    Obiectivul general al proiectului este stabilit în directă corelare cu Obiectivul Specific 6.2 Reducerea consumului de energie la consumatorii industriali şi cu acţiunea de finanţare, conform secţiunii 1.3.1 din Ghidul solicitantului, respectiv implementarea unui sistem de monitorizare a consumurilor de energie la consumatorii industriali. Obiectivul general al proiectului constă în reducerea consumului de energie si diminuarea emisilor de CO2 ca urmare a implementarii unui sistem de monitorizare a consumurilor de energie în cadrul societăţii CELCO SA – Fabrica de VAR. Astfel prin implementarea sistemului de monitorizare propus prin proiect societatea va putea aplica eficient masurile de imbunatăţire a eficienţei energetice. Considerând un nivel al intensităţii energetice la începutul proiectului de 1,655.85 kgep/mii euro, urmare a implementării sistemului de monitorizare, în 5 ani de la finalizarea proiectului se va atinge o intensitate energetică de 1,644.25 kgep/mii euro.     The general objective of the project is established in direct correlation with Specific Objective 6.2 Reduction of energy consumption by industrial consumers and the financing action, according to section 1.3.1 of the Applicant’s Guide, i.e. the implementation of a system for monitoring energy consumption for industrial consumers. The general objective of the project is to reduce energy consumption and reduce CO2 emissions as a result of the implementation of a system for monitoring energy consumption within CELCO SA – VAR Factory. Thus, by implementing the monitoring system proposed by the project, the company will be able to apply the energy efficiency improvement measures efficiently. Considering an energy intensity level at the beginning of the project of 1,655.85 kgep/EUR thousand, following the implementation of the monitoring system, an energy intensity of 1,644.25 kgep/EUR thousand will be reached within 5 years of the project’s completion.     L’objectif général du projet est établi en corrélation directe avec l’objectif spécifique 6.2 Réduction de la consommation d’énergie par les consommateurs industriels et l’action de financement, conformément à la section 1.3.1 du guide de la requérante, à savoir la mise en œuvre d’un système de surveillance de la consommation d’énergie pour les consommateurs industriels. L’objectif général du projet est de réduire la consommation d’énergie et les émissions de CO2 grâce à la mise en place d’un système de surveillance de la consommation d’énergie au sein de CELCO SA — VAR Factory. Ainsi, en mettant en œuvre le système de suivi proposé par le projet, l’entreprise sera en mesure d’appliquer efficacement les mesures d’amélioration de l’efficacité énergétique. Compte tenu d’un niveau d’intensité énergétique au début du projet de 1655,85 kgep/1000 EUR, suite à la mise en œuvre du système de surveillance, une intensité énergétique de 1644,25 kgep/1000 EUR sera atteinte dans les 5 ans suivant l’achèvement du projet.
