorových zručností našej spoločnosti a to realizáciou interných školení vlastných zamestnancov firmy. Základným zámerom realizácie školení je etablovanie sa na nové zmenené podmienky na trhu. Prostredníctvom realizácie predkladaného projektu chceme efektívne reagovať na zmenené podmienky na trhu a prostredníctvom zvýšenia kvalifikácie pracovnej sily v oblasti využívania informačných a komunikačných technológií a softvéru prispieť ku kontinuálnemu rozvoju spoločnosti. Rozvoj teoretických a praktických zručností našich zamestnancov prispeje k ich profesionálnemu rastu, ako aj k rastu konkurencieschopnosti a celkovej stability našej firmy. Pre náš projekt relevantné merateľné ukazovatele sú nasledovné:P0109 Osoby vo veku nad 50 rokov: hodnota = 10P0683 Zamestnané osoby, vrátane samostatne zárobkovo činných osôb (ďalej aj SZČ) : hodnota = 44Ostatné merateľné ukazovatele predkladaného projektu, majú cieľovú hodnotu „0“ a z uvedeného dôvodu, ich na tomto mieste neuvádzame. The company MAT-obaly, s.r.o. was established in 2000 by profiling the company Dušan Matejka – MAT, operating on the market since 1992. From the beginning we have been engaged in manufacturing and wholesale activities with packaging materials, specialising in the production of packaging from LDPE and HDPE. Since 2005, we have been operating a recycling and plastic production plant in Handlová. Our main product is films made of recycled as well as primary material and the production of bags in waste bins. In addition, we also operate retail trade, which includes the sale and production of products of standard sizes, as well as products according to the specific requirements of customers, including in small series production. The subject of the present project is the development of sectoral skills of our company by carrying out internal training of our own employees. The basic aim of the training is to establish itself for new changed market conditions. Through the implementation of this project, we want to respond effectively to the changed market conditions and to contribute to the continuous development of the company by increasing the skills of the workforce in the field of the use of information and communication technologies and software. The development of theoretical and practical skills of our employees will contribute to their professional growth as well as to the growth of competitiveness and overall stability of our company. The relevant measurable indicators for our project are nasledovné:P0109 Persons over the age of 50: value = 10P0683 Employed persons, including self-employed persons (hereinafter referred to as self-employed persons): value = 44Other measurable indicators of the present project have a target value of “0” and for this reason, we do not present them here. La société MAT-obaly, s.r.o. a été créée en 2000 par le profilage de la société Dušan Matejka — MAT, opérant sur le marché depuis 1992. Dès le début, nous avons été engagés dans la fabrication et les activités de vente en gros avec des matériaux d’emballage, spécialisée dans la production d’emballages à partir de LDPE et HDPE. Depuis 2005, nous exploitons une usine de recyclage et de production de plastique à Handlová. Notre produit principal est des films fabriqués à partir de matériaux recyclés et primaires et la production de sacs dans des poubelles. En outre, nous opérons également le commerce de détail, qui comprend la vente et la production de produits de tailles standard, ainsi que des produits selon les exigences spécifiques des clients, y compris dans la production en petites séries. L’objet du présent projet est le développement des compétences sectorielles de notre entreprise par la formation interne de nos propres employés. L’objectif fondamental de la formation est de s’établir pour de nouvelles conditions de marché. À travers la mise en œuvre de ce projet, nous voulons répondre efficacement aux changements des conditions du marché et contribuer au développement continu de l’entreprise en augmentant les compétences de la main-d’œuvre dans le domaine de l’utilisation des technologies de l’information et de la communication et des logiciels. Le développement des compétences théoriques et pratiques de nos collaborateurs contribuera à leur croissance professionnelle ainsi qu’à la croissance de la compétitivité et de la stabilité globale de notre entreprise.
